THIS IS A UNIVERSAL TOS! Specific adoptables may have specific rules to go along with them, which will be stated clearly on the post featuring them. If you need anything clarified at any point please comment here and I will answer your question and update my TOS to be more user-friendly.

Payment
❋ All prices are listed in USD and payment is fulfilled through PayPal only. When you claim an adopt, you can comment or note me the address associated with your account and I will invoice you or send you my PayPal for payment to be sent to.
❋ All payments sent must be send through goods and services with NO SHIPPING as this is digital goods.
❋ Payment must be received within 48 hours. Extenuating circumstances will be considered on a case by case basis.
❋ If you pay for extra art during the adoption process, I will not begin working on it until I receive payment.
❋ If you are purchasing NSFW art from me, you MUST be 18 years of age or older. If I find out you aren't, your money will be refunded immediately and you will be banned from purchasing any future adoptables as well as artwork from my account as a whole.
Bidding and Buying
❋ No retracting bids
❋ Any bids not in the chain will not count, repeat offenders will have 2 strike warning before being permanently blacklisted from future adopts.
Use and Ownership
❋ All full-res adopts will have a light minor watermark. This is protection for the both of us as not everyone owns a watermark or a program to add one, so this just the easier way of doing it.
❋ The art and character are for your personal use only. You may not use them to create and sell merchandise or in commercial work. You may not re-purpose your adoptable into a species or sell it as such.
❋ Do not edit the original artwork (with the exception of cropping and resizing it to make icons, banners, etc). You may repost it, so long as you do not remove my watermark and do not claim the design as wholly your own.
❋ I retain the right to post the image on my various social media and to include it in my portfolio.
❋ The character itself belongs completely to you at the time of the sale. You are free to make edits to any aspect of the design, choose a name, create a backstory, create as much art as you want -- go wild!
❋ You are not required to notify me of changes you make to my design unless you want to. I understand characters evolve the more we play with them and some changes are inevitable as you make the character your own.
❋ All of my adoptables unless explicitly stated otherwise are genderless. You can choose any sex and gender for them that you like.
❋ You may use the design to produce any and all manner of content. Gen, nsfw, fetish-- it's your character. THE EXCEPTION is any work that promotes hate, including but not limited to homophobia and transphobia, racism, antisemitism, and the like. If I find out you are using my art for such a purpose you will be immediately banned from purchasing future adoptables and from my account. I will not forcibly take the design from you, but I will be incredibly disappointed.
❋ All adopts sold will have a full res sent to you with a minor watermark. The watermark will not be removed and will be permanently on the Adopt. It is there for the designs protection from theft. I know not everyone has art programs or watermarks so I now make it a necessity to give all designs one.
Reselling/Trading
❋ Resale is allowed. Please only sell the design for the original price you paid for it or less, unless in the interim you collected other commissioned work, in which case you may sell for the sum total of everything you've spent on the adopt.
❋ Trading is allowed. It is up to you to determine what you consider a fair trade.
❋ You are not required to notify me of a change in ownership, but you can if you like!
❋ If an adoptable is sold or traded, the new owner must also agree to these rules and regulations.
Becoming Blacklisted
❋ You are banned from bidding or buying any current or future designs.
❋ You are banned from buying or trading to recieve old or new designs made by myself or collabed with me.
❋ Any designs by me you still own prior to becoming blacklisted may only be traded or gifted.

COMMISSIONED ARTWORK
By purchasing my art services, you automatically agree to the following conditions. Please read this entirely and carefully. I will deny your request if I see you didn’t read this. If there are any questions or concerns, Note me.

