Inflatable Tauren Lady
Posted 8 years agoI ran across a picture of a lovely Tauren lady last night that I also favorited and couldn't help but start thinking of a balloonie Tauren lady. The seemingly one-off picture I found led me to to looking up other pictures of Tauren females and even doing a little research on the critters since I've never played WoW in my life. Not usually onto cows, but I guess I will make an exception here.
The basics I am so far thinking of are as follows:
Balloonie Tauren female standing around 9ft tall at normal pressure, not including the horns. (Note, the sizes for the Tauren species is all over the map on WoW sites, so I am just gonna make her big!)
Sticking with the brown coloration for now. It's not unique to any Tauren character and I like it,.
She will have a curvy, busty, yet athletic build.
I like the huntress/archer angle of the picture, so she might end up being an excellent archer like Hawkeye from the Avenger movies.
Other ideas include her having some sort of suit that shrinks her down and (at least temporarily) turns her into a human woman of average size and build so that she can operate sort of under cover. Also might modify her to have hands with five fingers at all times instead of the Tauren three. Her name as the human girl would be 'Rebecca Airhart'. Unfortunately, I've yet to come up with a Tauren name for her.
I'm thinking of plugging her into Steven's world as a fully independant balloon femme with no connection to Leona, Elektra, or Ceyla's clans. (Though they are obviously there!) She might even become the one that Steven becomes stuck with, blunting the dream assaults from the Nightmare balloons. Anyways, that's all I have for now.

Another area landmark up in flames.
Posted 8 years agoThe Sunnyside Store, a roughly 117 year old establishment in Parral, OH and only a few miles from my home burnt to the ground early yesterday morning. I often went there to eat during the fall and winter when time and money allowed. Thankfully no-one was hurt, but the place is a total loss. Took three hours for them to get the blaze out with multiple fire departments responding, which is amazing as this wasn't a huge building!

A Nightmare in my dreams last night.
Posted 8 years agoShe was only there for a moment, but I clearly saw a shiny, black Nightmare lounging about and watching things in one of my dreams last night. She definitely looked inflatable to me. Wonder what it means? None of my dreams were bad last night.
My Mom Is Not Well
Posted 8 years agoMy mom had a bad tooth pulled a little over a week ago and since then she has been having problems with excessive sinus drainage and raw spots in her throat that choke her to the point of having breathing difficulties and making her gag. Tonight she was feeling a bit better, so decided to treat us all to milkshakes. Well, it appears that was a mistake as she started choking badly after drinking hers and my dad has just rushed her off to the ER room. I am very, very worried. :(
Cleo Plush or Cleo Balloon?
Posted 8 years agoI just realized that, if I do another story with her, I could go a couple ways with Cleo. I could do the usual balloonie erotic story, or a more fleshed out story with her as a plush. Oddly, I remember actually looking at fabrics when I got dragged to the fabric store while in high school and looking at the ones that could have been used to build a big, plush Cleo. The plush Cleo would be in the basic world that Jayce is in, either slightly predating his transformation to plush or appearing a short bit later. She would have the same basic powers as him too, though some more 'cartoonish' things might happen around her.
Heathcliff and The Catillac Cats on DVD
Posted 8 years agoToday among a few scores, I picked up the entire series of Heathcliff and The Catillac Cats on DVD. I just watched a tiny bit of the opening of episode one and the quality is ok, (could be a bit better on the restoration), but damn, Cleo still makes my heart skip a beat! Even on the opening credits! Odd that I didn't like her the first time the series aired in my area, but the second time I sort of furry crushed on her, with Maid Marian being a close second! My first balloon girl design was Cleo or a version of her. She's still my 80's babe! :)
Mares...
Posted 9 years agoFor some reason, I am pondering rubbery, inflatable mares again. Perhaps something will come of it. When my laptop fried, I basically lost the space mares story. I still have the file, but no longer have the correct program to view it or work on it. Anyways, that's all I got for now.
Stupid Disney...
Posted 9 years agoIt appears that the success of the live action Jungle Book has emboldened Disney to try and redo all its old films that way. They are now going to redo the Lion King the same way. Ugh... I hate Disney now... Not sure what else to say except that it's time for us to turn our backs on all these remakes and let the companies know this isn't what we want! >:(
And another old building in town is gone...
Posted 9 years agoI'm not sure now old it was, but another old structure on Front Street in my town is gone. All to further an old man's ego trip of a city park. An observation deck is to be built there so you can get a really good look at a constantly filthy stretch of river and the smoke coming off the power plant. I'm not kidding, that's what you see from that spot. :( The city has secured $1.2 million in grants for that project and I am wondering if anything of the oldest area of town alongside the Ohio and Erie canal route will be left when the dust clears. Makes me sick...
Something Disturbing at Estes Radio Auctions
Posted 9 years agoFirst off, Estes is a legitimate auction service, but what I found out that bidders are doing is rather disturbing.
I went there Friday (August 26th) with a gentleman I know for the preview night and we got to talking with the auctioneer. He mentioned a lot of the large collections are coming out of Michigan and that one had several of the large Victor Electrola consoles, at least some using the rare power amp with the type 50 tubes. Now, none of these units were really high production and most died of smoked transformers. What got me next was him saying the same couple of guys had been coming up each time he put a couple out and they were getting $300 for each console. He went out right after the last auction to find these guys pulling the amps out and then breaking up and trashing the cabinets right in the parking lot! What they are doing is: buying the units, taking the amps out and eBaying them to (they must be idiots) people for $1700 each and throwing the rest of these very rare machines into the trash!
I reported this on the Philco Phorum and found out that the very radios being destroyed might have very possibly been owned by a member who passed away suddenly a year or so ago. I guess they consigned the collection to Estes not long ago and people on the group and myself are just sick about this right now. American greed and arrogance!

