Vancoufur was this weekend and boyhowdy did i have fun.

Mostly arted hung out with old friends made new ones. Made some cool connections and.... This os the highlight of the con.

A friend had a fox fursuit n saturday niggt he let me wear it to the dance. Both were firsts for me and holy shit im in love! I got to get a fursuit now or at least make one . Or update my old gatorsnake head lol

Anyways thats about all that happened. On the bus now heading home. Ill talk to you guys later! I love you all! And will probably stream commissions today/tonight.

Been in canada a week n a half now. Already missinf  ben_roprim and working in ancomfy environment. The netbook turned out to be too small for me to work well enough. Also back pain from hunching over so much doesnt help @.=.@

Rest assured when vf is over this weekend ill be heading back home. Then getting back to work. Sreaming every day to get caught up. Then will be working on other things afterwards.


Also ben n i are still trying to find work n stuff. We really wanna be able to live in our own place. Or at least share a pad with some furs. Something not within earshot of family ya know? Lol.

Alsi kinda noticed something about myself. I try to make friends with fellow artists on here as well as mainainging current ones. But im such an awkward mess i end of not being able to hold anyones interest or anything. or in group chats i never know what to say or add, so more oftan than not im ignored n stuff n then just start getting mad at myself. Iono how ben/you guys do it. Befriending people comes so naturally. But i feel like im trying to hard n overthinking. Maybe i just need to stop thinging so much. Maybe i should smoke more. I seem to loosen up more that way. Iono @.=.@

but things have cleared up n hes paid in full. so now you will be seeing a conclusion of that comic very soon~!!

so with the new years im looking foreward. last day of work is tomorrow. this next month will be focused on packing for a move.

yes im moving again. this time to tacoma. space has cleared at the folks. and theyre even ok with ben tagging along. n hes got his own plan for the future n what to do with it.

also i feel my art block breaking. trying a new program to ink pics so they dont look as sloppy.

seems to be working out.

thats all i can really think of right now. talk to you guys later. hopefully these next few onths ill be able to take care of this commissions as well as get me own projects off the ground. finish up lover's confort etc.

Merry christmas everyone! Work surprised me by giving me day off. So amma spend it with ben who's recently gotten back into writing! Which is good he needs to do somehing with his life lol

Also saw starwars. Its pretty good. Its flawed but so are the origonals so im able to look passed them.

And art block is still locked tight >.=.< ive been trying sooo hard to get back into it but nothing seems to work >.=.< maybe after i quit sears ill do it.

Oh yeah, im moving back to tacoma with ben. Portland was a good run but im just not happy here. That maybe also affecting my art.

so in her expert opinion she believes i have anxiety~

and from a bunch of other things (that have been resulting in the lack of art lately) she also diagnosed me with depression >.=.<


so whats up now is that shes got me on a low dose of some anti-anxiety meds for a month. and recommended therapy for a permanent solution to both.

so thats whats going on here. is it because of my sears job. yeah. but i cant quit. because ben n i cant get anything better.

so wish me luck. hopefully ill get my drive back and finally finish this list as well as my comic stuff especially.

I blame my job. Works been stacking up the hours and actually been causing panic attacks.. -.=.- i know i know its a job deal with it. But fuck it im looking for a job that doesnt destroy my nerves..

So yeah. Thats why i havent been posting anything lately..

THURSDAY: grabbed my bags. headed out the door early to catch my bolt bus. (was no room in the car for four people so i opted to bus) no sweat. i get on and head out. smooth sailing. then... OH NO!!! busses looses fluid and breaks down an hour n a half away from seattle! get stuck on the bus for an hour and a half before a new one comes. ( athelstan  tekkub and  ben_roprim drove past me with lulz).

Back on track to seatac. riding the light rail from seattle to hilton hit me with so many memories I've missed since i moved away. the smell of the air. the big seattle scene. the sound of that "doors to my right" voice on the light rail. then seatac, where i lived for a year (during rf 12 too) so i reach the lobby and upon checkin i get hit with a shocker. my reservation was gone!!! i asked why she said i was booked from the 23rd to the 27th not the 24th. i told her i made that correction over the phone months ago and he said i was set for 24th. after a few minutes of silently clacking away at the keyboard she looks up and then swipes my card and hands me my card keys >.=.> guess they found me a room.

