I am using the name Silver Sky Studio solely for Wolf, the animated feature, but all of my personal fursuit and other craft/costuming will be under the GEEKpaw name. My partials normally start at $850 so this is a good chance to get your partial made at a discounted price. Includes head, tail, feet and hands. Will be chosen at first come first serve, however, I reserve the right to not accept designs I feel are too complicated for this discount price. No add ons (Silicone/resin parts, LEDs claws...) Shipping not included.

Payment plans will be accepted but must be paid off by the end of August. Turn around time is approx. 2-3 weeks.

I am planning to do 2 pre made heads per month for the rest of the year. So I was wondering, is there anything people would like to see? Remember, these are for premades that will be for sale, so no specific character sheets please.

So yes...Anthrocon is over and it's time to get back to work. I had an amazing time. I'm used to having lots of downtime at cons, sitting in the zoo, drawing..this one I was on the go 7 am to 11 pm each day! And I loved it. Still, wish I would have had time to get to more panels, however, my panel I think was a big success. Manning the Wolf movie table and meeting new and old fans is always great.

Next year I do plan to have a table for selling. I love furcons!

The one bad thing was that while I avoided typical con crud, as I left I got some sort of ear ache/blockage. It's still not gone, so I can't hear out of one ear...it's really annoying. Hoping I won't have to see a doctor...I hate going to the doctor. Meh.

It's now time to get back to work! I have a husky partial that needs to be finished, then a couple of premades to work on, including a DAD foam base. I was going to hit the store today to pick up foam but it's storming like mad outside...we'll see if it eases up later.

I really miss my basement!

So excited! Whoo!

So, had a flooded basement this morning. The basement is my work studio. After my initial freak out, luckily I don't think any damage was done to anything commissioned. My personal suits were drenched so right now my stress is over them and the plushies I had made to go on sale at AC. But the real problem is I have no idea how long it will take until I can work down there again. I'll still do what I can but I'm sure work will be slower until the basement is dry and fixed.

I can not overstate my stress level at the moment, so if I don't reply to notes/emails right away, just give me a few days please to decompress.

I'm not leaving FA, nor deleting my accounts, however, I will likely be concentrating more on other sites: Weasyl and Twitter. While I haven't run into the adult ads yet, I can't risk doing so when I have my kids around, and I wouldn't want to direct someone to my gallery if there is any chance they could get hit by one. Hey..I'm looking for some help, please. My original plan to get to Anthrocon was to drive, where space wouldn't be an issue, however due to money constraints I'm now taking the bus/train and I haven't found any feasible way to get everything I wanted to take to the con. :( I can ship to the con directly, but it's an expensive option. (Shipping+a storage fee) I'd also have to get to the fedex office early monday morning before the train and I'm not sure that' even possible. I was wondering if anyone I know is traveling via car who might be able to bring some items for me? It would be 2 fursuits and some plushies for the art show. I might be able to fit one suit with me. I can send them to you in a spacebag, so they'll take up much less space. I would pay to have the items shipped to you before the con and for you to ship them back after it's all over.

I'm totally stressing over this, so if anyone can help me out, I'd really appreciate it and make you a badge as a thank you!

Since I'm not working on any commissions as of my recently finished one, aside from a set of paws on trade, I'm going to have time for some personal projects. I still need to finish up Luna's body to be ready for Anthrocon, and then I will be working on an adorable set of plushies to be in the Art Show.

I think for fun, I may work on a Dutch Angel Dragon foam base. They seem so cute. I don't have a design in mind yet, so, if you have a DAD you're looking to get made, keep an eye out for the foam base, because once it's done I'll ask if anyone wants to have their design made before turning to a premade design.

Let's see..what else. Other than fursuiting stuff, I'm working on some cosplays. After AC, I plan on making two new personal suits this year...'Daryl' and the werewolf from Doctor Who (Tooth and Claw).

And between all of that, I am still open for commissions!

I love The Walking Dead, and as part of that, I plan on making a suit based on my design for Daryl. I also have a design for Rick, and I would absolutely love to be able to make that suit for someone, preferably someone East Coast who goes to conventions so that we could con together! Whoo! Looks like I will be going to Anthrocon this year. I haven't been to AC in gosh, must be about 5 years or so...feels like forever. For me, AC is home. I used to go every year and always had such a great time. I'm very excited to be back. I will be going this year as an attendee only, not a dealer.

Silver Sky Studio WILL have a table, but only as a fan table to promote WOLF (wolfmovie.com). I may put some items up in the art show if I get space. Janus and Luna fursuits will be promoting there as well, making a debut!

I'll be bringing TARDIS Kitty, and plan on doing a lot of fursuiting around, so please say hello if you see her around! What else...well, I'll be trying to get my room as soon as reservations open. I will probably be on the search for a roommate, and a ride share. I'l really be looking to make some friends too...meeting new people was one of my resolutions for this year.

I will be taking TWO full suits and ONE partial for 'summer' completion dates.

So as the year winds down, I will be posting my new prices/website for costume commissions some time in the next week or so. At that time, I will be opening for quotes. I will be taking on two full suits and two partials for summer completion. My prices will have gone up but I still feel like they are at the lower end of the spectrum for cost. Well, mostly anyway. At roughly 90% moved in and unpacked, I can finally start to relax and get back into my usual routine, so that means I will be updating here and twitter again. My new building space is amazing! It needs a few things but the space itself it huge and it's going to be so much easier to work in there. :) So overall, I'm exhausted, but happy.
