Updating Adopts TOS etc (2020)
Posted 6 years agoThere will be updates to my Adopt rules etc in 2020, so prepare to see that. Some rules will be more lenient, and a few will be updated and sricter, like no longer accepting adopt exchanges with holds, especially when the adopt is being exchanged with a newer one I made. Will be posting the changes then. Mainly #7 on the rules list. Nothing extreme like holds etc, so don't worry there.

More pokemon etc adopt suggestions :o?
Posted 6 years agoI was kinda on an art block situation of those I admit, and if anyone seen the art discount thing I posted some days ago, after 4 hours I deleted it since no one was interested, I forgot it was Christmas, so i'd try it again at another time. (I'm use to getting a reply on those atleast under an hour, and nothing was given after i came back from shopping so yeah.)
So, onto the topic, anyone got any more ideas on adopts I can make? Pokemon, original, etc creatures? Shout them away, I don't take all suggestions, but will try to take some. Also let me know if you want first priority to looking at them finished before I post them sale, to avoid frustration and rage lol. (Because people have gotten mad at me about an adopt selling, yet they never said anything about showing it to them etc before I did...etc)

Posted 6 years agoAs you can see I made manny adopts while waiting for my sale to be finished, also, thanks to those who bought designs off me during the sale. I normally don't do the intense adopt making thing after sales since it's more of a relaxing time for me from adopts, but did it for Christmas this time. I didn't wanna post them during the sale because it would've been awkward mixing them with the design dicount times and noting them as "DON'T COUNT FOR SALE" etc. >.>
I also wanted to make plenty since my adopts get holds fast, but due to 2 holds per person, atleast there's a nice amount where others/new ppl can possibly get something from me newer also.
Uploading that many adopts is a chore...geeze. @__@

Commission TOS being Changed/revamped for 2020.
Posted 6 years agoGonna be revammping my commission TOS for January, updating and shortening some rules posted. Just thought it can use that. Just giving a heads up. Also, might update my commission sheet too, not prices though for now. Only thing i updated to the current one is removing icon commissions since I never get those, adding stuff about weapons and change, I also keep the commission examples updated also when I remember in links. I don't think i'll ever re-add Lineart commissions because no one commissioned those from me.
(It's not easy to make refs fancy like other artists, mine is already at FA image file limits...RIP... xD)

Posted 6 years agoI was offline since Thanksgiving Eve around 8am, there was strong winds that night and it took out my power in the house til like 1am, when it came back the internet wouldnt come back on, apparently it was the box in the garage that was outdated, and didn't bring it back on like it should've, so it had to be removed/replaced with a newer model. So the guy came this morning and put it up for me, took like an hour. So I apologize for the delays in things. I hate being stalled from posting works.

Was getting commissions finished which is why I haven't made adopts lately, but when im done with them, will work on more adopts. Speaking of Sword and Shield, out of all the starters, Cinderace is my fav concept of all starter final evos, and NOT JUST BECAUSE IM BIASED for FIRE STARTERS lol. Last one of Sobble....makes me uncomfortable in concept lol....but better atleast than Grooky's last evo.

WARNING: For ppl with Digital DLs of Pokemon Sword/Shield
Posted 6 years agoGuys, if you bought the Digital Version of Pokemon Sword and Shield, you're in possible danger of acquiring it's virus, ppl passing this to me like the plague on discord etc. There's a bug where using the autosave on the digital version can corrupt not just the pokemon saved data but all the games on your SD card, but as this video progresses, says people are getting corrupted even with not using it.....smfh, this is why I prefer physical copies of games...

🌟•Q: Will you one day boost prices on your adopts in the future? And Art commission prices
A: Might be a possibility, sometimes I sell my adopts a few dollars higher than my commission base price, because I worked harder on it, added something extra I charge extra on commissions, or just need the simple extra dollars if possible. As for commissions, it's possible, but you'd be notified way before it happens.

