So Xmas day we spent the evening at the emergency vet clinic because out 15 year old cat got a UTI and was weeing blood.

My baby Bailey isnt showing much interest in eating and I'm really worried so we want to take him to the vet tonight so that we can at least see what's going on.

For the past...year or so i've been feeling off, I don't really know how to say it but I've come to terms that I'm more genderfluid then I am male. I've been out as a male for at least 7 years now, and after a talk with my husband yesterday, I think I'm going to try out She/They pronouns for awhile instead of he/they.

I've been feeling a little more 'feminine' lately and I have a lot of trauma over being called a woman, and back when I was growing up (90's-early 2000's) Being a butch lesbian was really frowned upon in my family. My mom would always say "Don't wear that you look like a dyke." And just shit like that and it made me very dysphoric because at the time I was identifying as female, and into females, so I tried dating a guy in highschool but it never got far, he was far too horny for little ace me LOL

Which I've learned that I might actually be Ace/Demisexual/Demiromantic? IDEK.

Long story short, I've been having issues with myself lately and I'm thinking of being a masc fem as well, it suits me.

It was my birthday on the 11th, but due to having a broken toe, and it being hotter then balls, we couldn't do much ;3;

But my birthday and toe also made me realize...
I've been having a bit of an issue with people who are supposed to be my friend. They make me feel like unseen garbage and it's just rough sometimes cause we were really close. I didn't even get a HBD from this person or anything. (Note: this exact time last year I had a convo with this person about this exact same thing.) This is the same person I invited to our wedding with a hand drawn invite and everything. (Our wedding was online) And they didn't even bother showing up or even signing our guest book.

And so many people have told me to just let them go but it's hard for me to make friends and I always just seem to attract the most toxic people who take advantage of me.
I think I'll be doing the hard thing and finally cutting them off.

I feel like I deserve better. I'm sad and heartbroken over it all.

All dang day yesterday! I got up and was going to have a big productive art day, and I got in a fight with the coffee table and it won.

I came out of it alive but with a broken pinky toe, my toe just jutted out to the side rather abnormally.

After 12 hours in the ER, a few x-rays and a fancy new boot, I was sent on my way, we didn't get home till 9am the next day. (Today)

It's fractured and that sucks, because my birthday plans are now down the drain so yeah.

That was my fun time this weekend LOL

Anyway, I had a really bad mental health drop at the beginning of the new year and had to make an emergency call to the doctor to get me in to get back on meds for my major depressive disorder and generalized anxiety disorder. I was starting to hallucinate.
My thoughts got real dark for awhile and it scared me, I don't cry easily but I finally broke down to my husband and he's been so supportive.

I'm 2 weeks in on these new meds and so far it's not bad, I don't hear those constant depressing thoughts anymore and I'm starting to get things done. For the first time in awhile, I feel good.
The only drawbacks to these so far are the light headaches, minor anxiety and fatigue. But those will level out in time.

I am going to be working on more projects! Getting stuff going for the Softboi account, and my Borka species.

I'm just ugh so happy I have such amazing people in my life!
We've been playing minecraft every Friday with our bestie Monxta and it's been so fun! I don't get much time to game anymore so I look forward to fridays heheh.

This year has been one hell of a year. Our family has been in and out of the hospital, my grandmother with pneumonia, my husband's mom with her heart surgery and diabetic complications.

I hadn't properly had a chance to relax after my mom visited in August because our old cunt of a landlord tried pulling illegal shit on us and raised our rent to nearly 2k. So we moved in less then a month.

We wouldn't have been able to do it if it wasn't for our amazing friends and besties QAQ

I feel like the last few years have been suffocating. I learned a lot about myself and that I might have long covid after I got really sick from what I thought was food poisoning, but even now I have all the symptoms so I have a Dr's appointment on the 9th to hopefully get some blood work done and get back on anxiety meds after my last ones failed me.

They gave me horrible panic attacks and my sleepwalking got really bad LOL
All I did for the first few weeks of being on these meds was sleep, I got so behind on coms, then Jackie (our cat) passed and that threw us into more of a spiral.

Either way I'm happy to possibly be trying new meds cause waking up every day feeling suffocated sucks. I just don't want to do a pill rodeo but my brain has not been nice to me these past few weeks and I've had some pretty dark thoughts. I'm okay, I'll be okay, don't worry, I have an amazing support system. I've just been trying to grasp whatever dopamine I can get right now.

But some good things happened too! We got out of that horrible apartment into an even better one (so far, despite the upstairs neighbors stomp walking.)

I got to see my mom after 5 years of not seeing her, and I made a huge dent in my commission queue.

Anyway I'm rambling now.

This year was somethin else and I'm ready for the next one. Shits gunna change for the best. (I hope).
