New Comic - Casting Call for Characters

Hey everyone! As some of you may have heard, I've been asked to work on a new comic series by 
shiro-neko
They posted about this idea on a recent journal. However, people had a lot of questions and some details were missing, so I've gone ahead and tried to compile all the relevant info in this journal.
The basic idea: We are starting a new comic! We are looking for users interested in having their characters show up in this first volume. Available spots include that of a Main Character (MC), and also a number of supporting cast!

I was looking over my gallery and realized that I don't have much art of my feral Gallade. Which is a shame, because I really love how artists draw him. One of my favorites is this piece here: https://www.furaffinity.net/view/34367682/

I'm thinking of commissioning them again to draw Sir Gallade (feral) with another gardevoir, just because I love how they drew the first version. Instead of just a random gardevoir, however, I was thinking of maybe bringing someone's OC into this.
If you have a gardevoir OC, feel free to send me a note or drop a ref in the comments below. I'll try to pick someone to do this commission with. But if there are enough lovelies, I can always try for a second or reach out to some other artists too.
If you know anyone with a gardevoir character who might be interested, feel free to send them to this journal. And as always, my notes are always open for commission ideas of any variety, not just limited to gardevoirs~

In case you have not seen already, the origin story for my OC (Gally) set within the Silver Soul comic has been published in its entirely over on shiro-neko's page. It was immensely fun and exciting to work on, and I hope you all really enjoy it!

Always surprised whenever I get a new set of watchers. Still cannot draw for the life of me, but I am glad people seem to be fond of my OC's and/or the various projects I am helping out and appearing in. You all are the best!
Not sure what I should do to celebrate. This all comes at a time where I am very busy (got one of the biggest exams of my life coming up), and I am also trying to look after my physical and mental health more. I may try getting a raffle going like I did at 100 watchers, but nothing is yet set in stone. Let me know if you guys have any ideas of something you'd really love to see!
Just wanted to thank you all again for all the support and encouragement! It means the world to me.

Those of you who follow the comic Silver Soul will know that my OC has played a role in several volumes as a member of Team Rocket. Well... I am happy to announce that there is a bonus comic starring Gally that has been in the works, and it is finally ready for release!

Happy New Years (and a preview of 2020)

HAPPY NEW YEARS, EVERYONE!
I hope you were able to end 2019 with a smile, and were able to go into 2020 with a smile as well.
That being said, there are a few things that I would like to say as I look ahead into 2020
First off, I just noticed that I'm almost at 200 watchers. That feels crazy, I remember hosting the 100 watcher raffle less than a year ago. It would be nice to do something to celebrate this milestone as well. I could host another raffle - but I also want to ask if there are any suggestions that you guys have? After all, you guys are the whole reason I will be celebrating anyways. ^-^
Now, to touch base with reality as well. To those who do not know, I am currently in graduate school. This year promises to be both scary and exciting as I will be sitting for board exams in June and starting to get actual work/specialty experience afterwards. I am not known for posting super often on this site, but I just wanted to let you all know upfront in case I become even more inactive or am a bit slower to reply. To those who communicate with me on Discord, the same possibility of decreased activity and late replies holds true. My involvement with the Silver Soul comic series may also decrease during the year, it all depends. That all being said, I do appreciate all the support that I have been given!
I think that is it. My New Year's resolutions are to try being less emotional/sensitive (in a good way) and to be better about keeping in touch with people. I'm also at the age where friends are starting to get married so... might be keeping that in mind going ahead.

Artist Boost (Pair of artists could use some help)

1) Shira_kaisuri
Shira is an awesome artist, and is starting to try more digital stuff too. They are very good at listening to ideas and making sure everything looks great until you are satisfied. Could not recommend enough.
2) Maugrim0
Maug is a fantastic person and a terrific artist. Great guy to brainstorm with and bounce ideas off of. He also does some ANIMATED icons and hearts. With discord allowing animated server icons and banners, I would highly recommend getting something from him!
If you want to hear more about either of these people, let me know. Or better yet, just shoot them a DM and see for yourself. They are both really nice.
Extra note: If you want to get a commission with multiple characters from either of them, I am willing to offer Sir Gallade or any of my other OC's, as well as splitting the cost. DM me if interested.

Also, I need to ask something. I hit 100 watchers a little while back (thank you all again!) I've spoken to a few artists about maybe offering a free YCH raffle for my watchers as a thanks. I was thinking of one human slot raffle and one feral slot raffle since I know people have different types of OC's. Would this be something you are interested in and would enter?

I'll keep this short. There is someone out there who is going through a lot of issues right now: emotionally, career-wise, and financially. I don't know this person myself, but a friend of mine Julie_Delacroix is holding a charity event in the upcoming weeks to try and help this friend out. This will include art offers, streaming of games, etc.
Julie_Delacroix - they are really awesome, and I wish nothing but the best to their friend. I'm no good at art, but if you help them out I can write you something small or do anything else I can.
Dealing with something on your own can freaking suck. But the best part about communities like this one is that being alone is not the only option anymore.
Help out as much as you can :)
