just a heads up, I'm thinking about wiping most of my old stuff out of my gallery soon, just because of reasons. so if for some reason you like any of that noise, save it or whatever :D

So I'd intended to start right up again after round one, but I was pretty thoroughly distracted for a bit with my new job and everything. But I think I'm finally settling in enough to get back to devoting some serious time to art. That and I am really starting to feel the pressure to buy plane tickets for mff XD. So once again, Imma do 5 slots, same deal as last time, probably roughly he same quality, although I am going to try and shy away from the more complex backgrounds. If you really have to have one we can talk, but no promises.

To explain pwyw "pay what you want" -I'll take donations after I draw your thing, if you're satisfied enough to give one :3 that's really all there is to it, price is whatever you think its worth!

so I got a lot more people asking than I intended with this current round :O (which is awesome!) and I ended up giving a few of people like 'reserved' slots for next time, which I intend to start immediately after this first round. I realize this is a little unfair, I mean if there is in fact more demand for slots <.<, as obviously I can't give everyone a slot or I'll never be done. Out of respect for the individuals them though I'm going to keep them 'reserved,' but then after that round I will probably refrain from it in the future as a rule. So in summary, just please bear with me while I try to get a feel for this whole thing, and things should be running smooth in no time! Thank you!

So, in my residual Anthrocon hype, I have resolved to make it to Midwest Furfest this year. In order to accomplish this, I'm going to see if I can't sell some commissions, I've had several people express interest and have decided it couldn't hurt to try. However as I'm still extremely wary of putting to much pressure on myself, I'm going to make them "pay what you want" things, which means basically I'll take donations after I draw your thing, if you're satisfied enough to give one :3 Particularly generous donations will warrant an extra sketch or two :3

Starting school this week, continuing my full time work as well. So I'm gonna be pretty scarce for the next three months or so. It'll be tougher to find time to draw but I'm sure I'll squeeze some in...

So I was super motivated to draw for once , and come in today to a sputtering wreck of a computer. Fortunately yesterday I picked up a galaxy note 10.1 on impulse so I'm gonna give that a whirl for sketching at least. Kinda sucks because my new plan was to really focus on more finished pieces...

Anyhow, I guess I'll take few random requests in the several hours I have to kill before getting to my desktop if anyone's interested. Hopefully I'll get the hang of this thing I might be fickle in selection today, as fair warning.

So yeah, I'm back, man that kinda sucked. Anyway hopefully I can get back to drawing soon. Got up 22 hours ago, sleepy time now. Peace.

So my tablet pen seems to have disappeared from my computer bag somehow. I'm still looking for it but I didn't even know until I tried to break out the tablet at work a few days ago, no idea where it might be. If I can't find it I probably won't be able to replace it until I after my trip, so like end of january time frame.

I've been trying for months and months to get my old WoW crew into it, but I've finally decided to give it up, they won't budge. :< Anywho, I'll play by myself if I have to but I'd prefer not to. Anybody watching me happen to know a good server/guild/whatever or just want to play?

So I figure some people might be confused or perhaps curious about my name. I get the occasional question about it. It is a fairly silly and inane tale for a silly and inane name. I'm going to tell you it regardless.

So back when I was first getting into online gaming in a big way with Return to Castle Wolfenstein and then later Enemy Territory (fantastic games by the way) I fancied myself a pretty good player. Partially born of that, and partially to troll my friends, I started giving people obnoxious "protips" a Gamepro magazine thing (most infamously: Protip: to kill the cyberdemon, shoot it until it dies) such as: to win, kill the nazis until you win. Eventually I just changed my name to Protip to make for less typing. After that it just stuck for a good while until I dropped the pro, upon realizing how not pro I am at most games.
So I basically just dragged the name out of gaming to use as an FA profile. HOWEVER, back when I first created this account I was terrified to death of someone from real life using some kind of computer-sorcery to connect it to my video gaming exploits and thus to my ultimate secret identity. (yes I was both immature and paranoid) So I changed it up a tad by making it "secret" and taking a "y" from my actual name. I didn't actually intend to ever post anything at first.

So yeah that's how that happened. I realize now it is awkward to read and say, but I'm too lazy to do anything about it so...


Also I have a tumblr now, because I wanted to be one of the cool kids B). It's gonna be non-fetish, mostly non-adult stuff there because of reasons. If for some crazy reason anyone is still interested you can find it at:

So I got called into work today, but that's not so bad. So all night at work I'm like: man I think I'm gonna stream some arts tonight, that'll be fun. So I get home and the powers randomly out! Wtf mate! Oh well guess it could be worse :P. Maybe the power'll come on later.

So the resolution on the monitor of my laptop was like, too wide, or something I think. So as a result, everything I've been drawing is taller and skinnier than I was seeing it. NOW I'M SEEING WHAT YOU'RE ALL SEEING, and it upsets me. I just wanted to get it out there.

Man, I am thoroughly upset with myself :<

In case anyone's wondering my tablet is broken. So yeah, that's a big part of why I haven't been posting. No worries though, dat tax return should be showing up relatively soon, so I can blow it on a new toy like a good consumer.

So I don't have a picture for this thousand, it kind of snuck up on me (plus I have this pile of requests!) but yeah, this one came around way faster than 1k and 2k did. I like to think it's because I'm improving, although let's be honest, I'm just drawing more porn and more different fetishes ^^. (or maybe the whole actual 'interacting with people' is affecting it :P) Whateva.

Actually on that note I've been considering doing the whole open/closed thing with requests, to prevent me from becoming overwhelmed (don't worry I'm not there yet!). I guess I'm waiting to see if it will continue to be a "problem." Any thoughts?
