My Grandmother (Since my husband is being a butt about this year), Myself, My BEST Bud Tattasratnest & her hubby Tikes-tastic along with her Mother
Day of arrival/Departure?
Should be there sometime on Thursday (8th) towards the afternoon-ish. We will be leaving Sunday close to end of the con.
Transportation?
I'll be driving myself & grandmother
Who will you hang with during the convention?
Mainly my grandmother (who's never been to a con like this), Tattasratnest & tikes-tastic
How can I find you?
Might be hard if I'm not in the artist alley (primary location...hopefully)
Are you cliquey?
I can be if you come across too aggressively. (I can be timid) Otherwise, I'm always happy to make new friends!
Will you be suiting?
No, I need to update/remaster a suit for my fursona... maybe by next year.

Are you taken? Are you looking for a mate?
No to the mate, as I am happily married to the love of my life (who is being a butt & not coming with...)
How tall are you?
Roughly 5'5" but depends if I'm sitting or wearing heels

Absolutely, I encourage it!!! I love making new Buds!
Can I touch you?
Maybe... I have to be comfortable enough around you for that. Unless I ask.
Can I hug or snuggle with you?
Normally that's ok for a hug, especially if I ask for it (I really love fursuits!! They are so soft and... *Cough*)
Can I visit your room?
No... I am very protective of my personal belongings unless I've known you for a while.
Are you nice?
I think so, but that can be subject to change depending on how you treat others (rude towards others gets you rude treatment)
Will you draw/do badges/do trades?
I plan on drawing at the con, doing a variety of things. Drawing (full-body, headshots, chibis, etc.) I plan on bringing my needle felt supplies & my display version (Haku (dragon version) from spirited away), as well as any left over plushies from last year (A couple of them)
Are you going to any panels/shows/dances/competitions?
Probably not, I get sick from the lights...
Can I give you stuff?
Absolutely< Though I tend to give things back.
Do you smoke/do drugs/vape?
None of the above.
Can I buy you a drink?
Maybe, if I know you well enough.
Will you be going to parties?

TFF Here I come!!
Posted 8 years agoI'm going to be at TFF (Texas Furry Feista) this coming weekend. If there is anyone else going you can find me (more than likely) in the Artist Alley. I'll be selling cute plushies & doing custom 3D Badges (3Doodler pen), as well as maybe some traditional drawings if anyone commissions me for one (got a laminator).

The price can vary from as low as $25+ depending on complexity of character (shipping not included)
I am planning on getting a table in the artist alley at TFF (Texas Furry Fiesta) in March. Where I'll be offering premodern Plushies & take commissions. If ordered before the con I'll have they ready for pick-up at con.
Would anyone be interested in these?

Posted 9 years agoSo today is Easter as everyone knows... While my day started out awesome, I has now just became the sadest day. My great grandpa hasn't been feeling well for a while, so they proceeded to visit the doctor who ran some tests. Well the results came in today, he has stage 4 cancer of the lymph nodes & adominal areas. Many years ago (around '03-'04) he was diagnosed with stage 2 bladder cancer which he was a fighter and made it through, beating it! The doctor is baffled at how this cancer (that once normally treated doesn't come back, less than 5% chance) has came back with such full swing to knock him back down, spreading fast. He us going to attempt chemo again, however, his pancreas is enlarged which is draining with cells faster than they are made (equaling that he is weak & will get VERY weak if they push to hard). The worse part is that if it doesn't stop or begin to shrink he had maybe, MAYBE, 4 months tops to live.
For those that don't know, I am engaged and have been since before the new year. We have been planning our wedding for September 2017 since I'll be finishing my degree in May 2017. He was looking forward to seeing his oldest great grandkid (next oldest is 4yrs old) get her degree & get married. But it's killing me that now he might not make it to even his next birthday which is August...
So if I'm not on much please understand that I will try to be on but with something this horrible it might be kinda hard. If you pray, please pray that it works for the better... Thanks

