Based off a 'reverse isekai' angle in part.

Basically:

WANTED: Minions for the Great Dark Prince:
Basically we follow characters that 'accidently' or just by pure random chance are picked to support/work in the somewhat cliched army of the 'Great Dark Prince' (and possibly later 'The Rebellion', but I think it's easier to justify the crunchy corruption angle if you use some comedically villainous perspectives).

So, bored college girl signs up for weird online game or answers weird 'wanted ad' and next thing she knows she's summoned to be some kind of fantasy minion unit. Such as a bondage dressing were-bird sorceress with the fashion sense and 'plumage' of Naga the White Serpent from Slayers. Some action/'action' on one side of the summoning till she's defeated, sent back to her normal life...

Only for the new personality/nature to start to bleed through. Made all the worse when they call her up for the next battle.

So one can have weird fantasy shenanigans, mechanically based humor, and transformation/corruption plot all going on at the same time. With whatever 'sexy' theme of fantasy archetypes make the most sense.

(And yes, I mostly use the furry ref as I'm still on about Ramona... and I think one could make a very funny joke about scantily dressed Were-Owl-Wizardess laughing all "Who-oho-oho" in classic tropy anime form.)

In my continuing effort to come up with/create more Helluva Boss transformation themed works, I had an idea a few weeks back. Namely some neato fanart made me realize that while they might not have anything else in common, 2B and Stella do have nice 'hips'.

And that's reason enough to turn one into the other.

I feel like it could be done either as android/demon possession or a case of summoning into mistaken identities where efforts to 'fix' the issue lead to the changes ongoing. This would of course allow for numerous comedic character interactions as the ensuing changes follow in pace with more story as well.

As for another thing being considered:

I have another idea for a horror themed tf series, but this one based off some other Creepypastas/internet horror creatures. Namely making use of a twist on 'Siren Head' in order to justify a kind of corruptive/transforming horror show/podcast that thus creates more creatures as it goes on.

Based on a series of cool 'Sailor Scouts but as various movie aliens' I think it would be fun to play with that.

Probably with my classic go to of "Dub Scout Names" since the aliens are all from various US/Western films and classic sci fi. But with the added corruptive twist that those are their original forms they are turning back into/regaining.

So Sailor Moon the Anthro-Xenomorph was always a terror from Ellen Ripley's nightmare's in a skirt... or supposed to be. Possible/probably with a plot about other/original aliens showing up to add some more conflict and spice to the whole matter.

And some 'plot' to weird/eroticized alien transformations and bucket of sci-fi movie references.

The only one I'm not so keen on is Mercury, if only because it feels like some kind of 'robot alien' would be more interesting to use for her.

Based on some 'Characters in one property teach another to be like them' twinning tf idea I had, and some neat fanart some of the crew of Helluva Boss posted, I wanted to do these transformations:

Mari Makinami --> Sallie May: An odd choice at first, but probable the most 'fitting' for personality in a way. Motivated by some fanart of Sallie in her plugsuit and my love of both characters boiling over.

Asuka Shikinami --> Stella: Princess into 'Queen', a lovely case of making those red flags bigger and worse (as well as her drumsticks). Could be fun playing off Stella's arrogance about making this annoying human better against Asuka's resistance to being turned into awful(ly hot) MILF from hell.

Rei Ayanami --> Verosika Mayday: Another weird choice, but playing to my type as making Rei some kind of ultra kinky gal that's all in on proving that fact works well here. And having her try and be 'proper succubus' while still retaining Rei-isms afterwards sounds like a lot of fun.

The play off as past rivalries flair up again with new demon hormones and drives would be sweet as well. (I'd probably do another 'post Eva 4.0' thing so it's just utterly incongruent transformation weirdness in an otherwise mundane world.)

Poor Shinji would just have to deal with his girlfriend turned imp and the sudden hell harem competition that seems to have been set off around him I suppose.

Thinking back to the Heel Reimu Heel and Ready to Ride Marisa and where to go next.

Current thoughts are:

Baphomet/Daemon Minotaur Stud Sakuya.

Snake/Hydra Daemon 'Priestess' Sanae (More of the deflowering maidens for her Hellish masters/daemon spawn than)

Shadow Goblin/Imp Boy/Femboy Youmu (with an emphasis on 'riding' hell hounds and being savage little cave daemon instead of refined swordswoman)

The latter could be fun as I kind of want to have her 'turn' another touhou gal into big ol' daemon dog with a daemon dick as part of a plan to 'rescue' Reimu... as far as her warped imp-mind could think anyway.