PAYMENT
✲ All payment should be in USD.
All payment should be made through PayPal, via invoice method or PayPal.me. I will invoice you or send you the link. DO NOT send me any payment, it will be refunded.
Payment is due in full up front for any commission equal to or below $100 USD. For amounts greater than $100 USD, payment plans are available.
✲ At least a 25% payment is required within three days of your commission request being accepted, if you cannot pay on date owed for commissions below $100. Failure to do so will result in your request being dropped and the deposit will not be refunded. If you need more time, let me know.
✲ Once our negotiation is done and I start your commission, I won’t refund you the full amount. This is negotiable depending on the state of the commission and the reasons for retracting payment (past an agreed due date, personal financial troubles, etc). Refunds asked after 1 months will only get 25% return depending on the circumstances. Refunds requested after 2 or more months will only get 10% return depending on the circumstances.
✲ Any commission done that is 'Fan-Art' of some series or franchise I have the right to charge extra because I am here to draw your characters not your Fandom Fantasies. There will now be a $10usd or more charge on top of the commissions price. The additional charge is non-negotiable.
✲ IF there any lack of communication and you don't reply back to my messages in a FIVE days, the commission will be marked obsolete and the payment stays mine. There will be NO refunds! My time spent waiting for you is your money. If you are going to be unavailable for an extended period of time please contact me before disappearing.

ARTIST
By commissioning me, you’re purchasing my artist labor only. I retain all copyrights over my work, which include but are not limited to the right to distribute, reproduce or use the image as a sample for sales/self-promotion, unless otherwise agreed upon.
✲ I will respect your request to not publicly post your commission. Just ask me.
✲ I cannot claim the Intellectual Property or reuse/resell the image for personal and commercial projects.
✲ I reserve the right to reject your commission proposal without question.
✲ I reserve the right to modify and resell any rejected sketches as "pre-posed" at a later date.
✲ Please be understanding on my turn around times as I have a few issues to deal with IRL.

COMMISSIONER
✲To order a commission you must use the form on Price Lists, no form used and your order will be ignored.
✲ The commissioner may upload the work done for you to your site as long as it is credited and linked back to any of my galleries.
✲ Once a piece is commissioned, you may use it for any personal use that you please, including but not limited to icons, signatures, layouts, wallpapers, themes and personal site display.
You retain the rights to the IP.
You may not claim the work to be your own or set it up for redistribution. You may not use it for any external projects, commercial or non-commercial. If you are looking for something to redistribute, use for your project(s), as an ad, sell or show at conventions etc., speak to me for information on royalty fees.
If you are not sure whether your request counts as personal, feel free to ask me about its intended use.

PROCEDURE
✲ After payment is received: I sketch, lines, color and paint depending on your commission type.
✲ I do not accept "written description only" commissions. You must have at least one visual reference. I may accept if I am interested in your design idea but there will be an additional charge.
✲ Sketches do have an approval stage. But once you've okayed after seeing the lineart there will not be any changes to it. You may request minor tweaks if I missed any distinguishing features present in your reference. (markings, scales.)
✲ For larger commissions, one large edit is allowed during the sketch phase. I reserve the right to add a $10+ USD fee over any edits after the first one. Please be clear and concise in your description of the change. You can use other works and photos you like as references for the changes!
✲ I only hold onto the images file for 2-5days. My computers memory is only so big and with its old age(16yrs old) it can stay for only so long. My computer is also known to do system restores and randomly delete files(psd and sai files are its most popular to delete) so please make sure everything is correct on the piece. DO NOT come back to it months far in the future for add-ons or edits.
THE LESSON ON EDITS PLEASE & THANK-YOU
Edits are done DURING the artistic process NOT after. As stated above Larger commissions get ONE large edit during the sketch phase and you may request for minor tweaks from your reference. There will be charges for extra edits. Unless stated on specialty commission with 'written descriptions' and 'amount of edits given' this my rule on the edits. This is my time being used not yours.
The second you give me the A-okay/Confirmation that you are okay with said piece. I would prefer if any changes HAVE to be done when wips requested ASAP. My computer is known for doing random systems restores so I DO lost files from time to time. So its like a raffle if I lose your completed pieces save file. Do not confirm with me that you are happy with the piece then change your mind a few days down the line because you the customer and owner of said character 'forgot things'.

- Force/Non-con (WITHIN REASON!)
- Size play/ Macro Micro
- Vore (lets talk)
- Robots/Mecha/Machines/weaponry (lets talk about this)
WILL NOT DO:
- Watersports/Scat/Vomit/Belching/Farting
- Pedophilia
- Necrophilia
- Incest
- Hard drugs (heroine, cocaine ect.)
