I'm wanting to maintain a "clean" gallery but I don't know which site is better to maintain it on...DeviantArt or Weasyl. I'm wondering, which do you think is best to maintain, and why?

Listen, I didn't really wanna make a journal about this but it's now to the point where I'm getting people almost daily looking for how to contact Tsampikos...

I know he works for Sexyfur and Tailheat, and that those sites are pretty much the only place he's active on the internet right now, but please stop contacting me asking me for his email/ how to contact him.

I'm sorry. I can't help you. I was able to meet/hang out with him when I visited Bernal in December, and while I was there I spoke with him personally about answering his emails. However, due to unfortunate events in his personal life, he's incapable of answering your emails right now. He assured me that one day in the future he'll be able to face the hordes of people he's been unable to reply to, but that he needed some time to sort some things out first.

So, once again. Just because he works for Sexyfur and Tailheat doesn't mean I can contact him any easier than you can. OK?

Please be patient, everyone! I'm sure he'll be back at some point soon-ish :).

Gonna be working on comic pages for Pride in your Work and maybe Meridian tonight! I think we've finally gotten my internet issues sorted out now, so join in if you feel like it!

Hey everyone! Recently I've had a look at the tier costs and I realized that initially, I was basing my math of how much the tiers costed on a three-Saturday month.

However, looking at the rest of the year, it seems that most months have at least FOUR Saturdays. While this may be awesome for me (more Saturdays = more money), it actually means that, per month, My wonderful Patrons are dishing out way more than I had actually intended. Bottom line: I'm changing the pricing per tier to reflect what I feel is a fairer amount per month.

The changes are as follows:

Citizen: No change...this tier is a tip-jar more than anything :3.

Djinni has been reduced from $5 per week to $3 per week, and the name of the tier is changed to "Waykeeper".

Waykeeper has been reduced from $10 per week to $7 per week, and the name of the tier is changed to "Prefect"

Hey everyone!

First of all, Happy New Year! I'd like to thank you guys for sticking with me and keeping up with the story of Waystone so far. I really do appreciate it and your enthusiasm for the story so far has been a real inspiration for me! I mean we haven't even gotten beyond Fibh's treasure hoard and even a brief break in the story was met with inquiring minds wondering what's gonna happen next.

Don't worry- rest assured that both Dawn and Mara will both get what's coming to them, but that's gonna take time! For now, I've decided to break away from "A Long Way Down" for a bit and finish "Pride in your Work", which will give me enough time to clear up some writing snafus that have been keeping ALWD from properly merging into the world of Eru...the world in which Waystone takes place.

For all you FA peeps, that won't mean much for now, since I'll be continuing to post "A Long Way Down" starting up on Saturday, but for my Patrons, that means we'll be taking a short break from Dawn and Mara for a bit.

Those of you who have been subscribers from the beginning back in September will be familiar with the first two pages of "Pride in your Work"and starting with Saturday's update I'll be updating that comic with a brand new page! No worries though....PIYW is a shorter comic that will only span about 7-10 pages at the most, then we'll get right back to Dawn's revenge on Mara... until then, I hope you enjoy the shark on hyena action!

Don't worry, you won't be charged for the first two pages...I've given those to you guys already ;)!

Regarding Streaming: I know it's been a long time guys, and that you've all been waiting patiently for me to start taking stream commissions again, but I'll have to ask you to wait just a little while longer. While I was in the US over Christmas I realized that for some reason both myself and my techie roomate haven't been able to figure out, my laptop has a problem staying connected to the internet. In response I've decided to completely upgrade my working rig, but that's gonna take until mid-late January (I think). Streams will have to wait until the new rig is built and battle-tested.

It'll be quite an expensive endeavor (especially right after Christmas) but with your help I'm hoping to be back on the streaming/ patreon horse ASAP! Again, I'd like to thank every last one of my Patreons and fans for their ongoing support, and assure you that I'll be striving as hard as I can in 2015 to deliver the best stories, commissions, and customer service as I possibly can. First of all, for all of you who were concerned about my family in Bermuda after the recent hurricane, aside from a few destroyed windows they're just fine and are cleaning up after Hurricane Gonzalo. I'm very grateful as apparently it was a very violent hurricane and has already caused the death of several people across Bermuda and southern Ireland.

Now then, I've finally moved into the new flat in London and have settled in enough to get back to working on art and stuff.

I've been rather quiet as of late, especially on the streaming front. This is because of two problems: First, the internet in the new apartment, while fast, was still a bit shaky due to a faulty network card in my machine. My housemate and I have since found a workaround for this, so internet is much better now and I should be able to stream again soon, albeit not for stream commissions. This brings me to workload stuff.

I've been feeling pretty overwhelmed recently which is why I haven't been taking on new commissions/streaming. Here's my current workload that I need to complete before the end of the year.

This doesn't seem like a lot, but trust me, just one comic is a ton of work...and I piled three on top of one another. Generally not a good idea. This segues into the good news and bad news. First, I'll break the bad news since it directly relates to my workload...

First, I won't be taking on any new stream commissions until mid-January. I know that seems like a long time, but I won't be able to make a scratch in the above list while I'm stressing over stream commissions at the same time.

If some miracle happens and I'm able to chew through this entire workload more quickly than I think I can, I may open for some streams in December, but that's doubtful I'm afraid, since I'll be traveling for holiday things.

Second, for all you Tailheat folks, "Meridian" is gonna be put on hold until January. Two comics is more than enough to keep me busy for the next two months!

Now for the good news...

After much consideration and deliberation, I've decided to open up my Waystone project to the public eye and start posting the pages, once per week on my gallery sites such as Furaffinity, Weasyl and perhaps Tumblr.
Although I would say that, thanks to my wonderful patrons the Patreon has been a success so far, I realized that I was treating it more like a paysite than anything. In hindsight I don't think that's what Patreon is designed to do.

I believe that the service is supposed to be used to fund something that is otherwise shared freely, allowing the funders to receive little goodies that the general public doesn't.

As a result, the "Prefect" tier is gonna be merged with the "Waykeeper" tier, in order to make those rewards a bit more affordable for those who choose to donate.

Also, current Patrons will notice that I removed two of the milestone goals for now. This is because I simply can't promise to fulfill the level of work they require at this point in my life. However, the Patron polled illustration will remain, since they're fun and I can find the time to do them ;).

That said, instead of taking public suggestions (which doesn't seem to work, due to a lack of suggestions) I'll be switching over to a multiple choice scheme, where I list the things I'm interested in drawing and you get to choose which of them you like best! I'm hoping this will prove an easier option than trying to think up something you'd like to see X3. Of course, I'm always open for suggestions to add to the list!
