Comission from MFF need help
Posted 10 years agoSo I got a commission with my mate at MFF and may I just say it wasn't cheap <.< The easiest way to describe the problem we're now having is we forgot who the artist was and lost contact info. Is there a way I can look at the 2014 list of vendors at MFF?

Cutting back on furry activities, not because I want to
Posted 10 years agoSome random stuff coming up with my parents and furries. I'm probably not gonna go fursuiting often when I do get it back, and I think I'm gonna pull back on going to MFF till right before I turn 18 because it's likely that it will happen a week or two before then. i just don't wanna have my parents saying nothing at all. My mom is about to watch inside edition on furries. My dad said he was very uncomfortable with me going to conventions where they had to differentiate minors from adults and that it had "Scruff La Buff" on it instead of my real name and that there were fursuiters. Probably only sticking to local stuff for a few years.

Posted 11 years agoSorry for the late notice! Been trying to get this more settled into and brainstorming hasn't been the most productive. This will be our big furmeet for the month because MFF is just around the corner so we are trying to space it out a bit.
2:00 - Meet at
InfinityFire's place and play some games and just in general hang out (contact him for address)
5:00 - Go to Kelly's bowling and play about 2 or 3 games
7:30 ish - Go and grab some food somewhere
8:30 - Head back to InfinityFire's house to watch some movies and wrap up the night. Once again sorry for the late notice!!!

When: Friday Oct. 31st
What: Watching movies and trick or treating of course!
Tentative schedule:
3pm - Start time, watching movies
~5-6 - Pizza delivery as noms
~7 - Trick or treating! Those who want to go (suiters) can walk around the neighborhood. I've worn my fursuit to go trick or treating here in the past, and it went very well!
~8 - More movies! (or something else?)
Notes:
-Trick or treating is an optional activity. Obviously not everyone has a fursuit and thus won't want to go trick or treating. And that's okay. Someone needs to stay back and hand out candy to kids. (probably me in suit)
-Please bring movies to watch! I have a DVD player, which will be the preferred method of watching movies. Watching on someone's laptop is also an option, but obviously not as good.
-Please suggest movies in the comments! Already suggested are Princess Mononoke and How to Train Your Dragon 1 and 2. I have Princess Mononoke on DVD but I do not have either HTTYD movies.

Posted 11 years agoI'm not doing poorly in school at all but I don't feel like I'm focusing enough on my homework so I'm deleting facebook from my phone and logging off from my computer. I'll be staying on FA and be going on Skype on occassion so these will be my new ways to talk unless you have my number

Posted 11 years agoMight as well be an extention of the furry fandom. I enjoy quite a bit of the FNAF fandom but then I came to the sudden realization there was gonna be some naughty stuff ._. Why why why. Seriously. They are robots. I don't get it. I mean I could understand the character concepts but I mean people are actually saying it about the Anamatronics. Come on now.....

Posted 11 years agoI've had steam a while but I've never had anything on it but since best buy gave me some free in store credit I bought two steam cards and got Counter Stike: Source and G-Mod. Also got Five Night's at Freddy's but that's single player. If you guys want to add me my steam account is brighttalon. Also I have $10.00 credit left and I don't get charged tax on steam because of the state I'm in so if you guys have any reccomendations let me know

1:30 Meet up at Jimmy Johns again
2:30 Everyone hop in their respective cars >=3 we aren't staying downtown, we are gonna head over to Benton Harbor for some fun. We have two options. We can watch a movie at Celebration Cinema [https://celebrationcinema.com/locat...../BentonHarbor] or we can go to Slackers [http://slackerslazertagfuncenter.com] for some Laser Tag!!! Either one would be fun but here's where the schedule splits
Movie:
3:00 Get to the Theatre and pass time waiting for the movie (we can decide what movie and look at times during lunch)
5:00 (Let's assume the movie takes two hours) Now comes the fun part. This is when you're gonna want to put your fursuits on, we are gonna sit off into groups and go grocery shopping testing out what different places will allow us to go in.
6:30 we all got some food now, we are heading back to my place. (I'm NOT gonna put my address on FA. I will privately give it to the people going) Now we have some food (and whatever else you guys got) so I guess it's about time we ate it. The rest of the time we'll be chilling at my house having fun just doing whatever.
Laser Tag:
3:00 Arrive at the mall and basically just start laser tag. We have a few options on how much it is. Last time I was there I believe it was $20 for 2 hours or something like that. But some of us or all of us might get in for free because they used to allow suiters in for free sometimes (to my knowledge)
5:00 Read above schedule starting at 5. As unprofessional as that is I do not need to retype all of that X3
So bring about $30 (I think I over price how much to bring sometimes but better safe than sorry right?) and maybe some soda and chips. We want to have some things left to shop for.

Furmeet on SATURDAY the 13
Posted 11 years agoThere will be another St.Joseph Furmeet on the 13 of September. Once again meeting at the Jimmy Johns downtown. More planning will be done but this will be the date.
Things I would reccomend bringing
$20-$30
A swim suit/ Towel/ etc...
A fursuit if you have one (trying something we haven't that you'll need a suit for. For those that wish to know, we'll be in Benton Harbor for it but it'll be during the DAY. Wouldn't make you go there during the night in suit)
Maybe a few movies.
Whatever else you think we can have fun with!!! Board game? Card game? Anything you wish (not that) !!!!

Might redo the ice bucket challenge
Posted 11 years agoAlready did it. It's on my Facebook. I might redo it next Furmeet to Uncle Kage's standard because I personally wasn't pleased with how much ice was melted and also because eh, why not at a Furmeet. http://www.furaffinity.net/journal/6064394/