So, the prior stories ideas, are, as always on the backburner.

The Darkest Dungeon (Dick)

I've been thinking about some other concepts. Both banging around for a bit...

1. Tanuki Moon: Just the most ribald corruption of ladies into big balled tanukis by way of 'moon' based curses and the hedonism natural to their new forms. Probably centered on some anime fanfic stuff, but who knows as long as it has that delightful sex inversion into weighty youkai nuts.. All I know is,

"I got a fever, and the only prescription is big tanuki balls."

2. Character Mentor Transformation: This is a weird concept, but a fun one. Take a character and have them 'mentor' another into themselves. Twinning, partial change, attitude, etc. Sort of like those 'Bullying Corruption Angles' that Ebikyo has done, but could be taken another way (maybe they actually did 'sign up' for a new identity/character concept instead of accidently having someone pop up to teach them how to be an entirely new person?)

In any event I've been thinking that some character's from Helluva Boss could be a lot of fun for this. Sort of want to use Sallie May (perhaps tutoring Asuka into a 'real red devil'), though an absurd cartoon hotty like Holli Wood or Jessica Rabbit working some 'normal' woman through toonification tutoring would be fun too.

Seeing those new Reimu Donk pics (and thinking back to several other FTM equine shifts she's been drawn over the years) is really making me wonder why I've never had the Wonderful Shrine Maiden of Paradise put out to stud?

Idea one: Hard Training

1. Makoto calls on Ann to help put her sister through her paces now that she awoken to her powers and to better prepare against the increasing danger that this otherworldly Demon which seemed to be personally targeting her. All seems to be going well, wandering through a relatively safe and tame portion of Mementos-that-Was. Though Ann can't shake the feeling that something is off about the Niijima sisters...

Slow and fast CTF effects, unaware and then very aware all climaxing into natural dick-hood and Ann regaining her position as the biggest... assets of the team. Just lower, between her legs, and not exactly in the business of making milk now or at any point in the future. Possibly with a kind of gaslighting hypnosis as the Niijimas change back, think it's natural and pointedly argue that Ann is the weird one with breasts and a vagina getting all out of sorts at the sight of two totally normal cock-woman.

2. Similar as above, but transitioning into a more targeted Mara curse scene where Ann gets suckered into fake photoshoot and basically dominated/controlled into scenario where "Shafts are in", "Balls are beautiful", and "The cock cap will really pull that outfit together". Would like to think of a way to combine that with some aspects of the first if possible, as I want to bring Sae or Makoto in as catalyst that makes Ann's attempt to resist this change harder... (much like her body).

Additional Snippet: Something I thought of while reading Ebikiyo's awesome Persona Piece. Basically a scenario where a trio of the Phantom Thief girls, or two and prior game guest, decide to use Shadow Extract from special part of the Cognitive world to win a Halloween costume contest at college...

By basically turning into sexed up monsters that looked like background characters from Halloween-town or an episode of Beetlejuice. Which is, going by what I've written over the years, something I really like but I rarely ever do with fanfic characters for some reason.

Probably some kind of fetish latex cat vampire/demon, a weird 'television that plays lurid nonsense when not serving its regular role' as face seductress shadow concept... and still debating on a freaky and weird take for the last one. Potentially implying that they took too much and might be doing a 'Nightmare Before Christmas Holiday Heist' more or less by trying to keep Halloween lasting longer before it wares off given how their personalities got effected by the the spooky-juice too.

Hey, there haven't written much lately... but it is the season, and perhaps I should actually do a extremely creepy sexualized horror-themed tf story for once.

The Agony Rose?

While I've got some stuff percolating, I had an 'idea' for the next story Penile Persona...

Namely to follow up on Sae, unwanted dick pics/her strangely altering perception of her own sister, and culminating in a cavalcade of cocking as the destressed defense attorney finds herself invited into Mara's domain, given the royal treatment that brings out all her worst attributes (sagging low and mocking her desire to be a tool for justice instead of just great big one)...

Perks to this: Never done any vore stuff really, and this idea sounds potentially perfect once I put some 'conditional spins' on it like Makoto's own change earlier that imply a sort of perverse 'normality' to things. Also Sae is hot, Shadow Sae is hotter, and Shadow Shaft Sae would be even hotter still.

Cons: When am I ever going to get all these story ideas done? Also might be 'too much for some' even when you're starting with absurd CTF/eventual mind fuckery.

