So the only thing realy to report is that my emotions and stress have taken a huge toll on me lately. I'm officialy moving on the 13th of April and only have 48hrs to move out so its making me alil stir crazy. Plus I haven't been sleeping at all lately so I'm always tired and irritable and my mate isn't around as much to help since he works and just started school back up again. I kinda feel alone and not in controle of what's going on around me. I hope this feeling stops soon.

To add ontop of all that I just saw my doc again and they decided to test me again forpreeclampsia so now I'm all freaked out about that. I'm trying my best to relax and stay off my feet but its hard, I hope these tests come back negative. I can't be put on bed rest or I'll go crazy and nothing will get done....

So I'm officialy in the 3rd trimester WOOT I MADE IT!!! Butterfly is 2lbs 5oz! She is facing head down right now, heart beat is normal and strong and my ambiotic fluid level is perfect. I also gained 5lbs and my blood preasure is normal. She has pretty much been kicking non stop now too! Also she has developed her retinas and can sense different light sourses around my belly. I was reading my pregnancy book and it gave us a tip to do a light test to see if she reacts too it so my mate and I did it before bed. It was all dark and he got his phone flashlight putting it right at my tummy, let's just say its the hardest I've felt her kick so far lol she deffinetly didn't like it.

As for me I've been activly cleaning my apt and getting things ready for her. Been sore but other then that I've felt fine. Random nausea if I over eat but that's it so I'm doing pretty good. We finaly got 3D pix of her face too which I'll post but their very blury bc she wouldn't stop moving haha. Doctors appts will be every 2 weeks now so I can have more updates more often too depending on if there's anything different worth reporting. I've made my birth plan already and I'll be taking a few birthing classes with my mate soon, I'm excited to see him do the daddy boot camp one hahaha. I'll post again after a class or two are completed and let you all know how we are doing. :)

First of all my update kinda dates back a few weeks, exactly a week after the hospital one i posted i actualy went back into the hospital for the same crap....extreme vomiting and dehydration. Stayed for about 4 days again and they FINALY figured out whats wrong with me! I have galstones and i have to have surgery after baby girl is born to get my galbladder removed or this will never end. So basicly i cant do anything about it aside from change my diet bc certain foods is whats causing me to be so sensative and take these perscription antacids to tame my acid reflux. As soon as i got out of the hospital up until now i have felt SO much better! I changed my diet, with the help of my mate who is willing to do it with me, and taking my meds every day and i havent thrown up once! Its been 2 weeks since the hospital and i feel great, better then i have the whole pregnancy lol so YAY for results! Now for my more updated news.....

Today has been a great day especialy for baby! Had my 23 week check-up and everything is looking great! I have lost weight but not much and its more likely due to when I was in the hospital. Otherwise I'm doing great, baby is still active with a strong heartbeat and blood preasure is normal again. Feeling great with the diet and ant-acid perscription and my doc said she loved how I looked with so much energy, said I seemed a lot happier then any other time haha. Baby girl is about the size of a baby doll, weighs 1lb and has developed eyebrows and eyelids lol also her hair is finaly getting color and turning darker which im sure will be a dark brown if she is born "normal" and not albino. We have also officialy nicknamed her Butterfly! 1 because that is the theme of the baby shower and 2 bc everytime someone feels my stomache they tell me "I can feel her moving in there but it feels like flutters" lol she only kicks hard for me i guess but i love my lil Butterfly hehe. I decided im going to make her take home onesie and its going to have lil butterfly wings on it :)

After my appt, my mate and I went to Target to do my first baby shower registry and I had so much fun! Target actualy gave me a bag of goodies and gift cards too so that will help us out a lot! Got so much done and made a day of it since I knew id get pooped out earlier we stopped halfway to eat lunch then continued which was nice. I'm going to do another with my mommy on Sunday too so I'm excited to be able to share the experience with them both! :)

Well first of all the previous journal update on baby was sadly followed by me going into the hospital :( The next day (friday) i was just laying around watching tv and suddenly got a craping pain in my lower right stomache. For about 10min it was uncomfortable but i figured it would go away, after that 10min i was wrong it got 10x worse! Stabbing sharp pains, i couldnt move or hardly breathe. It was very scary i was in tears, my mate had already left for work and i was home alone so i ended up calling 911. So long story short i have been in the hospital since then, and just got released a few hours ago with still no clue of what was going on. They thought it was my appendix but ruled that out quickly, then found gal stones.....i was pretty close to surgery but denied it due to the risk of losing my lil girl. Overall baby was fine the whole time, her heart stayed strong and moved around every 30min or so so nothing was effecting her. I have a strong lil fighter in there im tellin ya bc i was in the worst pain.....i fear im going to suck and child birth lol. Anyways im feeling much better, got sent home with pain meds safe for baby and hope i never have to see another hospital until baby girl's due date.

