Hey everyone, I don't do this often nor do I usually do this but I feel like I should start. Lately since my school year has started I have become depressed. It started on the third quarter of September and has taken me to dark places where I don't wish to go but sadly it has. I've had a ton of help from my very amazing and loving friends and I can't thank them enough for being there for me and supporting me. But I have let them down when they needed me the most.. It kills me that I hurt them. I try my best to help but I never really do the right thing and can't think on my own how to help that person.
