I feel like it is. I use to have friends on this site. Looked up to artists, people that inspired me. Maybe its just nostalgia, I think there was more. As I go through my favorited art it seems bare. Now I don't fav a lot of art. I don't live on this website. But there was treasures to be found. Where have all these, where have all my influencers gone? Life happens. life goes on. But where have these people gone? I just saw a well know artist who just simply wiped their gallery clean. Then as I go looking back at my favorite folder, these holes make sense. But where did they go? I was on DA but moved here years ago, but FA art wise isn't inspiring to me as it once was. Is Twitter a thing? Tumblr? Excuse my ignorance, cause I just don't know :P

I've got an ELO song stuck in my head. But anyways, Last fall I went on vacation and almost died. Hospitals, brain scans, lots of bed. I'm fine now.. maybe.. But to cut to the chase. Insurance is paying me some of that time off, So I'm forced to take next week off. not wanting to stay home, I'm toying with the idea of an adventure to London. I don't have much time to plan. So.. you guys have any recommendations?

If you would be so kind to offer me some of your time to reflex on my art and give me some criticism, any sort of feedback would be much appreciated. Doesn't even have to be constructive you can also share any personal tastes you have, what would you like to see, what do you want to see from me? Well, no. I'm not and I'm not signing up for one either.

So after a year I think its time for a new journal. I have two thing to say.

First topic is about The Commissions. Yes I'll draw for you if you shower me with your green gold, or pink, or blue, or yellow, or what ever colour your money might be. All that I ask of you is, that when you inquirer about a commision your note be short and to the point.

Please look at my gallary, that'll give you an idea about what and how I draw. Female characters only. Any questions, please ask.

Calm down every one. No I'm not.

But anyways, art news!
So the old laptop had to go under the knife yesterday (the screwdriver to be exact). She has Lung Cancer- in PC terms thats; Dust-Bunny-in-the-Heatsink-itus, or something?- I'm not a doctor. Anyways, I screwed her apart and tore the old gal down to her mortherboard and declogged everything and put every thing back together alomost with out a hitch (forgot to plug in the trackpad-though I thought I did-, I don't use it anyways). Now thats fixed. Every things tiptop fine.

I printed off my last full coloured artwork of, the turtle and the girl, just to see how it looks in my hands. Annd not bad. Could be better, her body was starting to look a little too crome like which is not at all the look I want. But then it hit me. I've never calibrated my monitor before. All my colour art looks a little washed out to me, same with all photos and media.
Being in PC-hardwear repair mode (which is the fun mode), I gave it a go and eye-balled the calibration softwear tune. Beautiful. Contrast is rich, blacks are dark and inky, colours are better blanced. I Love it.
But then I looked back at my own art. Holy fuck is it ever awful xD

Anyways, onwards to today's business. I would like to address the matters of my unconditional love of you. People of earth. Watching me (oh you naughty puppies watching me) ;D

First off the block. I'm very flattered with the support received over the past weeks, mostly connected to my last two submissions. You kitten loving guys viewed, fav'ed, watched the dickens out of me. Dropped off some thoughtful comments, and even archived and shared my art with your buddies off site. Which in turn came back here to my FA page to personally leave some good words. Not bad.