🌟•Q: Why don't you give people the SAI Files to adopts they buy?
A: Few issues "Potential recolored adopts or base recycle", sometimes people are known to re-produce additional work with the same base from adopts sold to them, to lowkey make adopts to sell off. If you want a recolor of an adopt I sold you to make a relative etc to them, I will refuse this. I will encourage you to commission me for another pic related to that adopt instead, I only allow recolors to an adopt (free) before the person purchases it also, recolors after that would cost, but asking for a recolor to an adopt I sold you, as a separate character, im not fond of that, it's like getting two characters for one price in a way, which is cheating me out, if that makes sense.

🌟•Q: Why do I see someone put your adopt/s on hold, go longer than a week?
A: This is very RARE occasion, like if it's an emergency, or a situation that i'll give them spare time BUT I will not pamper this situation if it becomes a habit, if the person keeps abusing my kindness this way, and try to guilt trip the situation for an advantage, bribes etc, I won't allow/accept holds from the person anymore. It's better if you know that you're getting paid, than to risk holding my adopts, especially to prevent others from taking them, knowing you might NOT be able to pay for them, making it habitual. This is unfair to my other customers. I try to be sensitive to ppls situations, but abusing that can piss me off in the long run. Especially if it always longer than a day I admit.

🌟•Q: Why do you avoid fetishes, Yaoi, Yuri, YCH's, mainstream themed adopts, furry porn, herms etc type of adopts?
A: (If you seen my full version of the answer to this question, i'd offend many, and I got many customers who are into this stuff so I rather not ever tell them full blown why I don't like drawing furry porn etc, an artist doesn't wanna anger their supporters right? But here's a more tamer explanation....)
To try put it in the least rude way. If it's something i don't agree with, or against my opinions, beliefs etc, I won't draw it, i'm entitled to that right. Most fetishes to me are gross or disturbing to me, but there's some I don't mind drawing, like chub, thick hips, thick dicks (sometimes I don't realize I draw my own a bit big than usual sizes LOL), Marco boobs etc though, is a pain for me, I can only draw them so big. If I draw NSFW, has to be human, to something for example (Inuyasha/Sesshomaru type characters), kemons, nekos, they gotta maintain a human body and genitals or else it's a no for me.) Tame nude Furries, anthros, ferals etc only, I'm not drawing things that disturb me to make other ppl happy. Sorry....but no thanks, just because everyone else does it on here, doesn't me im obligated to do it too. Humans with animal limbs like wings, horns, tails, ears etc. They still maintain their main human anatomy in the end, even though they can have animal like abilities, strengths etc. It's like how a person irl wears cat ears, sharp longer nails, a tail etc, these are NOT considered Furries/Anthros by a lot of people, because obvious reasons.
Examples of NSFW I WONT draw:
A horse anthro with a cock (Same with any animal looking anthro)
Animals mating (Like Two feral dragons having sex.... smfh)
Beastiality/Zoophile
Dicks on chicks (Or Herms)
Feminine male characters

🌟•Q: How do you get your art done in a fast fashion?
A: Simple, I sometimes start drawing it while in mid note or message with you, and the time you send me payment, I possibly got a WIP made already, this might especially happen if you're a longer responder. Depends on if i'm bored or not doing anything at that time, so don't panic that I'm rushing your pic etc. Let's just say I got a LOT of time on my hands also, I don't go to a job irl, as arting is my profit, and I take care of my grandma who has bills in the house covered because reasons etc, so yeah, I go out when it comes to shopping on the side, a chore or 2, my appointments, etc, besides that, im always home. (This can change anytime though because I tend to have lazier moments. That's why I put 7 days max per pic to finish)

A: As i've said many times, no. I only draw furries/anthros for profitable reasons mainly, I wouldn't mind drawing Kemons and humans more but the majority of the art sites im on is Furry hosted, so I adapted to draw those more. I'm a human/Kemon fandom person, in general though, there's reasons why I'll never be apart of the furry fandom personally, many in that fandom that I know are very kind and awesome though. A: To those who didn't read, i'm doing like that now because I found a loophole in invoices, if someone sends payment with an e-check, the person you sent the invoice to, gets the artwork way before the e-check clears, which takes days, being perfect potential for scammers to abuse it, so I no longer add the adopts in invoices anymore, and sometimes they don't send through anyway, and I end up manually emailing them.

