Posted 2 months agoReally need to meet a girl (or afab non-binary welcome too) who *stinks* to get to be good friends with and hang out with IRL and eventually become more for a wonderful Pepe Le Pew and Penelope relationship, only they're Pepe and neither of us are guys. Lots of stinky struggle snuggles and forced odor smelling with someone who just reeks and me having to smell it all all the while.
And then lots of kissing, and hand-holding, and general cuddling, and nuzzling, and just talking all night, and getting lost in each other's beautiful eyes, and playing games.

Gameplay that lets me feel like I'm truely in the shoes of the character doing what is happening onscreen. High levels of gore, telekinetic powers, playable girlyboi characters, katanas, and playable skunk characters are all things that'll make me buy a game too. :P

Eh everything has some need to it.
9. Prefer PC or Console?
Console.
Don't like to wonder if a game will play on my hardware. Don't like not being able to rent to see if a game is good. Don't like how expensive it is to keep up with PC games vs. the $300 every 6 years I spend keeping up with consoles. Hate "traditional" ways of playing on PC (keyboard mouse controls, small computer monitor, not laying down to play, close to the monitor. I know all these don't HAVE to be done on a PC, but it requires buying non-standard PC equipment to circumvent)
10. Your current 3 Fav games?
All time? Elder Scrolls: Oblivion, Dark Souls, Way of the Samurai 3
I'm not really playing anything newly currently, so I can't really pick games I've just started. Would just be Splatoon, Splatoon, and Splatoon. :P

I tend to stay away from games that I know I won't like, so especially now I rarely have experiences with games I really don't like. I can't really think of any recent games I've played that I really didn't like.

God of War, Halo, and Uncharted. I can't pick just one of them.

Didn't find the draw of the old games at all. I did enjoy the reboot though. Though I can understand the dislike for the lack of tombs/puzzles.

Its fun in short spurts, but quickly gets either boring or infuriating.
16. ...Sonic?
Sonic 2 was the first game I ever actually owned (Mortal Kombat was rentals). Play it all the time and it is a wonderful game, as were all the Genesis sonics. The series went downhill after that and is pretty much a laughing stock at this point game-wise, even if the characters are still great. They rekindled it a bit with Generations, but then Sonic Boom...
17. ...Spyro?
I loved Spyro and the original game! I still love the character, but I felt 2 and 3 weren't that great, and once Activision got hold of it the games went to total shit. Though Dawn of Dragons was good.
18. ...The Sims?
I don't care for games where I'm not directly controlling a character, since then I can't immerse myself in the game so that the character and I are the same person. So I never saw any appeal or reason to play the sims. Tried it once, got bored in a few minutes.
19. ...Legend of Zelda?
Have actually only ever played Zelda 2, and that was only in the past couple years. I'd like the get into the series since it has a girly little boy like link as the main character though. Especially the WiiU one coming out, since they really made him uber girly in that one. And Tri-force heroes, omg the costumes! <3
20. ... Assassin's Creed?
It has its moments, and is ok in spurts. The first game was really mediocre and frankly rather offensive. The second was good fun, though still repetitive like the first, and all the others really.

Addressing Imposters and Fakes of Scynt

So, I've come across a couple imposter accounts, or accounts using my name recently, and also been notified of some other imposters through various people I've spoken with. Therefore, I just wanted to clarify some things.
We'll start with the obvious. If you have had an "rp" session with Scynt, or Scynt has approached you for some "rp" in ANY way, shape, or form, in the past 2 years, or at any time in the future, I will tell you with 100% certainty that that Scynt is NOT me.
I do not "rp," I don't enjoy "rp," all it does is give me work to do instead of being able to relax. Ok, anyway, MFF was quite a lot of fun this year. It was my first time ever getting to fursuit, and was the debut of my suit from
fursuiting Didn't go tooo hard in it, cause I was terrified of sweat getting on it and eating it away or whatever, but got probably a good 15-20 hours of suiting in amongst the 4 days.
Got there a little after noon on Thursday, and spent most of the time just wandering. Who am I kidding, that's what I spend most of all my cons doing. :P But yeah, ran around a lot between

part_time and so many others. I was gonna keep listing, cause I didn't want anyone to feel bad, but then everyone reading would probably get bored going through a whole list of names. Needless to say, I met, met up with, and hung out with a lot of people and I love you all, you're all awesome.
When I wasn't hanging with people I was running around in suit. Seemed to get a good reception from people, got lots of "omg you're so adorable!" and "I love your suit!" so that was really really great to hear that people liked it. ^^ Lots of hugs and some pictures as well. Hoping I can find more of them around online, cause I didn't really get any myself.
Aside from just suiting I also ran around in fairy wings, a pink tutu, and pink stockings handing out giant (like massively huge) pixie sticks to people. Had bought 3 boxes of 100 each before the con. Got a lot of "omg you're amazing!" and "I needed this so badly!" so that seemed to turn out well as well. x3
Was SOOOOOO sad that I missed the AfterDark fursuit charades. Looked at the schedule Friday night when I thought they were on Saturday and saw I missed them. DX I had really really wanted to do some playful little kinky charades this year in suit. ;.;
Otherwise, the only real event I hit up was the fursuit parade. First parade I've ever been in! O: It was rather short (for the suiters), and really hot in the room beforehand x.x but it was a fun time. ^^
Overall, unlike last year there was very little depressing time. Only bad part of the con was when I'd see a really cute fursuit, and then see a really cute girl is the one wearing it... and... I could just feel myself loading another bullet into the chamber of a gun getting ready to put it to my head every time I did...
And normally, I personally think the idea of "just ignore your problems and be happy" is a terrible idea and ideology to live by, as all it'll do is at best get you to a place in life where you tell someone you're miserably depressed and they say but you're always so happy, you must just be having a bad time, it'll get better, and then you can never get help or support again, but I digress
I followed that thought process for the con, not to make myself happy, cause yeah, that wouldn't last long, but it was the debut of my suit and I felt I had to make it a good weekend at least. If I got depressed I'd lose all energy and would have no more suiting left in me. So, any time I saw a female, I just tried to ignore it as quickly as I could, and I managed to keep my mood afloat for the con at least.
And of course, we can't forget the events of Saturday night. Won't really dwell on it much, we all know about it by now. The entire event, and the feeling in the air was more that of a general annoyance than anything frightening or threatening. I was annoyed I froze to death for almost an hour and had to wait to get back to my hotel room, and was a little worried about my suit. Other than that, my general feeling about the whole thing while there was "meh." Do feel bad for the 19 that had to go to the hospital though. Hope anyone that was adversely affected is doing better now.
All-in-all it was a great con, easily one of the 5 best I have attended; RF'12, AC'13, MFF'14, MCFC'14, GLFC'14

Posted 11 years agoSo a chlorine tank on the roof of the hotel had a major leak detected on the 7th floor. 6 people were apparently brought to the hospital for minor to moderate chlorine inhilation. Everyone was kicked out of the hotel while they deal with it. I had the perfect outfit choice of short shorts and t-shirt to stand outside in the freezing cold. x.x But, made it to the hilton lobby to get warm, though now they're turning people away. Sounds like it'll be a few hours till we get to go back.

Midwest Furfest: looking for room mates
Posted 11 years agoSo, have a room at the main hotel for MFF later this year. Its still largely empty. Have one other person that's *probably* in, so I'm looking for 1-2 more people to add. Would most likely be floor space/rollaway space, unless the other person doesn't want the bed. The room being a single King. Please let me know if you're interested.
