Posted 5 years agoHey folks! As mentioned in my last post, I'm going to be bringing back some old NSFW content here. maybe not all of it (honestly some was crazy old) but a bunch. However I don't want to put out the folks who just joined for HSD material. SO there is a new account up dedicated just for that while this one migrates back to what it was. For everyone else (who, I imagine, are the majority) stick around and it's nice to see you again. Just as a heads up for those curious or worried, HSD content has not stopped nor is it waning. This decision comes from the realization over the past five years that me attempting to only create SFW material to widen HSD's appeal has been marginally effective at best, because people either give it a genuine try and don't much care where it came from, or judge it "furry" and dismiss it without trying anyway.

Discounted rulebook and adventure
Posted 10 years agoBecause of scifi month AND a lucky stroke with Drivethru’s random discount system, both the HC SVNT DRACONES core rulebook AND the new first time adventure module are discounted right now! The rulebook discount lasts all month, but the adventure discount expires in 20 hours. But you can now snag both, combined, for less than 5 bucks.

All you need to play is the rulebook, some friends, some dice or digital dice substitutes, and some time! There are tools which can make life a little easier, such as a playmat with hexes on it and such, but none of it is required up front to play. The S.O.L. contract is a great way to start people off so they can get a feel for the game without worrying about “messing something up,” which, really, you don’t need to worry about anyway. But folks do, and I can appreciate that.

Posted 11 years agoThank you all for your support. We are recovering as best we can. Wife had a blood transfusion today to deal with anemia and low platelet count associated with the HELLP syndrome that the preeclampsia eventually turned into. I know, odd acronym, but that’s what its called, and why we had to deliver. Shes feeling much better, but its going to be a few more days before she can leave, assuming things continue to improve.
Baby is “doing all the things we expect someone born this early to do”, which is the best I can really get out of any of the hospital staff. I think its code for “shes doing well but could end up not doing well at any point”. I feel bad for them really, hospitals have been sued into the dirt so many times that no one is allowed to commit to anything anymore. its extremely difficult to get predictions or summaries or even opinions until something direct has to be immediately done. But shes breathing and alive and being taken care of, so for the moment that’s as good as I can hope for.
The birth documentation has 37 listed complications associated with the baby. Each one will have to be taken in time as she grows, so its really hard to feel as excited as I’d like to. I see a lot of “congratulations!” and I cant help but feel my heart sink a little with each one. Her chances really are pretty good, but there are a lot of hurdles between here and there.
I got the call on 1.5 hours of sleep. I’d pulled a late night because, as far as I knew, we were stable. That’s the nature of this condition though, it turns really quick. When surgery was over i followed them out with the baby while they went through the process of stitching everything up, and they put her into the incubator and i sort of fell in a zombie state for a little while. they explained some things, told me where my wife was headed, and if she hadn’t gotten to Recovery yet I was just supposed to find a room and wait for someone to get me. So i went back to the room she’d been in before the c-section and it was all up-ended, being cleaned out and such. one of the cleaning staff had found the shower scrubbing brush I’d brought for her earlier and handed it back to me, and i took it and sort of stood out in the hallway for a little bit. and someone told me I couldn’t stand in the middle of the hall because they might need to move a patient through quickly, so i kinda drifted toward a more public area, clutching this shower scrubbing brush thing like it was something important. and i came across a bathroom and locked myself in it and sobbed for a few minutes, because the damned shower brush is bigger than she is. I’ve never seen any living thing that looked so fragile. my hand is larger.
I felt a little better afterward, and i was able to find my way back to the recovery area and my wife had arrived and over the next few hours I was able to refocus a little. snagged a little nap with her once we were moved to the mom&baby wing. called my folks, all that stuff. Went back in to see the baby, was able to actually talk to the staff a little, it was all much more manageable the second time around. And the next day after i’d finally gotten some sleep, and I think it will keep getting more and more manageable. But I can tell already shes going to scare me like that the rest of my life. Hopefully, she’ll get that chance.

For those of you who are interested in engaging with the Desrin RP setting at all, I've set up a Myth-Weavers page with the related content. Youre welcome to dive right in. Just keep in mind, Myth-weavers is a SFW environment. Ive put the sexual info up there as a personal educational reference. if you want to engage in sexual rp (and by all means, do), make sure you dont do it on Myth-weavers. get in touch with the player you're pairing with and go someplace like skype to do your scene. use the public forum for general exploration and innuendo rather than the descriptive physical stuff.

I hear tell theres a lot of 'abandon ship' drama going on around here lately. frankly, I could care less about it. to be honest, FA's been a fine gallery for me for a very long time, and I've been plenty happy with its performance for the amount I've payed. which is nothing. If it dies out, I'll be sad to see it go. That said, I am making a weasyl account, but its for personal reasons.
I think I need a change of scenery. This old account has been sitting up here for, gah, 8 years? its full of my ancient crap and ideas that never went anywhere and I haven't touched in years because I always feel like posting an image on it is just throwing my time down a hole in the ground. I think starting fresh in a new service will help with that. I'll be reposting my favorite images and not the ones i dont care for, things will look better, Ill feel better about them, and maybe I can attract a few new faces. I plan to start uploading more in general, but I dont think I'll be doing it here. feels like its time for a new haunt. I hope you guys will join me there, I'd like to get back into drawing furry again, its been a while.

Posted 14 years agoHey everyone, thanks a bunch for your input on the next comic idea. Pretty good spread of opinions, but its looking like Siv wins out. Im thinking of doing something based around her and her big brother Lorum, probably exploring some of her tease-y attitude and tendency to provoke him into acts of risky public affection. the question now is, how bad do I make it? so, new survey!

publicish setting, like a movie theater. not much background on the characters, more of a "slice of life" thing like the previous comic with integra was. probably disappear into a bathroom and make a mess of it, or the screening room or something.

comic about siv's family and history, as told by her in her head while shes in the shower, mostly focusing on her adoration for lorum. lots of character background, but mostly solo scenes with "thought bubbles" of previous fuckery
possible fetishes for either story: hyper penetration, some masochism, cock-worship, watersports, exobitionism, copious cum.
golf carts.