A: The process of Auctions I noticed.....is unfair sometimes and auctioneers pull a lot of situations that makes it look bad, so I want nothing to do with it, and making closed species adopts, the rules I seen on those is horrible, managing the drama for it NOT worth the trouble, I tried closed species once, didn't sell and I decide not to practice it, but please don't make adopts off my species to sell.

Atleast buying 3 adopts a month from me, support is the key. Commissioning me counts also. New people is a day hold by default, gives me a chance to see how committed you are and such, why give you a benefit if you rarely buy my art in general? Example: Every few months, few times a year etc = NOT A REGULAR STATUS.

A: I can be yes, if you're asking me for too many changes on a commission, on my commission sheet, I encourage picky ppl not to commission me in general, too much nickpicky people about anatomy etc, and the last thing I need is a perfectionist commissioner, when im not holy in anatomy at all, I start charging extra when if gets bad. Adopts, I offer color changes free BEFORE purchase, after is extra charge, Lineart changes I charge either way, if you want me to do an edit that changes a LOT of the design like im re-doing it almost, I will refuse, either buy the design as it is, or keep the lineart to like a limb change ( like legs, Tail, etc ).

A: Robots, machines, guns, complex armors and shapely items, they frustrate me atm, and i got a weakness to hands, some expressions, certain feet poses and shapes.

A: Not really, all the BS with that is mostly against my beliefs, i'm a minority, doesn't mean i'm entitled to act more superior than majorities and play the victim card, claiming I can't be racist to another because my race suffered more than another. Ironically I'm on that side for the party because I didn't start voting til I was 28, 31 now, and was suggested a common party based on a lie, as years passed learning about my side vs the other (which is a LOT more sane and goes more with what I believe it), I regret picking my current party, so i'm considering switching sides soon.

A: Well, I don't want to promote a trend of making my artwork cheaper in order to sell to people, and i'm not comfortable in those buy one get one free types of sales because I dunno what ppl would try to do with free adopts when im not looking, so I price them all instead for a lower price on occasions. I do more sales for my orignal art now because it gets way less praise than my Fan adopts. It's kinda a bad feeling to see when someone only buys an adopt from you when you discount them instead of buying them at the normal prices sometimes.

A: Sadly, Originality is the huge minority in profit making when it comes to adopts....and the less I see them sell, especially mine, the less encouraged I am to make Original adopts anymore these days, this is why you see me making more pokemon etc adopts over original, it sucks to not have your original adopts be loved more or atleast equally.
Edit: My Originals been selling better lately than in the past actually lol.

🌟•Q: Why do you color your wings shadow black (the one not fully showing/folded/i]?
That's the shadow practice some artists take on areas not really showing the best details, sometimes ppl scribble it with sketchy lines you see in comics. I seen others do it so I apply it to my art sometimes, even on the ears, and the horns on anthros etc with them, those parts are more rare than I do it with wings though. I see it done on limbs also, like if it's away from the main view limbs, I rarely do those since i rarely draw ferals in general.

I stick to what I believe in, im not gonna let people who like to take down others for non-maintream ideals and views change my ways, if I change, it'll be on my own, not someone trying to Cancel culture me. I'm a Christian Woman, my disagreements would most likely be what you think but I do respect people as humans, but im not gonna be forced to live in a Culture that Biologically doesn't exist (irl) or be forced to cater and encourage things against my Christian views and my beliefs. I believe in God's rules and plan, not humans, even if he put us here to rule over the world. Let me believe in what I want just like you can believe in what you want.

Not sure tbh, I started out Traditional at 5 to 15 years old, digital though, is so much more cheaper and you don't have to keep buying supplies to do art like traditional, and traditional has expensive stuff if you want to do the best quality art. I make a sketch once in a while but im so use to the undo button, it's awkward haha.

