Okay, so... There have been a ton of changes to the site since I was last active. It's like trying to navigate a brand new site for me. I'm not complaining, just making a statement.

Fierce Hatred is on hiatus until I can get my motivation back. I haven't touched writing in a couple years. I haven't really touched anything in a couple years. I know it's the depression, and the meds are helping, but the recovery is slow. I will always be depressed and have motivation issues, I just wish they would go away for a time. Long enough for me to do something I consider productive.

No, I'm not accepting commissions myself. I'm not active (or talented) enough to make money doing things for other people. I came into a bit of extra money, though, and I'm looking to have a couple commissions done of my own characters; one of my fursona, the other of my original Sonic fancharacter. If anyone reads these journals, can you direct me to someone I may or may not be watching that are accepting commissions? I don't really have a specific art style I want for the fursona, but I specifically don't want the Sonic fancharacter done in the Sonic art style.

I mourn the loss of a good friend and fellow fur, . After battling with two types of cancer for a few years, having a strong and healthy baby boy, she finally fought back the cancer into remission. Shortly afterwards, she discovered a brain tumor, and while undergoing treatments, she developed an infection. After treatments the tumor reduced a little bit, but the cancer was back.

 kaeko succumbed to her illness today, October 11, 2015. The furry community mourns a fallen hero.

I've been friends with Kaeko since before I joined FurAffinity. I am broken knowing we won't get to chat ever again. I miss her terribly.

My prayers go out to her family, and her many other friends from our community and beyond.

1. Why did you join FurAffinity? - Wayyyyyy back in 2005, I stumbled across this "furry" term, and after researching it for a bit I came to the realization that I, myself, was a furry. I was in the military at the time, and found only one other person there who could "show me the ropes", as it were. I found out about FA through him, but it would be a couple years before I joined the site because I was convinced that my writing wouldn't be good enough. That, and it took a while for FA to accept new registration...

2. What does your username have to do with you? - 3P0X1 is the job code in the Air Force for Security Forces, the job I had in the military. SF stands for "Security Forces" and the combination just kinda... rolls off the tongue. SF3P0X1 was originally an email address.

3. What is your current avatar of? - My skunk fursona, as commissioned by  syn_viver

4. How many watchers do you have, and how many do you watch? - I have 34 watchers, and I watch 98 artists.

5. Do you have more than one account? - Yes. My other account is  stealthbatidna, and it holds all my Sonic related art and writings.

7. What artist do you admire because of their personality? -  jeevestheroo He's an awesome storyteller, and the way he interacts with his watchers through various journal entries has always given me the idea that he'd be an awesome person to meet IRL.

8. Do you comment, fave, or both? - I comment when I feel I have something good enough to say. On music pieces, I try to leave positive criticism, but I've found that most artists on FA don't like it when you leave a review that isn't "OMG ITZ SO GUD!"

Pieces are rarely marked as favorites by me unless it's something that really blows me out of the water every time I look at it.

9. What do you typically post on FA? - I write. Sometimes fiction, sometimes non-fiction, sometimes fanfiction. I have a few visual art pieces, but seeing as how I can't draw for shit, I usually write.

10.What's your favorite submission in your gallery? - THIS is my favorite submission. It's the first Evangelion fanfiction I ever wrote. I like how I managed to keep Shinji's personality as close to the original as possible, especially while trying to write a mind deteriorating into depression and suicidal tendencies from agony and distress.

11. What are the things you wish you could draw better? - ... everything?

Now, if you mean the things I wish I could "art" better, I wish I could write fight scenes better. Oh, and sex scenes. I wish I could write a sex scene good enough to make a girl wet.

12. How many hours a day do you spend on FA? - I used to spend hours at a time on FA. Now I just log in every day for a few minutes to check messages. I might start posting some other stuff soon, though, so I may be spending more time on FA just answering comments.

13. Are you a fast, slow, or medium typer? - I'd like to think I'm relatively quick, though I couldn't tell you what my typing speed is.

14. What is the most annoying thing people ask you? - People don't ever ask me anything. The most annoying anything I've gotten is from one artist who seems to think I'm a fake. He likes to post journals "outing" me whenever he goes on pre-emptive blocking sprees.

15. What is the most annoying/offending comment you've received? - ... I dunno. Something to the effect of "SF3P0X1 is a liar and a fake" as posted on the above artist's main page during one of said artist's blocking sprees.

16. What/who inspires you? - I am often inspired by my surroundings. Also inspiring are friends for whom I hold deep-seated crushes that will never be resolved.

17. Everyone has considered leaving FA once or twice. Have you? Why? - I've considered it, but the closest I've ever come to actually "leaving" FA are durng the spurts of time where I don't have internet access.

I am convinced that I need to go to a furry convention sometime in the next year or so. Maybe even get a skunk tail made. Just the tail though. I bleach my stripe and have a tail and I'll be good to go.

I'd just have to get over the whole "I can't deal with large groups of people being friendly to me" thing.

I really wish I could post comments on 's page, but it appears I've been blocked. I'm harmless, why would anyone want to block me?

He emails me from time to time when he's threatening a "comeback" but when he gets here he lingers for a couple weeks, then posts that everybody hates him and disappears again. I expect a 6 month hiatus, and then another email from him, followed by another appearance, then another DELETE FUCKING EVERYTHING and disappearance.