With that said, while in the hospital i had ALOT of time to think about things stressing me out lately and one was our wedding. It saposed to happen this year in April but we havent even picked a date or started anything yet due to medical issues and my mate's work schedual drasticly changing. Hes hardly ever home or has days off now to go out and do anything so we just kept putting off plans for the wedding. After talking to my mom who is always my go to person for advice like this we both decided it was best for us all to postpone the wedding until next year. With all the medical and baby stuff going on id rather focus all my energy and time on her then trying to plan this day. Im not sad about it at all either, just relieved bc by now i felt like i was forcing myself to try and wedding plan while feeling sick or plan everything around doctor appts. We have been engaged 2yrs, been together 3 so i dont mind waiting another year. Neither of us is going anywhere hehe so for now baby girl gets all our attention and all i have to plan is the baby shower which is so much easier then a wedding lol

First off i have officialy felt movement!!!! Saturday December 29th at 1:12pm baby kicked for the first time, it felt so weird but cool i cried! And best part is my mate was home to see and feel it and baby hasnt stopped since lol. Loves to listen to music or hear me sing especialy when its bath time! I bring my ipod in and hook it up to lil speakers and sing my head off lol baby goes nuts kicking and rolling around like theirs a party in my tummy :)

Secondly, ITS A GIRL!!! I'm 19 weeks and 1 day today and just found out we are having a lil girl which is what we were hoping for! I'm so excited I cried, we are both very happy! Pix of her came out great too omg I'm so surprised. She gave us a beautiful crotch shot lol and spinal shots and she has long legs and hair like mommy! :) heartbeat is strong, organs all there and healthy and right on track with her growth! Everything with me is doing alright, been gaining weight slowly but surely and blood preasure has been normal. I did a diabetic test a few weeks ago and got the results back that it was normal, same with the downsyndrome test i did for baby so thats good news! Only issue im having realy is migraines and nausia again but i think this is mostly due to stress lately and im hoping after finding out this news and calming down to relax a bit it goes away again, otherwise im good. I cant wait to meet our lil girl! :)

16 weeks! (4mo)

Had a check up yesterday, I FINALY gained 4lbs WOOT! Never thought id be so happy about 4lbs in my life lol Did my blood preasure too it was normal (which its been high everytime) and babies heart beat is normal, strong and healthy! Also got to set my ultrasound appt to find out the sex, January 9th! We are so excited, that's earlier then originaly planned hehe. Also i told a select few of you some health concerns and issues i was having, ive been realy stressed out about and depressed over the past few weeks. Im happy to say bc of the above results and the first test i did to go towards the issue came back all normal we have less concern to worry about! I still have to wait for 2 more tests but the doc i saw today already told me he believes the symptoms was only caused by my weight and the sudden drop in weight once i got pregnant. Im still having the severe pelvic pain but its on and off and i'll be starting physical therapy soon to help that. Ive also been swimming so thats been great too! ♥

As for babies growth its growing all normal and moving around just as much as before though I haven't felt it yet but I should be feeling life here soon within the next couple weeks. Babies eyes and ears are now formed and possitioned in the correct spots making it look less like an alien and more like a human baby lol. Bones have all formed and are now growing stronger, if I got an xray done id be able to see its whole skeleton hehe. Also baby might be sucking its thumb in there, its been found on ultrasounds around this time that their thumbs make its way to the mouth and they already start to lear to suckle so i thought that was pretty cool. I probably wont post another update until January 9th with the results of the sex so look out for that if your interested, we are hoping for a girl! ♥

Im doing ALOT better then before! Not throwing up nearly as much, able to eat more though when i got weighed in i did lose a few pounds still but my doctor and i are hoping now that im in my 2nd trimester and the morning sickness has died down a bit i'll stop losing and start gaining back to my original weight again. My new complaint is my pelvic pain....omfg its the most awkward pain ive ever felt and i know its just going to get worse as time goes on lol its hard to sit or lay without feeling preasure down there or my bones feeling like their coming out of place. Im often trying to move slow and i feel a bone pop or jerk and its just like someone has their hands up inside me pulling my hips and pelvis apart....ya not fun :/ Other then that i think im starting to catch a break going into my 4th month, im sleeping a bit better and eating more. Past few nights ive actualy been able to hold down a normal size meal for dinner without getting sick or even feeling it so im happy, i hope that continues!