Ok, does this make sense?
Posted 9 years agoOk, the mayor of town refused the fire department's idea to save the 1850's brewery and last remaining canal building and had it torn down for a planned boat ramp instead. Demolition cost $69,000, basically over budget and now the boat ramp and parking lot will cost around $356,000?! That's a total of $425,000! Might have been cheaper to save the building...
I'm Done, For Now
Posted 9 years agoAfter a lack of inspiration and a recent 'incident' on DA concerning an inflatable lion design, I've decided I will not be posting any stories or ideas on here for the foreseeable future. One thing I need to decide is what I am going to write about! But, I also sort of got jerked around by someone getting my hopes up about an inflatable lion design, only to yank the rug out from under me! The weather and current events have had me feeling a bit dark lately, so that has a good bit to do with things. If I feel inspired again or I can finally get my dream ideas worked out, I will start posting here again. I'll still be checking in and might post some photographs at least. So, pray for either an inspiration to hit me, or for a nice, affordable inflatable lion to finally appear. Take care, everyone!
New Balloon Mare Story on the way.
Posted 9 years agoI am finally getting back into doing a little writing and have gotten the first couple pages done of a new balloon mare story. So far the title is: Mares From Space and introduces an interesting new race of balloon characters called 'Balloonians'. I'm not writing this so much to blow my own horn but as a way to make sure I try and finish this story! :)
The De-evolution of US Architecture.
Posted 9 years agoIn the past, buildings in the US were mostly built of good quality wood, steel, brick, and stone. Even small towns could have beautiful buildings usually built to last decades or more. Now those buildings are left to rot as new buildings are built of cheap cement block and those new wonder materials, flake-board panels and particle board! We are really moving backwards here..
This came to mind after a brief stop I made in East Liverpool, Ohio. You can tell it was once a beautiful town and there is a lot of history still there, but most of it is empty and falling apart. I guess several of the buildings are slated for demolition eventually.

A thought for today:
Posted 10 years agoInflatables are fun and make for great romps, but a plush is for life. :)
Trashcans!
Posted 10 years agoSeeburg Trashcan jukeboxes that is. I have been trying to find one again lately and amazingly was referred to a gentleman I contacted about two ahd a half years ago about one, but didn't have the cash to afford his at the time. Basically, he was wanting to sell one complete unit, another that could possibly be built up from the other parts he had, and there were even more parts included over that for $1200. I contacted the guy yesterday and am getting the whole lot for $750. A basically complete and fussy working unit, another unit that I think I will have about enough parts to put together and I will have parts left over! Got one batch of stuff unloaded today, will be trying to go for another load Thursday. He wants to move out of the building he is renting and, sadly, has already hauled three loads of 80's jukeboxes to the dump because there is lack of demand. Everything is either web type jukeboxes now or smartphones. I think I basically paid what he had in the units to get them. I will need some minor parts for the second box and either the cartridges rebuilt or replaced as they are the old sodium crystal cartridges and the one in the working Seeburg is dying.
The Lion Guard: Return of the Roar
Posted 10 years agoYes, I watched the little movie Sunday and... well it's growing on me. I was surprised about how close to model the characters still are and I plan to give it another try Thursday morning as I was sort of zoned out from work stress Sunday evening. Will this series be only for kids, or will it actually take off like MLP:FiM did? I thought I saw some MLP cues in the movie and that might be a good thing. In fact, I hope Disney does take some cues from MLP:FiM, though not try to copy them directly. Who knows, maybe if done right, this new Lion King series might be able to pick right up where MLP will be leaving off and since I am a Lion King fan, I have to give it a chance.
Plush project back on?
Posted 10 years agoWell, it looks like my job doesn't want me to have much of a life again, so it looks like the plush idea might be back on. Not that I am getting over 40 hours at work, it is just that working mid-day and afternoon shifts kinda hurts going to look at items like arcade games. Seems everyone in Ohio has evenings off except people in my area!
Plush Project On Hold
Posted 10 years agoI am going to put my plush project on hold for a while, possibly until next spring. I need to figure out just how much a plush like I want will cost and how to go about getting it done. Right now I am looking for a certain arcade game and also want to get a couple other things accomplished before the snow flies. That will take a little cash to do.
Pondering having commissions done/Mariah to return
Posted 10 years agoI have to admit, Elektra is making for a great muse, though these mares are kinda pushy! My latest stories have even gotten me thinking about having some commissions done of her, but the main issues would be to find an artist into doing balloons and how to get payment to them. (Well, and sneaking that past the family unit.) Some ideas I have would be best for pictures rather than a whole story. I am still pondering that plush as well, though would have the same hurdles for it.
On another note, I am tinkering on another story and my original balloon mare, Mairia, will finally be making her return. I've had a few requests for her and it seems right that Elektra would find her and bring her into the herd. :)

