I wanna thank everyone's continued patience with me.
To put it into a short TL;DR, I suffered an injury which affected my neck (causing severe pain and partial eyesight loss) and also costochondritis (ribcage injury causing inflammation, made it painful to breathe).
As of now, all my pain is gone and I'm back to normal :3 the meds they had me on were stupidly strong so I was super out of it the entire time I was taking them- but now all is good :3
I started back up on work for delayed projects and a couple commissions. Expect more posts in the very near future ^^

So you all have probably realized the stuff I just posted is still SFM crap... well that would be because these are all my backlog of images I just neglected to post x.x
I do so much art that I offset when I post stuff. When I finish a piece, I hand it to whoever commissioned or requested it (patrons) but Ill schedule it to be posted over on Patreon (1 piece every 5 days, which compounds when I do another piece in that time slot). When its posted there its there for 1 week before I can post everywbere else.... well i kinda just forgor to post a ton of these outside of patreon xD
I still have a good chunk of stuff to catch up on posting, but thatll be posted later tonight ^^

What Can I Do Better?
Posted 4 years agoIt's come to my attention that I may have rusted up a little. I just feel like my last few pieces haven't really been up to par with what I used to do. On top of that it feels like I'm missing something in my art that I see in others.
I'm not trying to compare myself to others and say "oh they're so much better than I am", but when it comes to bettering my own craft, some inspiration must be drawn from somewhere, yknow?
But I ask you all... what do you think I can do to better my art. What is it you think that I'm missing when it comes to how I go about making stuff? Maybe some details here and there? Maybe the fur effect could use work? Maybe my posing is a little stiff?
I'm open to constructive criticism as should any other artist should be.

Life Update
Posted 4 years agoSo, here we are again with another update on how things are going in life.
My health took a turn, that's for starters... mix in the stress of a manager job, running 6 days a week with OT added onto that, the stress of moving soon, and the stress of what is now a medical condition that doctors don't know just yet what it is... yeah, it's a bit tough
I'll save all the details cause that's not the focus- the focus is that I am trying my hardest to balance everything out again and to try to get back at working on stuff... especially since it's now KrAM and I'll be DAMNED if I don't make at least 1 thing for the special occasion.
Anyways... just know I'm still here and I'm still trying. I haven't lost any interest in making the pr0ns nor do I ever think I will... it's just too exciting of a gig to drop outta nowhere, really.
Thanks to everyone whos holding out and sticking around

Keeps Getting More Busy...
Posted 4 years agoSo... y'all remember how I said a while back that things were getting crazy IRL because of a potential promotion I might be getting? (On top of the move that will be occuring, schooling to soon begin, etc etc?) Well... I got it... but not that one.
My second job re-opened and I was brought back on, the 4th day (yesterday) I was there my regional suddenly informed me that I would be moved up to the new Assistant Supervisor (a massive leap from my current position)
So yeah! More added to my plate :3
I'm trying my damn hardest to get more pieces out and made... but fuck if it isn't hard rn x.x
I want to say within 3 weeks my schedule will be shifted to a more lenient one (I will be quitting my second job, the one where I was en route to get a promotion, but didnt get) since this new A.S one is full-time. Gives me time to do paper work to officiate the promotion and give 2 weeks to the other job.

Posted 6 years agoSo after I wrapped up work for the night, I took a stroll through my gallery to see how performance is doing. How many views, favorites, etc. What kind of images get the most attention, what gets the least, are animations worth it, and so on! Analytical stuffs, the boring shit, yknow?
Of course I went from now to before and went backwards. I found that pin-ups tend to do very well in the long run, but smut does well at a quick glance. Weird how that works, but it's gucci!
That's not all i noticed, however. I also noticed just how much I've changed since I began to do NSFW work.

Posted 6 years agoI won't lie, I was absolutely terrified to check my grades from my final semester. I didn't doubt I passed, but there still was that lingering fear and the occasional 'well you didn't pass this test' and so on.
However! I have just received in the mail my diploma! Attached to it were my grades from the final semester xD ya boi passed and I got a nice piece of paper for all the studios to look upon whenever I manage to find a job that will fit my skill set.
My journey through college was brutal, to say the least. It was by far a much more relaxing time than high school, but it still was quite the challenge. To be quite honest I'm not even truly done with it. Yes I was in college for this stuff, but it was a general course. This means I got shown everything and not a specialized field. I had 3 Game Development classes, 4 3D Animation classes, I had a networking class (weirdly), I had a programming course, I had to do photoshop, Illustrator, AND Premiere. I mean it was all there and it didn't focus on one area.
What's my current plan then? It's quite simple, really...
I'm going to sit on the diploma and look around, maybe I can find something that'll suit the base-line knowledge for the stuff I have been taught. Eventually (potentially next year) I'll be off once more to college, this time to a more focused university. One that has '3D Animation' as a degree and not 'a bunch of digital art'. You're probably wondering what the difference is... well if a college has a degree for 3D Animation, then the courses for it would be things like 'Human animation', 'Animal loco-motion', 'Physics within Animation', etc. Where I went, the class was just "Animation I-IV"
Hell, between now and next year, I might become a proficient animator, character modeler, and concept designer. Who knows?!

Why am I like this Dx

Do you at times come up with this super neat project that you really want to do... and then after so much time put in, sudden realization hits you saying 'this is out of your reach'. I mean that as in, the project is just far too ambitious for you to feasibly complete- you're not, in a really crude way to put it, good enough.
I mean, I just posted a WIP for my school project, the big one I make that is literally "Come up with a story, and animate it... use everything you have been taught from the previous classes". That project is now 4 months in, and I have shit to show for it. It's a SCI-FI city, but I have only 7 different buildings just copy pasted everywhere. Sure, it's much bigger than my last attempt ( http://www.furaffinity.net/view/24082532/ ) but even then what I have now is FOR SURE not better in terms of details and such.
*sigh*
Honestly I'm gonna have to put it back on the drawing board. The more I look at what I had planned, the more I realize that it's simply too much work to get it done in time. Perhaps a more simple design to the city, or something... I don't know. If you're a supporter on Patreon you'll be seeing more WIPs of this project, definitely different looking from the one I had posted yesterday.
