TL;DR - I'm still alive, still doing art, I just don't do digital art for myself anymore, not for a while. Commissioned digital work is still open. If you want to see sketches from me, let me know in the comments I guess and I'll keep them in scraps.

I know I'm only active on here in bursts, and I'm so very thankful to have what few whatchers I have, you guys are amazing and I'm so happy that people out there enjoy my work. I post now and then, with a lot of down time, and I am sorry I'm not able to keep up with the bigger, better artists in terms of quantity and output.

Truth is, my art fluctuates heavily with my life(as if that wasn't obvious) and lately, given how much of a cosmic train wreck 2019 started off as, I honestly have no drive to do any form of digital art. Not for myself, at least, and as most of you know or might have guessed by now, I don't post commissions on here(I know as the artist I have the right to post my work, but I like leaving it to the commissioners, in case they don't want it seen by everyone, ya know?). So yeah, draw whatever conclusions you'd like of the story based on the last few uploads of digital art, but I wont be doing more for a good while, at least no personal digital pieces. I will still gladly do digital work for commissions, but they wont be uploaded here by me.

If you guys don't mind really bad phone pictures of sketches, I could post those, but I don't want people's feed to get cluttered with sloppy roughs if they don't want to see that from me. I still draw plenty, and a good handful of personal sketches, but in truth my traditional work is far less pretty to see than my digital and has far more mistakes and poor anatomy. You can also expect far fewer porn posts and ships between my characters and any others', even my own.

I made this journal mostly to apologize to my watchers for my lack of content, as well as to myself for falling so far. Thank you, all of you, who have stayed with me on this journey.

I'm sorry its such a gap between posting, life tends to never be stable for me and I am forgetful. There is a lot more art of mine floating around that doesn't get posted here, that's because I'm odd and don't post commissions I do on my personal art page and I don't have the mind to make a "Silikiyu-commissions" account.

To those new; Hello, welcome, I love you. I'm a not-so-new artist who draws a lot of furries but have lately been trying my hand at human-faced characters. Vomit aside I'd like to think I've been improving. If you find yourself looking through my old work, yes, there are nsfw posts. You may ask, "Why don't you draw those juicy pics anymore?" Truth is I got burned out on it. I want to make a name for myself as a more tasteful and clean artist rather than getting porn commissions one after the other.

If you ever have some bizarre urge to talk to me or hang out online, I play WoW, have a SecondLife(I skin avatars btw) and am a huge fan of roleplay and D&D, though most roleplay with me tends to be darker, gritty, or borderline depressing(I'm working on that...) I will be up front in saying I am shy as all hell, so talking to me might be awkward for a while as I'm not up-to-speed on that whole 'social' aspect of life. I will also outright say that no, I am not looking for any kind of relationship, hookup, or any form of intimacy. Hugs are about as far as you'll get and that'll take you a while to get to.

I don't know much else to say. I more or less just opened this journal to kind of re-introduce myself to a phantom audience, so thank you to anyone who bothered to read it.