As for cravings, not realy had any lately. My taste for food has died but i hope that comes back soon too lol but right now food is more of a chore. Im in a position where im just eating bc i know i have to for baby and not realy enjoying it. I feel i dont care what i eat as long as its filling enough and i dont puke it up. Nothing is realy bothering me anymore though either and im drinking more water which of course is a plus!

Actual baby info i have is in with the pic i linked above but baby is doing great, active and healthy. After the holidays (around the end of january) i get another ultrasound when im 22 weeks and get to see the sex of the baby so YAY im excited for that!!! Then i get to start planning a baby shower too *squeals* ^_^ So what do you all think? a boy or girl? I've used this chinese sex chart on how to figure it out and ive already gotten bets from family members on what its going to be hahaha so of course i'll announce it to everyone here too when i find out. Anyways i guess thats it for now, overall status im doing much better and hope it stays that way! lol

Well wednesday was a good day! Went to the doc, realy like the place and ladies there and everyone was just so nice I even got a congrats goodie bag with a ton of useful stuffs in it! Only downer is I didn't get another ultrasound done....apparently my inssurance only covers 2 unless its a medical emergency so the next one I get is at 22 weeks. I'm pretty disappointed and already cried about it, I figured id be able to see my babies growth every few weeks or so especialy after this other woman walks out with a whole string of about 10 ultrasound pix. Oh well I just hope it goes by fast. Everything else is fine though I gata watch my weight bc I've lost a lot in the past month bc of nausea, gata go back in 2 weeks to see if I've stopped and if not I gata go to the hospital I guess. I'm sure the nausea will go away though I'm getting better and they gave me stuff to help plus tons of info and a whole medication list that's safe for baby too. The anti-nausea pill IS working finaly and is helping me keep food down ALOT better so im hopfing to gain weight for baby....the one time i lose weight its a bad thing lol go figure! I want to be well enough to enjoy the holidays and all the foods that come with it hehe. Overall this place is great and I'm happy with them! Oh and I'll post a pic of the lil baby bump I have and ultrasound lol not much but its something. :) ♥

Weird habbits, cravings, ect-

Well ive been craving healthy foods mostly which is a good thing, the biggest being tomatos! Anything like salsa, cherry tomatoes, ect is awsome hahaha. Im also having the weirdest dreams which i here is normal, their mostly about food too lol. As for habbits my sleep has been realy uncomfortable i guess just bc my body is changing. My mate got me one of those body pillows and it helps to elivate my legs, im getting more sleep now that im not waking up to vomit too. I named my pillow Spooner the Hotdog Pillow!!! lmao :P Hmmm what else? thats it realy, im not realy sore other then whats normal for me, oh smells do bother me lately. Anything fruity is like "EEeee....gag!" or Monsters.....those energy drinks! my mate drinks them and just the smell makes me wana puke lol. I guess thats it realy, i'll post new journals as time goes on every few weeks or so. Thanks for all the love and support guys!!!!! :)

So as alot of you know from my facebook profile, last week i found out im pregnant! Shiro ish gana be a first time Mama ^_^ <3

What does this mean for Shiro's Elements? Well a few things but mostly work will be slow! I had already canceled any trades im doing as long as the other person hasnt given me anything so i wont be doing trades for awhile (probably not until after the baby is born). Also Commissions will be slow, especialy digital! Im more comfortable laying on the floor drawing traditional works then sitting at my computer and laptop doing digital. Right now im having morning sickness and been very tired so its good i dont realy have anything new right now, once this goes away (hopfuly soon) i might open for a bit but i'll keep everyone posted of course! If anyone wants a traditional commision then its more then likely going to get done faster for you, so just keep this in mind if your interested. Otherwise if i have nothing to do im probably spending my day eating, sleeping or feeling crappy lol.

Name: Shiro-chan Riyuuka

Gender: Female

Species: Dragon- Western/European

Sexual Oriantation: Straight

Colors: Naturaly Onyx with ruby red eyes but born with a defect called albanism, Shiro apeares pearl white with pink eyes. (no pigment) Her wings and frills transparent.

