For a tiny little peddler in graphic horror and mischief like myself, it is always shocking to be reminded once again what true horror entails.

If you´re a kid in rural Nigeria - and it happens a lot - that, totally out of the blue, someone accuses you of being a witch. Once this happens, you are fucked.

You can get imprisoned, raped, tortured, mutilated or killed. For no reason.

For no reason.

I mean, it´s not like any reason would be good enough, but no reason at all?

Certain local `Christians´ (but in this context, the term is meaningless) exploit the fears, ignorance and gullibility of some people to get rich (presumably, power is also a factor), by diverting their base instincts towards those who cannot defend themselves.

This is what happens in the real world.

I don´t think I like the real world.
