So I was convinced by  milodesty to go this year (with  silverfox5213 pokelai darklurker hirohusky drgnalexia and  sup3rfly) and while I admit that even though it was rather costly, it was a rather nice experience. c:


Journey to Germany was long, but not bad, unless you count the heat (since the air-con was not working properly) and my butt being flattened from about 17 hours of flight time, then it's bad. airplane food was slightly undercooked too (hard pasta, eeeergh); the breakfast was kinda nice though. :D

Honestly I was a bit weird out on the first day, being the first time at a con and all, but I got used to it after awhile, and then it gotten pretty natural throughout the entire con; met some pretty cool people there (sorry if I'm not vocal ;-;) too. Quite a bit of events happening during the con, and while not all events were suitable for visits, me and Desty did attended some and most of them were pretty good! (Especially any with Uncle Kage, hilarious) Got some stuffs from the Dealer's Den too; not a whole lot, but enough to serve as remembrance to the convention. :)

What I enjoyed the most for the entire con was the fursuits and fursuiters. I used to have other thoughts about them and never really understood the appeal of them, but after the con, I'm starting to see things their way. Walking about entertaining passersby, overall making the people around them happy and smile. What hit me the most was when there were kids around- seeing them so happy as they hugged, take pictures, waving goodbye, I have a hard time collecting myself from being melted into a puddle every time it happens. It's just so heartwarming (this is coming from a guy that doesn't really like children).

 milodesty will probably jab me every opportunity he gets for seeing me say this, but after seeing fursuiters in action, I now feel like getting one too. :I

Overall it was a pretty good experience and I would not be shy to say I'm looking forward to other opportunities to attend more cons. :D

Edit: Oh yeah I got slightly drunk on the last day too after only a few sips of cocktail. Fuck yeah low alcohol tolerance! *passes out*

- Example of works can be found in my gallery.
- Process of work such as sketch will be provided and awaits approval before being continued onto Inking.
- Changes are only to be made during the Sketch phase. Please confirm your changes until satisfaction while they're still sketches. I will not make anymore changes once I start Inking/Colouring
- Customers will be given a small version of the completed piece once it's done. If satisfied with the end result, I'll give you my Paypal address and the original image will be given once payment is received.

There was this woman in a village, whose life is centered around gossiping. She'll gossip about everything and everyone, hurting everyone in the village in the process.

And even though at first she has a lot of friends, she noticed that as time passed on, her friends started to leave her one by one, until she has friends no more.

Feeling lonely and depressive, she started to realize the wrongs she had done, and went to consult the village chief for advice.

After hearing her problem, the village chief told her to slash a hole on her feather filled pillow, and walk around the village with it until there is no more feathers left inside the pillow.

Of course she questioned his method, but she did so anyways, because she was desperate.

So she went back home, slashed a hole in her feathered pillow, and started to walk around the village with it. Feathers flew in grace as she walked.

The next day, she went back to the village chief and told him the deed is done. This is where the village chief told her-

Chief: "Now I want you to go back and collect back up every single feather that you've dropped around the village."

Whereas the woman responded-

Woman: "But.. that is impossible!"

In which the chief replied back: "It's impossible to fix the damage you have done."

I heard of this from my instructor during my leadership camp I went to a few days ago, and I think this does not only apply to gossiping, but also to everything hurtful you're gonna say.

What this lil story is telling is, think twice before you speak of something hurtful to the recipient. Because once it's out, you cannot suck it back in.

If you're lucky, you'll still be able to mend the damage you've caused, because most of the time, you can't.

The tongue is a powerful tool. It can bring happiness or sorrow; bring life or death depending on how you use it.

I hope this lil story is of meaning to potential readers of this journal as it is to me.
