idk if this is just my brain trying to fuck with me constantly or if there's some validity to it but looking back through 2020 just fills me with the feeling that all I was to people was a nuisance, especially when it came to some commissions. This honestly just feels like a vent or rant but right now I'm just feeling like I shouldn't of commissioned at all through 2020 and just stayed quiet and out of site.

Right, so I finished all of these current animations, time to take a break for the holidays and tackle more pressing things.

First things first; This is something I've noticed from the last few times I've released something. Seems people keep forgetting that I do have a catalog of animations that are ALWAYS available if you want something that's a YCH from me, and this isn't limited to just OC's, i've never stated that I'm not ok working on already established characters or anything, just, keep in mind that i'm not as talented as other artist when it comes to them.

Second thing I noticed is that there's always people interested in what I put out but never really hear back on, I'll be honest, I'm not the type of person that wants to go around bugging people saying "hey! you wanted this before, still want it now?" If i see someone showed interest I note it down but if I dont hear back after a bit, it more or less gets written off that other things came up for them.

Third thing, partly regarding to the 2nd, been debating what is the best course to go with, should I just take as many slots as I can or should I limit them like I did before? With the massive influx between things it's hard for me to see what's better to go with.

Last thing on my mind and part of any post holiday plans is, should I raise my pricing up a bit? I mean I have a full time job and as much as I liked working on art most of the time when it was just a part time one. I didn't really get as much income from commissions to make up the difference.

Ok so I finally finished all my current commissions, with that being said, I know a few people have already told me they'll miss my work so, until I regain some mental capacity. I'm just going to take a break from commissions, maybe a month or two, idk right now. But I am going to say this, I'll still keep my YCH stuff available afterwards, but I doubt i'll come out with new ones unless I have an urge to.

After I've finished this batch of commissions, sorry to say but I doubt I'll continue with taking them. To better explain why; I have no drive anymore, anytime I try and pick up my pen I have to force myself to work on what's in front of me. Doesn't matter if it's personal or not. I have constant feelings that I'll never amount to anything as an "artist" Hell even writing this journal out makes me feel like some stupid attention seeking asshole thinking people actually read these on my page.

Unless I've already got something set up with folks, I'm not going to be doing more, it have nothing to do with drawing muscles, fetishes, ect; I love drawing female muscle, no doubt about that. It's more the feeling of "it's pointless...there's better folks out there and I'm just trying to fit in an already crowed pool." keeps overwhelming me at every turn. Even with animations, there's moments I'll finish something, turn around and people who are even just messing around, have a better sense on how to do them than what I could every try.

TL;DR I'm not doing commissions anymore unless I change my mind, I have no confidence in my skills and everyone else is better and I feel like an attention seeking dick writing this out. There you go.

This isn't going to be a good month for me at all, i'm being forced out of my house by the owners because of a bed bug issue from previous months, I have till the end of the month to find another place to live. On top of that, depending on where/if I find a place I need to find a full time job to support it. Till then i honestly dont know just how quickly I can finish my current list of commissions.

Right so for anyone watching these journals, I haven't been in a best mind set for a lot of things, mainly due to RL shit that's taking a toll on me. I've been questioning how I do things, how long I take breaks and whether or not my work is worth the prices I place. I do have a poll on my twitter as for as thoughts about my animations but for anyone not watching that I do want to know your thoughts...Should I raise my prices or animations? YCH or otherwise, currently for YCH's they're listed but for custom animations should I do something like others and go with $10 per unique frame? and should that be before stuff like colors and shading?

I'm asking because I feel like if I raised them up, I loose any appeal for my work because people may not be able to afford them or the price will just drive people off thinking "(X) for THAT kind of work? are you kidding me?" So any feedback would be helpful.

I have started working on the YCH muscle comics but came to a decision, i'm going to be revising them to update how they look as to help improve their appeal to others. I realized that there was a lot of things wrong with it and I felt I needed to address them and fix how they looked, as well as seeing about lessening the workload I have with them involving their details. Ok so this is more of a PSA for those that have gotten the Flex N Grow animations, I'm going to be doing a major overhaul to the animation in terms of how many frames I work on, I.E not having to work on a total of over 200+ frames due to my stupid mind, but rather the frames needed to establish the animation in the first place. So for the time being, I'm going to be fixing that up and be continuing the commissions afterwards so if you notice it's been a while since you commissioned me, that's the reason for the delay.

As much as I would like to crank out all the animations quick and easy, how I did this isn't working out how I intended so I'm making my workload easier in the long run. Dont worry, I'll get through everyone ASAP after it's fixed. Shouldn't take more than a day or two depending on if RL wants to agree with me or not.

Ok so first things first, I am currently developing a YCH muscle growth (shocker right?) comic(s), Since I know some people will want to jump on this, I've be debating on making this project either a Bidding slot or just put slots with a bit of a higher price than my other works; mainly due to how much time this would take since it's a bit more thought out then the animations.

Personally I'd like to hear what everyone that watches my page thinks, should it be bidding based or slot based?

Second thing: I've finished the first set of my YCH Smol and Swol Bar, so that frees me up to do more of those if people are still interested in them.

As it stands the only commission I have left to do is for a friend on DA. It's taking a bit more time that I wanted mainly cause it's involving a lot of details mixed in.