If anybody that reads my pointless journals watches him (he's an excellent writer, I just wish he'd get his head out of his ass and start writing for HIMSELF rather than for recognition) and feels that they should inform him of this particular journal, go right ahead. I want him to read this. I want him to respond, even.

"It's brought me nothing but hell and misery. I wish I'd never taken up writing, wish I'd never signed up on this art site. The whole thing has brought me nothing but trouble, led me to meet some very messed up people that think they're better than me... this past 4 years has been a joke and I'd have been better off without it in my life. The "fans" aren't worth the hassle. Never have been, never will be. I'd not count more than 3 of my watchers as fans anyway. I'm not a furry, I'm not one of you and I do not belong here. You'll keep thinking what you want to about me, and I don't care, because the feeling is more than mutual.

You can say what you want, I'll ignore it. "Life advice" always sounds good on paper but doesn't apply to the real world. I'm being a realist. I'm hated by the majority, hated by artists with big watch counts and influence, how dense can some of you be?"

How dense can we be, ? I mean, we're just waiting patiently for you to resume work on your writing instead of emo-ing about in your journals, convinced that everyone hates you because you're not as popular as the rest. Respect and popularity go hand in hand, you know... If you respect your watchers, your self, and the artists around you, you might actually gain some notoriety! But if you're gonna sit back and spout shit from the sidelines, about the only thing you're gonna get is a projectile to the face and FAIL plastered on the video when it hits YouTube.

Hopefully after moving to a new house with cheaper bills (and less roaches... long story with neighbors and alcohol, it's not pretty), I should be able to save money for a commission or two. Just need to decide on what character(s) to use, what artist to commission, and maybe even come up with a final design on my girlfriend's character. She's not a furry, but understands the idea behind a fursona and wants me to design one for her.

I want to get this written down before I forget it. I'm looking for a person who wants to help me write a story. I need a writer looking for a small side project that probably wouldn't be much more than about 4 chapters, each a couple pages long, to be posted here on FA. The topic is a Halo and Power Rangers crossover, and more details will be delivered to the writer I choose.

If anyone would be interested in such a project, note me. :)

Roughly three months ago, a former friend (hereafter referred to as [R]) of my girlfriend (hereafter referred to as (A)) gave (A) a female dog as a gift. There were no contracts signed, no conditions given; (A) came into possession of Abigail free and clear. Abby has been well taken care of, well exercised, and well loved for the entirety of the time she has been with (A).

Recently, (A) and [R] got into a fight which ended their friendship. The fight was over money as well as miscommunication, and [R] claimed total innocence in all of it (which was not the case), but the fight isn't the point. In the middle of everything, [R] demanded that (A) give Abby back to her. When denied, [R] threatened legal action, to take the dog by force; first, claiming to involve the police, and when that didn't work (we called the local police department and they told us that [R] would be laughed at should she try to contact them for something like this), she got quiet for a couple weeks or so.

Last night, [R] contacted (A) and said that she was going to file a case with civil court over Abby, as soon as she got her next check and could pay for it. [R] claims she talked to a couple attorneys and this is the conclusion she came to. (A) is scared shitless that some stupid fluke or legal loophole is going to cause her to lose her dog.

[R] claims to be a dog rescue. She has records of the pull that rescued Abby, but nothing else beyond that. (A) has vet records and accounts by many eye-witnesses over her treatment of the dog, as well as quotes by people who would testify that [R] is nothing but a troublemaker, spreading lies and slander in any effort to get her way. I, personally, think she has lied to the attorneys she talked to in order to figure out how to get a court case going, and once in court the lies will unravel and leave [R] looking the fool, but of course I'm not 100% sure.

Abby was a timid ball of fur when she was originally given to (A). We were informed that Abby was highly neurotic and that she'd never come out of that shell, but in the time (A) has had the dog, she's made an almost 180 degree turnaround. The dog is friendly if you're gentle and calm and slow-acting around her, and to those she's been living with she's just like a big puppy. [R] would allow the dog to curl up under her desk and hide all day, making no attempt to socialize the dog.

Myself and (A) need advice and support. If it goes to court, we are going to have a hard time affording competent legal protection, but I'm not asking for money. We have all that we need to keep Abby healthy and happy, with a roof over her head and enough food for her to eat.

What was wrong with the old system? This system is, like... a backwards step from the former. You used to be able to hover your mouse over the thumbnail and get a title and a bit of the description, which made filtering what new music one wanted to see/hear so much easier.

I hope this is still a work in progress. Hell, even the announcements are gone!

EDIT: They re-added the mouse-hover information system to the thumbnails, so it's a bit better than the original run two days ago. But the missing FA Announcements on the side of the home page is still upsetting. I'd rather see the announcements right there rather than have to click into a journal to read them.

But that's just me.

Because the story in which The Strategist is based is getting a rewrite, and because some of the information in the history of The Strategist is getting voided because of the rewrite, I'm going to be doing a rewrite of The Strategist.

HOWEVER.

The rewrite won't begin until the chapter for which I created my fancharacter and his world has been rewritten/reposted.

Did I just confuse people?

EDIT: Okay, so the original story rewrite has been postponed indefinitely. This means I probably need to write my own origin story...
