My new comic: Claw-torn consonance
Posted 2 years agoI started uploading my new comic titled Claw-torn consonance.
You can find it in my gallery, it has its own folder too.
The upload schedule will be weekly for a while with pauses at least between "chapters" (loosely defined as I won't strictly divide it for now).
Feel free to ask any questions about it, the lore, my plans, your suggestions, etc.!

Free Picture Contest 3 : the result!

This character had a very nice and appealing design which gave him a very good initial score, the random number generation didn't make a significant enough difference in this regard, thus it is concluded that he is the winner of this contest!

Free Contest for Free Picture - Episode 3: Attack of the RNG
Posted 9 years agoPrepare your OC's for action (as in, writing a comment about them), because this time, things will be different...
This time, the contest is only partially subjective and partially random!
It goes like this:
1.: Post your original character you would like to see a picture about.
•Also mention whether you wish only SFW or NSFW, ignore this option if either is ok.
2.: I give a 1-10 rating for each entry (not public though) based on how much I like it, how well it fits into themes I like to draw about, whether it's so complex it needs significant extra effort, etc.
3.: I generate one random number 1-6 for each entry in the list using an rng program.
4.: I add these two numbers for each entry together.
(5.): If there is a tie for the highest score, I generate another random number that decides which one of these gets the advantage.
6.: The highest score wins.
7.: The free picture gets done in 1-2 weeks, in similar quality to my recent pictures.
•It will be a one-character picture with a simple to moderate complexity background.
With this system, it's not all about luck, and it's less pressure on me opposed to a subjective pick, as the randomness carries some weight of the selection.
So, for example even an 5/10 suggestion has a chance against a 9/10 if it gets lucky, (it gets rolled a 6 and the latter an 1), but better/more interesting suggestions will have a steady advantage.
Reminders:
•All watchers, long time and brand new, are welcome.
•Any theme is avaiable, sfw or nsfw.
•Please no specifically copyrighted characters/things (original characters of commercialized settings are still fine).
•Keep in mind that I prefer to keep the theme and style somewhat fitting to what I've shown so far in my drawings.
Entries are accepted until next Sunday, April 3, 14:00 GMT. (Not the precise selection time, but no guarantee for entries after that.)

This time, it will be an NSFW solo picture.
Some notes, not really rules as this whole selection process will be as subjective as it gets anyway:
•Selection is not random nor affected by the time of posting.
•I'll decide which character will be featured in the picture mostly based on how interesting they are to me.
•Exotic species have a slightly better chance.
•If the charafter is your fursona, that's also a slightly better chance.

I have decided to go with the entry of
zed8 , with this axalotl charater: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/14424062/ .
I find the species to be an unique and interesting-looking, but also not often portrayed in the fandom compared to other animals of Earth.
And she is also damn cute :3
