hey! so im in a pretty funky cast now. seems i've fucked up the radius as well as the scaphoid. so they've immobilized my thumb as well as most my fingers, sucks a lot worse than i originally thought...>_<

anywho, im extraordinarily out of practice with lefty and i could probably do better with my feet at this point XD i'll be out of commission for 3-6 weeks. (hopefully 3) i've been looking in my folders for some adoptable bases to color or..something to sell off for a little extra food money. i was told to open donations but i think there are plenty of other more urgent cases who could use it than me.

sorry for that pity party, not being able to work or do what i love is driving me up the wall @__@ i hope everyone else is doing muchmuchhhhh better than i am!

Thanks for everybody's help yesterday with my computer issues. You guys are fucking amazing. I did a full HDD scan from the manufacturer yesterday and it checked out. I didn't get the problem as I usually do last night, so fiddling around with the power options may have done it (I really hope).

If it does decide to be screwy again I will most likely take one of you up on your offer and get some one on one help.

Hey hey! I've had a slight influx of watchers lately, so thank you all very much. ^_^

Commission progress has been like, nonexistant. My drive is zero. No worries though, I'm pretty good in a crunch and I'll be able to get things done. (wanderingpariah is a slave driver, after all!) :'3

After reading DaggerLeonelli's last journal it kind of got me thinking on the subject of charging hourly. It's definitely something I'd be up for, but my biggest fear is getting stiffed if say.. the client isn't happy with how much it is. I've always taken payments upfront for that reason. x_x Anyway, if anyone wants to throw in some knowledge or what-nots I'd love to hear.

we've been in a drought for the past six months or so, but lol the past few days has made up for it.
the rain yesterday just about obliterated one of our main avenues as we were driving home to rescue Koda. the police had set up barriers to block off the entire south side of town (where we live), and Koda was trapped in our house for 7 hours until we were able to get to her. :'( poor girl.

luckily we have a big truck, and we were able to put it into 4-low, and get across a newly formed river that the police hadn't blocked off yet. (lol to any of you who saw the video or pictures on my facebook).

fun times. XD if the storm is traveling to anyone else, stay safe! it's pretty nasty lol


also, my birthday is monday. so i'll probably take the day off since my mom is making the drive up to see me.