So after that I met up with ben and went to go register. bumped into a few people i knew. including  midekai who always leaves you in tears (hilarious motherfucker) then we went to get registered. ben n i were staff this year. running the artist ally. ben as my assistant. so we both got registered. i bought the fancy tan shirts you get when your staff so i got to keep mine~!.

then we met up with our other roomie who just came in  incredible_crocodile when we went to get fooood n wondered about the con. eddy in suit and i showing them both the area as well as saying hi to more peeps. at this point i realized i know more people than i thought i did. then later i started drawing a couple door arts for people who wanted some in advanced. also hung out with  komodoryuu who hung out with us several times throughout the con which i like because hes cool. then we went to sleep heheh

FRIDAY: ben n i got up early to get ready for staffin. (ben REALLY needed coffee n i discovered i will too.)
so since we were new to artist alley stuff the initial run through was kinda on the fly showing us how to do things in real time. >.=.> made us a little nervous but we pulled through, figured out how to collect everyone's tax info, their price for the table and giving their receipts. but Friday was a sloppy mess lol. also security checking the door bailed and ben n i had to watch the door on the fly. (not our jobs btw) and bens eye problem was getting a real problem because of needing to see all the time. ben had to bail early which was ok to staff and they did give us a formal apology. which was cool of them. after that day we went to dennys, picked up our next roomie. then i went to a room party wit ha bunch of friends also gave them their door arts i drew for em. we hung out until the laptop that wasp laying music broke. n killed the room mood. so i left. wondered the con a bit then went back home to everyone asleep though ben said he was feeling like he was getting the chills. i was super worried that he was getting con crud already! his second con ever n already this! so he slept and i did to. stressful at first. but mellowed out later

SATURDAY: went by WAY smoother actually couldn't have been better! ben made a full recovery when he woke up. we both went to the con ops coffee in hand. artist ally signups was easier since everyone from friday signed up again. so we didn't really have to check tax info as much also the ally went way smoother too. security was there all the time. though we unfortunately had to turn down  chumbasket who's tax info didn't go though which bummed me out because im a big fan.

also got some actual art for ben n i from a new comer to the con.  emilythepenguin who was super fun to chat with n was really nice n bubbly. also met a staffer,  latexfox who we all got along which really well. especially ben! which is good because other than fritzy nobody we really know thats on staff so he made it easier for us n stuff. after den, ben i met up with  midekai and hung out. ate burgers in the room. then we all went to Tanuki con held across the street. i got really sentimental. seeing all my seattle friends in one spot and anging out with them. like i did before i moved. ben n i left before it got too pervy. (which happens easily) i had commissions to finish n ben was tired though i had some stuff to drink so i was kinda tipsy n sleepy. which what a super hard combo to do i couldn't barely stay awake while drawing stuff for  corvidius yet i STILL pulled it off. @.=.@

slept 3 hours lol

SUNDAY: was still feeling dizzy even after sleeping a little. ben n i did the same stuff in the morning. coffee and con ops set up. which btw made things run SOO smoothly instead of having signups up at the ally. since it was sunday only a few signed up again. so once the ally opened we were the only ones there. and the den was still locked. turns out most of the staff was still asleep for some other reasons (partying/exausted) so we were on our own for a little while. but ben n i got the hang of the job so well we handeled it well enough. fritzy came and got hotel staff to open the den soon n all was well!
alley went smoothly again. picked up art i bought and some con memorabilia. also had to go down to the hotel to checkout. which fortunately tool two minutes. then when i got back ben left early because he was riding back with ath who left at checkout. so i handled the alley alone for a but (no prob) then bumped into someone i wasn't expecting.  rottyboy! he was there for one day. went in to buy this werewolf head that he let me try on (was amazing and only makes me want a fursuit more @.=.@ then he was nice enough to offer me a ride back home since he also lives in portland. so that totally saved me several hours! i left the con at 4 and got home at 8 instead of 11 like if i took the busses.



so over all TL;DR version: RF2015 had some snags at the start. but over all was one of the best experiences ive had yet at a con!!! and ben enjoyed himself too which makes me SUPER happy. will definitely wanna be staff next year., and this time may have something to wear!!!

Ive got two beds in the main hotel room. ben n i are taking one bed n need to fill another two slots and some roomspace. sooooo heres the dealio.

also since the hotels charge up front now will need to talk about the share in advanced.

well its been a while coming but im all moved in now. been in portland two days now n just got the comp set up.

so far its ok. just adjusting to a new environment is hard for reptiles @.=.@ cats too.


so yeah gonna try to get some art done soon so i have something to show instead of just fuckin around like an idiot. see ya laters~!
