So! I got a new icon! From the ever lovely  kamicheetah. First commission -ever-. I'd promised myself I was gonna commission something for my birthday (which is weds the 3rd for all you people out there) but all the artists I would want to commission were too expensive and I'm lacking in the spending money department, especially if I want to go to AC. Then! Low and behold, an icon opportunity drops in my lap. So awesome!

I see why everyone gets commissions, they're kind of a weird thrill, watching it all come together.

-Working on big projects and random stuff in between. I swear, I do art at least four to five hours a day.

-Trying to level out a good coloring style, at least digitally. I'm almost there.

-Been watching the new Doctor Who through again with a friend. He seems to like it. We just went through my favorite episode arc (Silence in the Library :3), almost at the end. I can't wait for new episodes.

-Watching LOST by myself. I stopped again. At least I'm almost caught up, halfway through season four.

-Cleaning my apartment hardcore. Throwing out shit, organizing things. It's amazing how much utter crap just piles up. There's no way I'm going to turn into my grandma with her megapiles of newspapers shes not read and so forth.

- Starting the 1001 books to read before you die list- http://www.listology.com/list/1001-books-you-must-read-you-die, gonna try for 50 pages a day. Ebook torrents are my friends. :3 If you want to join me on my quest, I've got a goodreads account under Fry (I'm pretty easy to find with my Ironman icon.).

Also, what is everyone reading? I've finally trudged to the last 100 pages of Kushiel's Dart. While it's not a -bad- book, the prose is very colorful and hard to get into sometimes. :3
