Posted 13 years agoI almost didn't watch it cus I thought if its anything like the syombel or the mascots it just going to be an embarresment, like an hour of interperative dance or something else that was terrible.
Luckily I was wrong! I was really amazing! I didn't think we could pull off anything like the Beijing opening but the best description for it I've heard so far is "The Beijing opening was a show of strength, ours was a show of heart" =3
If you haven't seen it you should! If you are in the UK it is featured on BBC iPlayer, if not then I'm sure you have something somewhere or it will eventually be on youtube.
I don't want to give away any spoilers but the industrial part just blew me away and I thought the literiture and NHS part was really good too, so way happy and glorious! and the chariots of fire... It was all good!!

Schro is home again
Posted 14 years agoHeya~ I'm back home and safe. Even though my flight was canceled yesterday and I was stranded in North Carilina for the night.
I had a really amazing time! And I was so sad to leave, I wish I was staying longer.

Holy crap, this weekend, where do I even begin?
Well I guess I should explain where I've been! I've been LARPing! If you don't know what LARP is then you should look it up now, go ahead, I'll wait here for you.
Do dee doo~
Did I put you off? Great! Well then, this time we had a big scrap! We where unfortunately outnumbered 2 to 1 but that didn't dampen our spirits! He chanted out the above battle song over and over before running at the enemy lines like something possessed!
We lasted a long time too, far longer then anyone expected! I used up all my ansecteral power for that day to become unkillable for about 30 seconds and threw myself at the enemy lines when things looked pretty bad for us before my power ran out and I was beaten into a fine paste.
Luckily! One of the people I whailed on in that time liked my fighting spirit and got someone to heal me which was nice of him. Once I got back to our broken camp I was told to see one of the knights! I was panicking because the knight in question usually carries out executions and I thought because he returned alive that I had betrayed my country or something!
However, he also saw what I did and apparently saved some lives by sacrificing myself (I was oblivious and wanted to see how killy I could be~ do dee doo) And so he offered me the chance to trail under him and become a paladin! (There are very few paladins and they are as hard as nails!) So I accepted and hopefully I will pass my trials in the year to come!
Okay, geek out over, I must pass out now cus my everything hurts

Posted 15 years agoThat's right! I'm currently packing up to go to the states for a whole month this time! I will be staying with Caustic again <3 and I'm sure I will be murdered by the time I come back x3
I am freaking out a bit, seeing this is the first time I've ever had to get a connecting flight and I also have to fly to Germany, the day after we play them in the world cup :S Germans don't hold grudges, right?
If anyone what's to pay for me to come and see them somewhere in the US then I'll try and make my way around to people! But I am there to see Caustic and mountain dew :3
So 28/06/10 until 26/07/10 I will be in America <3

I luuuuuuuvvvv this film, I think its my favourite ever :3 I may just be in my post film watching glee but woooow I looooved it!
The animantion was amazing! Hiccups hair as he flew along! It was awesome, the attention to detail was inspiring.
The music was amazing too! I accentually bought the soundtrack, WITH MONEY! I didn't even steal it, it was so good I had to get it from amazon!
I'm going to buy the DVD when it comes out, I want to own it right now so I can watch it again.
Erm, to make this look a little more like a review I'll add something like the story was another Dreamworks template but WHO CARES?! It works, why fix what isn't broken.

So yeah, I had a great time in LA! Enjoyed every minute of it :3 Wish I was there longer though. It was weird to go from the warmth of LA to the snowy winter of England again =< But I guess snow is fun.

Posted 16 years agoI've just heard on the news that a 'student' from a 'UK University' travailing 'alone' to the 'US' tried to blow up a plane.
I am now taking bet to see if I can even get into the LA though all of the enhanced security, seeing as I am a 'Student from a UK university travailing alone to the US' The very next day.