Leona-verse Now Elektra-verse
Posted 10 years agoAfter writing the story I posted last night, I have decided tha from now on I will refer to the world Elktra and the others live in as the 'Elktra-verse'. She is becoming the main balloon and I have to admit, that Zebstrika is a blast to write. She's a bit over the top, playful, seductive, and and a bit maniplulative. (Was what she told Ceyla all true, or was she just wanting to give the nightmare a little nudge?)
Speaking of Ceyla, I want to give
cetas a big thanks here for permission to use her in some stories. He has actually helped to refuel my enthusiasm for the squeaky ladies and I hope to do her justice and maybe explore at least one other side of her. I never thought I would get to write my dream mare into my stories and his offer might make for a lot of possibilities on both sides for crossover stories. Let's just say my stories are going to be more "mare-centric" from now on. If all is good, Ceyla should return for the next story at least and then there is an idea Cetas and I thought up that I want to work on with him for a story series. Also, we might end up with a surprise balloon femme stablemate for Jake and Elektra, but not going to say who or what she will be.

Posted 10 years agoSince writing "Queen Elektra Awakens!", I have been pondering doing a rebuild to the squeaky Leona-verse in order to streamline the characters down a bit. What I am thinking about balloon story-wise is four to five main characters. First off, will be Queen Elektra. She's a definite keeper! Princess Leona will be moved into the fold as well, but I am going to rebuild her both personality and body-wise. She'll still be a 'Kimba-morph', but I think I am going to pump her up a bit. Right now she has a lithe, dancer-type body and is really nothing more than the white lioness in the picture I have turned into a balloon. She's hot, but I have found that I like my girls to have some extra meat or thickness to them. Leona will keep her cuteness, but I'm thinking adding some extra, feminine muscle won't hurt her any. She'll still be the 'Ferrari' of the balloon femmes overall. I also want to reintoduce the already succulent Jennifer tigress in a way that still jives with 'The Power of the Stripes!' and I am pondering reactivating Mairia as well so there would be two big, rubbery mares to balance out the two feline femmes. Jake will become the new 'everyman' the reader can link to and enjoy these squeaky ladies through. There will (hopefully) also be stories concentrating on or through the balloon femmes themselves so the readers can get more of an idea of what makes them tick. There might be other balloon femmes wander in and out, but these will usually be one time, meet and squeak stories (maybe even meet, squeak, and pop?). Each of the four main girls will have a bit of a kink of their own.
Even though they saw disspointing results, both Jayce and the Leo plush will remain around. Usually they will be in their own stories, but they can cross over into some of the balloon femme stories. Keeping Jayce around might also mean the opportunity for one more (emergency) balloon femme to act as a counterpart for Leo plush. Jayce gets all hot and bothered, Leo slaps a button to deploy the balloon femme, then wanders off to meditate while we all get to see this femme qet squeaky with Jayce. (Might also be a way to play with random, one-off balloon femmes.) Anyways, I am thinking of reintroducing Jennifer in the next story and I hope to have an inflation contest story soon concerning Elektra. Stay tuned!

Help! Simba plush.. taking... over...
Posted 10 years agoTo anyone out there who can hear this message, my big Douglas Simba plush is taking over my life! He will only let me watch The Lion King and, occasionally, Kung Pow! (Not sure why that one, perhaps the whoe Mooshufasa bit..) He is now trying to make me spend all my money on MORE Lion King items! Help!!!!
Inflatable Lion Idea: Use a Plush Mane!
Posted 10 years agoAs usual, the old dream to see an inflatable lion in my collection never seems to happen. Of course, the one complaint always is: "It's hard to make a proper inflatable mane on one!" Well, here's an idea: Forget an inflatable mane and build one with a detachable plush mane! One could either use snaps or (like my Uniroyal Tiger) velcro attachment points. Then one could have either a 'Simba' or a 'Kimba' with all the squeakiness, yet also a soft mane to nuzzle into. It's an idea anyways. Also, (at least in my case), that mane could make the inflatable last longer because I would be nuzzling it instead of the bare vinyl with my face.
Reached a bit of a milestone for the Leo plush today.
Posted 10 years agoAfter counting my funds, I have reached the first milestone in saving up for the anthro Leo plush today. Of course, there is more saving up to be done and a lot of logistics to consider before this little dream of mine comes true. With the way I am currently scheduled at work, saving up money isn't too hard as I don't have much time to spend it! So, barring any unforeseen problems, I am on my way. Keep your fingers, toes, and eyes crossed! :D