Nope, unless an object, all characters I make are either male or female, as my beliefs come into this also, even though in the fantasy world, there's special ones made for characters ppl create, which I count agree in the fantasy world. I enjoy giving my characters/adopts genders. If adopts is sold, that person is welcomed to make it how they want.

🌟•Q: What are your NSFW Limits, even with human/kemon, etc related characters?
Well, for NSFW of human/bodied characters, besides straight stuff only, I do have some small limits, like..
1: I wont draw males stretching their ass to the camera, or anything to do with giving off gestures of wanting anal or getting it like from a Dildo. In general.
2: I will draw Orgies, aslong as it's straight, like a male on the bottom, female in the middle, and male ontop, both entering her in/focused on her.
3: I won't draw males in feminine clothing, or female hips etc those things, you'd get an idea of the rest I won't do. Though I hate pink, I won't deny drawing the male character in pink clothes like shirts, pants, vests etc. Only possible exception to the male hips thing is anthros or ferals like Dinosaurs, those species made with thick hips for both genders like wickerbeasts, dutch angel dragons, etc other species.
You can ask if unsure/not on my wont draw list on my commission sheet.

I Ignore it, fake afk, or just make a simple reaction and leave it at that. Don't force me to compliment things you know I don't like, please. If I don't give you a bigger response to it like "Cute, ooo!, wow" etc to something you post, I most likely don't agree with something about it.

A: Well, unless you know other popular sites that's human hosted/friendly like Deviantart, let me know. As all the art sites known besides DA is hosted by Furries; So Furry, Weasyl, Furaffinity, FurryNetwork etc. I post on these sites to let myself out there and be known, and I draw anthros anyway mostly, so why not.

Example of what I have to go through, when it's 2 per person:
A: I make two adopts, post those 2 adopts, they both get on hold, most likely both from 1 person, or at times two different people. That's work I have to wait now to sell/make money, I go and make two more, those adopts get on hold also, like the first example or the other, that's 4 adopts I gotta wait up to a week to get sold..... and this is just two ppl, imagine making two more and they're all put on hold the same way as the first 4 but different people, 6 adopts I made under 2-3 days, I gotta wait to get paid for. instead..., so i'm stuck waiting instead of potentially making a faster sale to help me with something irl. I get discouraged to make adopts with that stress going on, and around the time I do, it's close to the hold's payment due time unluckily and there's a chance i'm gonna deal with another hold/s instead of seeing them get a chance to sell to someone new or to someone who buys adopts faster....so yeah
Adopts made by others don't normally even have holds for a week, so yeah, hope you can get what I mean. :D
I've been discouraged to make adopts like I use to because of this trend (Example is like when I use to make 5-6 adopts in one day type of encouragement). I've felt negative like this because almost every adopt I post, there's always a hold and barely a buy faster or right away situation instead and when I need money faster, im almost always waiting a whole week instead for each adopt that's on hold, and it's a pain in the ass since the holds overlap non-holds and buy right away sales. I'm happy ppl enjoy my adopts, but there's a limit that I can take that is inconvenient to me, and that's is there.
I admit, there's been times I didn't feel like taking some suggestions because if they're a super holder, i'd rather take suggestions from ppl who potentially buy adopts faster from me.
Example: "If you make this, I will buy asap!" (Ends up being a hold that lasts a whole week instead everytime, that encouragement trap smfh...)
BUT my mood towards this will change upon September 1st!

A: Only thing I allow in this case is pose references, and NOT tracing. Anything else no. People buy this art from me or it's for sale, I don't want anyone copying my/their characters, adopts, commissions to benefit their own gains and adopts.

A: Sorry but NO, unless you commission me or buy the artwork from me, adopts, etc. I don't like other people coloring my artwork in general, makes me uncomfortable, reason i don't do collabs. Just something about someone taking credit for doing artwork I created, irks me, no offense..... Also, I don't really do lineart commissions alone anymore atm, I usually get asked this when my artwork is in WIP mode, and that's already paid artwork..... unless it's a comic I made or something.

A: Some adopts yes, very rarely is it commissions, but recently yes.... depends on how much stress was given to me to complete it or under very regretful circumstances which has only been one time so far.