First point: Chun-Li needs to be louder, chirpier, covered in feathers and a source of nutritious ostrich eggs.
Second point: Whenever Chun-li isn't onscreen, all the other characters should be asking "Where's Chun-li... and why don't I have any fresh ostrich eggs?"

Even more seriously, this is bringing back ideas I had for a 'Street Fighter Animal TF' set, especially if I play with the level of 'feral' tf, keep their minds, and play up 'super martial arts, but how does Sakura do it when she's a horse'

As for plot, hell, just steal from the SNK v Capcom Chaos game and have Athena zapping fighter ladies into animals for some reason. Girl makes enough boneheaded mistakes it wouldn't be hard to justify.

And could be a lot of fun to write...

Thinking about how to approach a “D.Va robot/mech tf stuff” has given me some ideas. Probably along the same line as the ‘Rukia Donkey TF Anthology’

Maybe… 5 shorts to cover the basics of robot-fetish stuff from various angles.

1. Audio Tape Upgrade: D.Va listens to an audio tape, or maybe gets hit by hypnotic transformation program while streaming. End result is being transformed and reprogramed into some kind of sexy cam-girl streamer-bot. So basic tf, mc, mixed with the robot stuff. 5. Get Meched. Turned into her MEKA or large pilot-able mech unit. Lose of self-control, but maybe not self-thought. Will need to be piloted and any remaining sexual imagery would be relegated to how it feels to have tiny organic creature messing around with her controls.

A recent news article about comedic trials and bureaucracy has hit me with an amazing tf concept.

Officially Recognized as *BLANK*

A character gets into some legal issue, or tries to obtain a license... perhaps someone registers them for something as a joke or just to mess with them.

However it goes they end up officially declared to be something other than what they are. Let's say a donkey for extra humiliation, degradation, and just more opportunity for a transformation. Either way their paperwork effects there life, soon their reality, and eventually their own body.

Clearly showing that the paperwork was right in the first place...

(Though now I wonder if this story idea would work best as just a general OC story or if there's a certain character or setting that would work well?)

Been a stressful few months. Sadly not a lot of recent things ready to go yet.

Though I have been hit by a weird idea, if one I'm not sure on.

And I just have the feeling that Ivy needs to go through some changes. Yet I'm flummoxed by what they should be?

What animal could work? Full feral or not. Horse sort of seems appropriate but I'm not sold really. Maybe lizard or something? Go for a Primal Rage reference and have her channel the soul of something positively Cretaceous?

I just don't know. It feels like a missed opportunity that there's so little content using her, but I'm not sure where to start.

More TF-Anthology Ideas:

1. Lara Croft raptor/dino lady tfs. Like the Rukia series, but probably shorter. Five or so maybe instead of trying to write ten. Egglaying or reverse oviposition will be among the triggers as to the cause of her dinosaur tf. Probably not more than one feral tf among them. (Female to raptor, t-rex, and maybe something else. Or at least into lovedolls anyway. Maybe only three entrees, and probably won't be immobile regardless of how impossible their lack of biology might make it at the end. (Could just do sexbot instead of sex doll I suppose...) (Female to sex doll, inanimate though not properly so, sex obsession and some level of mental conversion too.)

4. Cock Curse: No fanfic theme on this one. Just a small series of cock tf stories, probably similar to those already in my gallery. Then they get changed back... partially. Dicks on those that grew them, hoofed feet, more animal ears, and Misato probably still having an udder. Mari of course keeps her cute antlers. 3. Bio-Mech Number 9: A girl becomes a super hero after merging with an weird space probe from outer space. Some of her friends will likely get their own robo-forms, some even odder than hers.

Will have less sex than the rest of these, though I sort of want to play with the idea of the robots "combining" and how their human minds interpret that that could still be fun. Still there will likely be some sex scenes... just they might not look like sex to an outside observer. Would be the closest I've ever written to a non-sex story, and some scenes might be more about action than eroticism. (female to robot thing, people/animals to biological monsters, recovery of some monsters into mechanoid drones, odd body structures, and detailed robot merger/combination stuff.)

You ever remember all the details to some piece of internet fiction save for the stuff that would let you find it... like the name?

I've been trying to find this one in particular for six months or more.

The story was about a group of guys going to a costume or masquerade party. The run into fey/elves who decide to party crash and turn them pretty girls and the party into some sort of harlequin romance novel deal. One of the guys keeps breaking the glamour and eventually has a conversation with one fey who feels bad about it. The other fey gets punched out, the party turned back into regular costume affair and the now girls back into boys. Nice happy ending all around. I dunno why I wanted to find it...