Rant (guy problems)
Posted 11 years ago So I've been talking to this guy I met back in July, told him how I felt about him and the feelings were mutual. (Hooray a guy that likes me!! I haven't dating in quite a while) We live only 2 hours away from each other... So we talked and got to know each other more then after I've REALLY started to like him, he says how he doesn't like long distance relations (which I can understand to some degree) we then agree to just be friends until we finish college.... The following weeks we still keep in touch, and he starts to make conversations go south (if you get what I'm saying) and so I go along and it happened every now and then. Always with him starting the conversation and ending when I change the topic. I was planning on going to visit him so I could cook him a dinner as a 'thank you' gift for letting me stay at his place for the weekend letting him know what I was planning. Until he decides to not reply at all for about 2 days all I'm saying to him is "morning" "sleep well" and "just texting you to let you know I was thinking of you". When he did finally reply he said he was avoiding my texts bc "I'm growing to attached" and that "there's nothing between us. We are nothing. We're not dating, we're not a thing, we are just good friends." I replied with I know... The he continues saying I'm bothering him (though he was the one that texted me last night while he was wasted) so I simply said that he can text me whenever he wants and that I wouldn't text unless he started the conversation.
Even though I know we're just friends, when did planing to visit someone and cook for them become 'to attached'? If that's so then I guess I should start living under a rock, telling everyone to leave me alone and that I'm not going to cook anymore for anyone. (I love cooking and baking btw especially for friends and family)... So I plan on hitting up another friend that lives down there and seeing what their up to and if their up for hanging out for a weekend since I lost where I was going to stay.
And people always ask me why I'm single? This is why... Bc guys can be freaking retards, oblivious to what they really are saying. I believe they prefer thinking with their other head most of the time....

Upcoming Plans
Posted 11 years ago For anyone that's up to knowing - I plan on doing a small raffle either later in April/ early May for a free art/plush and also do possibly a couple free art pics. Also to get my Star-walkers (found here) a little more known I think I'll start making a few that will be adoptable something cheap like $5- $10.
So keep an eye out for when I'm doing these because you never know what/when I'll be doing them.
(Even I don't know when!)...Ranting... bad days....
Posted 11 years agoOk it all started yesterday... on what was suppose to be my payday...
The company I work for got an update on there computers (mainly they got new ones that run faster and doesn't take 20 mins to do anything anymore)
Which was a major improvment, except for the fact that when they upgraded and updated they screwed up everyone that has direct deposit and so everyone that was suppose to have money in their account yesterday... DIDN'T get anything. So now I have to wait til Monday for any of MY HARD-EARNED money...
Then my dad gives me money for gas since I commute to college every week so I use the money he gives me on that... but since my stepmom got a new job she had to change when I get money from them as well. I was suppose to recieve the check on tuesday (Feb. 4)... It never showed. I'm still waiting on the money, with possibly seeing next week.
So I was stuck with no money for my car or for me....
So I had to ask my mother for money (I hate asking ppl for things, when I know I can do it myself... if things work the way they should) so She filled up my car so I at least had gas for my art class I have today (9am-2pm ct).
But due to the stupid cold weather with the sleeting, the roads started to freeze. While I DO know how to drive with ice on the roads, I was driving 20mph on the highway and hit a patch of ice just right. I fish-tailed (skidded) did a complete U-Turn went off road (on to the side; not on-coming traffic) and because I live in the hill country we have rocks and hills everywhere. I ran into one huge rock (driver side front), popped a tire, and jacked up my front bumper. So I had enough air in my slowly deflating tire to get to were I worked (about a mile from where I was) and stop there. Luckly I had a few friends that could help me in the cold (25 degrees outside) to change my tire to the spare... forgetting that I had no money to even buy a new tire.
So it was Josh (one of the guys I work with) and I were trying to change my tire when two people that he had served (yes I work in a resturant business) came to help him and I change my ONE tire (sounds like the end of a bad joke... How many people does it take to change a tire?.... 3 guys and a girl)
So I let my mother know what had happened and she was overly calm about it saying "At least your ok..." and "... I'll come get you when I get there..." (My mom's very caring person and a nurse) so then it was a matter of telling my teacher about what happened... She was a little harder to get a hold of.... but I did get through.
My art teacher has one rule that she said multiple times to the class "Since we only meet for one day a week (fridays) attendance is manditory... So for you to even pass this class you can't miss more that two full days of class otherwise it will be a letter drop every day afterwards. So put bluntly for you, if you miss two days, DROP THIS CLASS..." I had informed her that I knew for sure that one day I was not going to be there due to other plans (Furry Fiesta in Dallas, TX.... can't wait!!!!)
And so thanks to the stupid weather (that I know I can't control) I will Officially miss two days dropping my grade.... I'm sure I could argue with her telling her that Its not my fault the weather screwed me over.
So since the roads and schools are closed, except for my school (which I don't get), the state and city cops were everywhere telling people to stay home and don't go outside or drive due to ice and accidents.
So I'm now stuck at home with no money... no car... no class ( that everyone else is in)... and nothing to do.... and now that I've typed all this I feel a bit better, but I still can't do anything... and ontop of it all I work today from 5-11:15pm... with no way to get there......
