AC was an absolute blast. I don't drink often, but I'm pretty sure I was drunk approximately 80% of my waking moments. I met a lot of cool people, saw a lot of weird shit. It's a blast.

Came home, immediately went to work... Still sore and exhausted. Gotta get back to that job search soon.

I am interested in going -- I was plan on finding a room for myself some time ago, but unfortunately I am still owed quite a bit of money and likely cannot afford a room by myself, especially this close to the event. If any of you all know someone who could use an extra person for a room, let me know.

So, for those who care, I will try to make a brief journal updating you all on my life.

I began my second to last (hopefully) semester this August, and I hope to be graduating this spring with a Computer Science Major and a Math Science minor. Things are going mostly well, but I had a bit of an anxiety attack due to some family issues. I am currently reeling from that, but I think I will pull through the semester decently enough.

I don't really want to go into many details, but my mom's issues developed in such a way that they're affecting me severely, serving to make my anxiety and depression worse. As such, I really need to move out. Unfortunately... It is difficult for me to work much in my current state. I work one part time job and go to school, but I'll probably have to work another and I am not sure for how long I will be able to do that without losing it again.

That's life, I guess. I need to find a comfortable source of income for the next few months...

Well, I'll be heading there this year. You won't notice me.

Finally finals are, uh, finished.

I am looking for internships, paid only, in any location of the contiguous United States, or in Alaska/Hawaii if travel expenses are paid.

I am also searching for better job options in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania or Dauphin county near Lancaster county.

Two jobs with the hours they bring and full time University are hell on me. I need a better way to make money. Outside of the above, if any of you all have suggestions... I would love to hear them.

I've got a decent skill set... my focus is in Computer Science and Mathematics. I have considered just throwing business cards at people to do computer troubleshooting and repair and such, and also /something/ game or app related, but we can't all be Fenoxo.

I know it has been done before. I don't know of any currently active, or useful ones.

I want to know what people might like to see in a furry-based (likely Android and web) application. Porn and strongly sex related are probably right out the door. Most furry apps related to meeting folks, for example, or sharing things have been thrown right out the door because folks like to use pornographic images as their profile pics. It is against the terms of use of any of the major market places.

Again. I would just like to know what you would like to see.

There is no guarantee that I will make something big, but I need something to do in what free time I have, preferably something related to programming and designing applications or software, etc. (I am a computer science major for those who don't know). Not looking for outright ideas, though you might post them. I don't recommend posting them publicly in case they are actually useful.

I finally got two jobs.

Nothing terribly exciting.

I work at a gas station/food service place, and a grocery store as a dairy and frozen clerk. Both above minimum wage, at least.

Feels good, though, in an odd sort of way.

The semester's going fairly well so far.

SO INTERESTING.

I need to find a crappy job so that I can barely get by for awhile. Yay. Hopefully something above minimum wage... Minimum wage I'd need to work at least 30 hours, plus full time school... That's not enough pay to make me want to exert myself like that. At least with my old job, 40 hours with full time school was worth it. Squeezing by on minimum wage... Probably not so much. Maybe I'll look to pizza delivery or something, I don't know.

Well, I made it through the semester, and I finished with much better grades than I expected, genuinely. I was in a pretty poor state, but I think I'm getting better again.

Still don't have my car back, though.

I was laid off yesterday. Not much to be said. There wasn't enough work for me. I guess for now I should focus on school.

Rescued a kitten, thanks to my Supra's great stopping ability...


Crashed my Supra, thanks to West Virginia's shitty roads blowing a hole in my sidewall and causing me to lose control. It's repairable... and it can be driven.

Welp...

Had to buy a new headset for school because my old one broke.

Something deducted out of my account WAY late... So I came within 1.83 of overdrafting. Thought I had more money than I did because of it (but I planned to have enough to pay for a headset + my phone bill and a bit of gas...) but I squeaked by. Tax return on Monday though, so that'll be cool. That's why I went a little bit more expensive on the headset than I would have normally... But as I said, I still accounted it in.

I'm usually very careful with my expenses. This is one of very few fairly scary mistakes I've made. Well, here's to learning something, right?

If anyone wants commissions... Always open. Tell your friends, maybe they're interested in derp art.