Abilities/Powers: Controle over the 5 basic elements Earth, Fire, Wind, Water and Spirit. Also by using Spirit, Shiro has the ability to shapeshift on command in order to hide or blend in different environments. Her 4 shapeshifting forms are anthro, human, wolf and lioness. In each form she is still albino making the pale skined/scales, pink eyes and white hair/fur. Also keeping her wings and the pink kanji marking for dragoness visible on her body.

Personality: Shiro is a very motherly being, though she has no children of her own she tends to care for younger friends or other's in a protective and loving manner. She is also very artistic. Being as so Shiro is often found drawing, listening to music and singing, crafting, writing stories or training in a martial art called Chinese Kenpo, a style she has been learning for over 14yrs. She is also emotional, strong willed and outgoing with a leader type personality she likes to take charge and keep things well organized.

Background: Shiro was born into a clan of Black Onyx dragons. When she was hatched her mother Sora noticed right away she was very different then normal hatchlings born into her clan, she was white. The pigment in Shiro was dormant leaving her with bright pearl white scales and pink eyes and pawpads. Sora being the kind hearted sort loved her single hatchling anyways and cared for her just as she would any other naming her Shiro the japanese word for white...her mate though felt differently. When it was time for Shiro to venture outside her den and meet her father and clan mates silence fell, whispers and glares began and her embarassed and enraged father grew angry and suspicious of his mate who he had suspected was unloyal to him, mating with another dragon of ice or snow. Sora stood her ground to protect her new born hatchling but as the clan leader agreed with her mate, she was sentenced to death for betrayal and dishonor to clan law. She faught strongly but the entire clan was no match for her and soon fell at their blooded claws, Shiro confused whimpered and squeaked at her mother to get up, but no reply was given. As clan leader watched Shiro in disgust he ordered the hatchling be thrown to the Dark Forest in banashment instead of death, so that she may be torchered by starvation and the cruel demons that made their homes there. The tiny hatchling only a day old hid in a hollow tree from the rain, shadows and unfamilure suroundings she was now left to die in with no food or way of protecting herself.

Starvation forcing her to become a scavenger Shiro learned to trust her sense of smell and taste, finding berries and scraps of fish or deer meat left from larger predetors. This barely ever satisfied her though and hunger drove her to explore and wonder far from the safety of her hollow tree, one day almost killing her as a dragon hunter, common in this forest, spotted her and her rare scale hide. She sensed the danger but was no match for the demon man as she ran through the trees for her life. Being cornered Shiro could do nothing but whimper and cower into a ball knowing her short life would be over in moments....but just as the hunter reached for her neck a large mass of white fur and feathers lunged over her sinking fangs into the mans hand, staining the ground with blood. Shiro was in shock as the man and beast wrestled infront of her, shaking so badly with fear she couldnt do anything...until a barking voice snapped her out of it telling her to run, and she did just that.

Finding her way back to her hollow tree Shiro curled into a tight ball still shaking in fear trying to catch her breath and hoping whatever just happend wasnt able to follow her. Her lil body was so sore and tired she found herself nodding off easily and soon fell right to sleep. At some point in her dreams she realized she had fallen asleep and jerked herself awake, disorianted she looked around and noticed she was no longer in her safe hollow but moving, floating along the forest floor...or so she thought until she noticed large white paws walking underneath her. She struggled and whimpered but it was no use, something had their jaws locked tight on the back of her neck and she was unable to free herself. She cryed loudly but only recieved a muffled growl of words from her carrier that she couldnt understand. Looking at her suroundings and not seeing her tree Shiro began to shake in fear again but was soon suddenly released and plopped to the ground. Looking up to what had taken her from safty she recognized the large white furry mass but in a new light, the ice blue eyes gleaming back at her were full of kindness and worry. A large white angel wolf named Luna had saved Shiro from the hunter earlier that day, followed her and taken her to her own den where she could look after her. The wolf treated Shiro like her own pups and she was soon introduced to Luna's pack as an equal. No longer an outkast starving in the forest, Shiro quickly grew being fed regularly and taught how to use her firey breath and even to fly. The pack of wolves were her new family and even though she still remembered how her birth mother loved and faught to protect her, Shiro's new pack mother Luna was just as close to her heart, teaching Shiro everything she needed to know in order to survive on her own one day.