Q: Do you make Trans, LGBT etc characters, art, and support Pronoun culture?
A: No, I don't support this stuff for religious reasons, and general experience reasons (aka twitter toxicity, etc if you know what I mean etc.) Atleast I'm being honest about this more now, all adopts I made are by default are male or female, or in rare cases an object with no gender, and more of a thing. I respect people for how they wanna live etc, regardless of me agreeing with their lifestyle/choices or not but please respect my preferences and such also. You can make your adopts any gender or representation you want after buying them. I don't do art based off things and agendas I disagree with also, that includes democratic stuff, woke stuff, Anti-Semite stuff etc. Just like people don't agree with Christian life etc, i'm welcomed to not agree with things also.
Btw, Pronoun culture has been nothing but horrible for me and I don't want anything to do with it, people pushing it on others, harassment campaigns because of them... I rather avoid it completely and I will never use it on my own.

Q: Will you ever make commissions based on Headshots, bust etc?
A: Tbh I dunno how i'd organize these for prices, since all my art is generally full body by default unless an obstacle like a rock, grass, water etc is infront of them or they're in them, so for now noRevamping Old Pokemon designs.... (etc)
Posted 6 years agoDecided to go back on Pokemon adopts I made like back in 2017 (mostly) and beginning of 2018 that never sold and such, and revamp them, but only if they get attention, so each adopt (Revamp) that gets interest whichever it's held or sold, will work on the next old adopt and revamp, I see too many of my older adopts go to waste so yeah, I might try it with my originals next. So if you're familiar with the revamps I post, that's why you'll recognize them, of course, the people in my discord will get priority/update WIPs to them before I post them on my art sites, that includes holds also. It's free to join, it's freedom of speech server also, so non-mainstream topics is allowed etc, and it's not a snowflake/safe space lol. If you're ok with that, just gotta follow the rules in the welcome area to be accepted into my server.

Headshot commissions +Needing some assitance+
Posted 6 years ago[color=orange) Ok so once upon a time, my commissions started out mostly half body or to knees, sometimes waist and rarely whole body since I avoided hands/feet a lot LOL in my earlier times. So now, all my commissions in general are always full body, I been conflicted with organizing things like headshots, Bust shots, half body type commissions like most other artists, it sounded confusion to organize since in general, my commission sheet is big as hell enough and any bigger and the size error shows up on FA upload, so I think I will start slowy and work my way up, figuring out prices between headshots and full body, it's hard to organize, because while I do full body commissions, the headshot would be the size of the full body in canvas. I wonder how ppl try to fairly price between the two, any advice would help, thanks! :D
Example: My Flatcolored single commissions go from 18-20$ Max. Trying to separate Headshots, bust and half bodies with those prices, is complicated I admit. But any assistance is encouraged, might even have to make a separate commission sheet for those, since i suck at fitting all that with my current commission sheet. [/color]

Well, gonna revamp this adopt, it's old and passed long enough, I been wanting to turn this into a dragon instead after a while of reposts that was never successful.

🎃 October/Halloween adopt ideas! 🎃

Looking for suggestions to draw as adopts, from Pokemon to Original also, especially as Halloween themed. My Discord Group (Specifics)
Posted 6 years agoGroup about: Life, Porn/Hentai, Art, Games etc, anything is allowed aslong as it's within the rules of the group (like no Pedophilia, Scat etc related, irl murder etc pics and Anti-Semitic stuff). This is not an SJW based group either so controversial topics is allowed and we don't kick people for not agreeing with mainstream stuff either like most other groups, if you're easily triggered by things, I wouldn't recommend my group. Everyone, Artists especially can post their commissions, adopts, pages, play bot games and more, and the group is lenient, no channel specific pickiness, just aslong as the bot spam stays in that channel. 18+ allowed EVERYWHERE, so be sure to be in a safe spot when looking at my group, NSFW, NSFW images is welcomed anywhere in the server.
I'm being more cautious of who i add to my Discord group now, since in the past some horrible/troll/harassing people joined, and my discord group use to be open to everyone. I even had some Furcadia spies join who I dislike/was the cause of my issues on the game in my discord spying, so yeah, i have a more secured group now.....as people say "We can't have nice things". You start out being accepting too all who join/auto, and you regret it in the long run.
Here's the specifics of how I accept, deny and kick people. Been noticing some situations these past months of how ppl join the group, and here's some specific.

