I don't know how to make journals !

I found out this week that my surgery will be about half of what I was originally told, which is good, but I still have been unable to get a job, and a lot of family stuff has gone down, so I still have little to nothing I can use to pay for it. I'm supposed to be having it in a month, but I don't even have enough for the deposit to secure a specific date. I've tried to apply for things like CareCredit, but I've been declined everywhere since, big surprise, I've got no credit history. I don't want to make this some big guilt trip/sob story, so I'll make it short as I can after having supplied context. I've got commissions open, so if you have money to spare I'd really appreciate the chance to do business. It'd also be real swell if you could like, tell friends/people you know that are looking to commission pieces that I'm open, I'd prefer not to do fetish stuff but, honestly, I'm getting kind of desperate, so I'm more willing to go with that (just uhm, no scat, underage, or noncon, I'm sorry but I really can't budge on those). This last thing's a bit of a shot in the dark, but if any of you know of services like CareCredit that might be more willing to accept an application from someone without much history to their bank account (I don't even have a bank account). So uh, sorry that every time I post a journal it's things like this, but if you read through this, I'd sincerely like to thank you.

I am really not feeling so good about my money situation, I no longer have insurance but I need to see my endocrinologist soon and I really need to start up therapy again(also if you didn't notice, my internet gets shut off for about a week nearly every month), I also don't have a fully functioning phone and what does work on it is starting to... Not Work(Same for my ds and tablet and I know a DS isnt that impotant in the grand scheme of things but it helps me feel better,,,). I can't get a job irl where I live for a multitude of reasons(very few availible jobs, poor mental health) so I don't have much I can do other then just try to make money from commissions so if you're looking to commission someone, it would really mean the world to me if you could check out my commissions post here or my Animal Crossing chibis here

OKay so money's been getting kind of tight, and I got a new prescription and my insurance doesn't cover it and I've been putting off picking it up from CVS bc I don't have the money for it, we also need to fix our oven and washer machine, and my dad is trying to apply for citizenship (he is from El Salvidor and he hates renewing the green card, he just wants to be a citizen in the country he's lived for 30 years) and like, the last thing I wanna do is make one of those guilt trippy "buy my shit" posts, but like, if you guys could maybe take a look at my commissions or if you have friends who are looking to get comms, point them over to me?
