Posted 2 years agoThis year I plan to stream as much of my art as I can!
I'm not really super talkative on my mic still but I do like hanging out in the text chat with folks that are watching!
I don't have a set work schedule because I kind of revolve around Indi's days off from work and he's a nurse so.. it's been harder to generate an audience I think, I'm not able to be super consistent
So I'm gonna drop a link here and maybe if you feel up to it you can come hang out if you ever see me online?
May even be the occasional freebie in it for you if there are times I'm not busy!

Just edited my Commission info and stuff and figured I'd let you all know that I mostly post openings on Twitter and Bluesky now rather than here! (I will crosspost here if there's a demand for it though, just lemme know!)
I offer a lot more variation in my commissions now to hopefully suit more budgets - those can be seen below by using the Commission Info link!

Other than that I'm currently harassing GPs to get my chronic pain and sleep issues looked into and trying to create art more regularly to try and help clear some of our debts off!

We're in a lot of debt. it's making our lives miserable and stopping us from living without constant anxiety - we need help.
I'm still open for coms and will be doing sketch streams when I can (I most often post about these on Twitter and Bluesky!) but we also started a GFM to try and help pay off our credit cards
There aren't really and government options open to us, we've searched EXTENSIVELY, and declaring bankruptcy at this point isn't an option for us as it would pretty much doom us to renting for the rest of our lives, especially as indi already has one on his record..
Realistically this is our only option right now..
As said I'm still taking com work and if you want that I will be doing sketch streams and opening regular slots, but donations help so much and shares of the donation link post equally so!

My partner got taxed to hell on his pay this month because he worked more overtime than usual and we have £100 left to last us the rest of the month after paying most of our bills, but rent is still due on the 14th and I'm opening commissions to try and help cover it as we need £455 just for rent, let alone food, fuel and electricity bills - -'
I also have loads of adopts up for sale as well as my own P2U bases and a donation pool to try and get together what we need over on Ko-fi: https://ko-fi.com/rattie
Will try and do some doodles for folks that donate but I can't promise anything as it depends how full up my queue gets!

Hope you enjoyed that small upload spam, I've finally finished reuploading a lot of my gallery to INKBLOT so now they're all synched and now you should see uploads on both sites simultaneously (though always a few days/weeks after they're posted on twitter haha)
Speaking of Twitter - my commissions are open over there and i'm taking a bit of everything! I also now have a store on my Ko-Fi where all my adopts are situated [Ko-fi link]
Life is hectic rn, we're still looking for somewhere to move to in case our landlord sells this place, they've just put our rent up last minute, all my reptiles need their UV bulbs replacing soon and we've gotta buy a big bag of dog food whilst i'm still looking for a job after graduating from university last year! it's all a bit up in the air haha

Putting my dog to sleep tomorrow...
Posted 9 years agoSorry for the animal death mention in the title..
Sat here awake all night for the past three nights watching my 20 year old dog have seizures and not being able to help until tomorrow when we finally take her to the vet and it's really eating at me right now..
I tried to keep myself busy today by sketching some YCH badge ideas out and finishing my batch of adoptables but she just now had another seizure and it's horrible to watch..
This dog is tough as old boots, she's fought through eating rat poison as a pup and being hit by a bus and escaping from the garden a thousand and one times over a 7ft fence (ask me how, I still haven't got a bloody clue) and to see her reduced to seizure after seizure where she loses control of her whole body is just horrific..
I want to use any money I can get from those adoptables and commissions to try and get a nice memorial box for her from etsy.. Look out for some sales maybe in the next few days..