•People who give silly answers to questions.
•Furcadia people (unless you was actually a friend of mine from there, most ppl have given me trouble on that horrible game or come to spy for DEP.)

Missed an adopt I made? Ask for custom adopt commissions!
Posted 6 years agoOk, so this is what I offer to ppl in general, especially to ones who missed an adopt I made that got sold. I was trying to decide if this should be called a commission or an adoptable, but it's kinda both.,,,,, ONLY there's differences in the rules. Commissions aren't usually a resell-able content by itself (unless you're selling a character with the artwork), and my adopts are all resell-able (aslong as it's sold as the same price you bought it or lower, unless you make/commission more artwork with it.)
I realized it's kinda both, because im drawing the adopt the way the person wants it done (Goes into commission territory) but it's also an adopt the same time (Follows the adopt rule). So yeah haha, i'm happy to make you a custom adopt commission also, like you see me doing lately, don't be shy! =D
I admit, I sometimes sell my adopts a tad more $ at times than my flat price quality commissions, it's just sometimes. Would see the more on my original adopts especially.

Crediting Concepts from adopts etc? +Need some opinions+
Posted 6 years agoSo, I was stuck in a situation where I was asked about having to always credit my adopts concepts on future art of it after the adopt bought, I was bugged by this because why no credit the artist for something they created? Unless changed from the original design etc. A few told me crediting is needed, when you haven't sold copryright to buyer especially for the concept, written stuff etc. I might have to edit my TOS about crediting some because I need to make sure it has the credit thing past the adopt, aka getting commissions of that same concept etc.
What do you guys think when it comes to this? Tbh I felt offended that someone doesn't wanna credit a concept I created everytime it's drawn. I'm talking about mainly about Original designs.

Posted 6 years agoEver have someone who thinks they're better than everyone and talks down to ppl because of their lifestyle, that they try to shove it down your throat acting like your difference in opinions than them makes them worthy to place a "victim role" for their convenience? Someone who you detached yourself as a friend to over 10 years ago for being an asshole, and to see them say something since then, being even more full of shit than before? Yep.

Adopts/Designs TOS Change
Posted 6 years agoOk, updating a TOS for my adopts. For invoices, im gonna send them empty for now, due to some situations, my adopts is a pay before work condition in general, so when you pay for the invoice, i'll send you the adopt manually using the email you provide me, paypal tends to bug sending adopts to ppl anyway in attachments and I end up manually sending them, so I might as well take this step for now on, so be patient with me when it comes to me sending adopts, as on occasions I might be afk. I wanna make sure no issues happen anymore when it comes to invoices. I was told I should never put artwork in an invoices anyway, though I only sent them like that for commissions because the artwork isn't started yet. I always did with the adopts, being suggested doing that when sending invoices blah blah. But didn't know it had a flaw with it. That's all for now. :D

Ok, so I learned about a payment thing with paypal, apparently e-checks is a thing with them. It seems that there's a loophole to those, that they goes against my pay-first-before-art rules, I don't like how they work, so please, if you're paying me, it's paypal only, nothing else that takes time to be accepted etc, because I read that it gives the artwork first in the invoice to the person way before the payment is even cleared off, so it's not something I wanna accept as payment for now on or anything pending payment option based, I wasn't aware invoices could work like that. Again, I have a pay before artwork rule for my adoptables , wanna keep it like that. If I run into this situation again, I will just send invoices without the adopt attached to the invoices instead, to ensure my rule is kept and when payment is given, will manually send the adopts to the customer. Thanks!
(Then again, paypal sometimes doesn't send adopt attachments at all in my invoices smfh lol, so I gotta manually email them anyway usually.....)
