Heya guys.

I've been thinking lately about friendship, and about what it means to different people. I've noticed that quite a few people seem to have this image that being someone's friend means you have to nurture and care for that relationship at all times, keeping in contact constantly to remind the person what they mean to you, visiting as often as possible, etc.. Sometimes this gets to the point that I feel like I'm balancing plates on all of my limbs, and if I'm not careful one of them may fall and break.

I guess I just wanted to shed some light on my perspective of the matter. No, there aren't any specific recent events that triggered this, I just felt like sharing some of my thoughts =)

To me, creating a friendship is like building a house. All the smiles, memories, good times/bad times, things you've done for one another are like materials, bricks with which to make your structure. When your time is done, you put down your tools and rest, maybe take a moment to look and treasure what you've constructed. When you have to part ways, that building remains. It doesn't crumble, and it doesn't decay. Each time you're reunited with these people, you have the oppourtunity to add to what you've made, reinforce it make it stronger.. But it never goes away, at least that's how it's always felt to me. And I feel that even when there is accidental decay or damage, a true friend is always willing to do what they can to touch up those rough spots and make it shine again.

It seems especially important to me in a fandom like this where sometimes you don't see some of your friends for years, maybe only at cons, or are friends online with people you've never even met face to face. If I had the mindset that time apart meant drifting away, I'd spend all of my time worrying about losing those friends and none of it enjoying what time I do have to spend with them.


Everyone has their own lives and often times life gets pretty busy, I understand and accept that. I'd like everyone to do the same for me, if it's not too much to ask. I know it can be rough..




To all of my friends out there, you'll always be in my heart, even if I don't get the chance to come and hang out with you or just chat as often as you like. I love all of you guys, and I can't wait to see you all again =3

So I'll be heading up to Michigan for FCN in a few days! Looking forward to seeing some friends I haven't in a while, and I love that hotel :3

Right now it looks like I'll be leaving on Thursday, though if I find someone with a room Wednesday night that has space for one more I may leave then! We'll see, you know me and getting to cons early ^^

I've also got a little surprise this con, definitely gonna be having fun with that as well!


Look for me fursuiting .. Well, everywhere! Hot spots for me are the outdoor areas surrounding the hotel. Right out front, waving at cars.. By the fire hydrant and tree (where the wind seems to LOVE you) - Through the back doors to the little patio area with the trellis - Exit doors by the dance to the parking lot. I love cruising around the side of the building on my wheels for some fresh air, then back around to the entrance of the hotel.


Can't wait to see everybody there, should be awesome!!

So G4 finally put up their special on FWA 2011 last night! My good buddy  BitShep was featured, along with a ton of my buddies.

For the most part, they did a really awesome job. I had a lot of fun watching it :3

One tiny thing bothered me though, the little commentary on the porn stuff in the artist's alley. I felt that it was a bit tasteless and unnecessary, and because almost all of the video was focused on fursuits, it really didn't fit in with the rest of the video at all. Not to mention, they didn't mention anything about that area being restricted to people under the age of 18.

Overall I'd say it was a positive article, even with the silly sextalk, and I'm glad we got to be a part of it.

Heyhey everybody~

There's been a lot of crazy stuff happening on my side of the world over here lately, as I'm sure a few of you have noticed. This'll be a pretty crazy update, but also a neccesary one.

There's been a lot of attention to my recent get-together with  JDpuppy,
and I want to thank everyone who's been supportive of us.

Him and I have had a while to get to know each other, become good friends and eventually grow to love one another. We've run around all kinds of conventions together and been through our own set of adventures between the two of us. We were able see all different sides of both the other and ourselves, and through that better understand a great deal of things.


A little while after IFC, the decision was made between us that while we both still love each other very much, our relationship may not be the best thing for us right now. There are a few different factors involved (distance being a big one), but most of them aren't exactly under our control.. We understand that, and even though the choice was a tough one, it felt like the right one.

The two of us will remain the closest of friends 'til the end, and nothing's going to get in the way of that. I had some great times with this crazy pup, and will continue to do so many times in the future. Thanks for everything you've given me JD, we had some pretty amazing times together, some times I'll never forget.. You've been a role-model to me since I entered this fandom and that's certainly not going to change anytime soon either! I'll always have love for ya no matter what happens..

Sorry to all of you out here that had high hopes for us, but that's how it goes sometimes. Again.. Thank you all for the support, but apologies wont be necessary, after all.. It's nothing tragic, just the way life goes sometimes. We will continue to stick together as a great team, that much I can assure you, so no frowny faces!!

I've been seeing a lot of negative comments lately on the whole squeaking-in-fursuit thing.

I'm definitely not the first one to squeak in this manner, but I've been labeled as that, or as at least "bringing it back", but it seems like it's getting a little out of control.

I'm kind of at a loss here. I thought this would be a good idea at first =/ I've been able to do some pretty unique things with just a piece of plastic and I feel like I've made it my own, but with all the people out there doing it now and all the annoyed people I've stumbled across.. is it really worth it to continue?

From indirect feedback I've gotten it seems like some people love it, some people hate it, and others feel like it's just done too often.

I'd really like to know how you all feel about it, because while I love this fandom and get plenty of joy out of performing, I really do care about the people I'm going out there and entertaining as well. I wouldn't be here if it weren't for you guys!

Now I can't really control what others around me are doing, but in terms of just me: If you had to decide, would you prefer I..

A) Stop squeaking altogether
B) Ignore the negative attention and squeak as I have been
or
C) Slow my squeaking down and only do it in moderation


The only problem with C is that I'm bound to forget at times.. I get pretty excited when I'm running around like a lunatic xP

It's true, I've been epicly lazy lately.. Working all the time as usual, but haven't really had the motivation to get things done around home afterwards. Sorry to the people that commented my page or watched me that I haven't responded to yet, I'll get to those as soon as I can!

I'll be heading to Megaplex in a few days as well ^^ I'll be out there thursday night and will be staying until late monday night.

I know it's not much but I wanted to give folks a brief update x3

Wow.. What a convention! I can easily say that this week was one of the best in my entire life. I packed so much fun and craziness into this short week, and met so many incredible people.. Where to begin?

Anyway.. I arrived at the hotel around noon Wednesday with Belic, K'gra, Silvermane and Brunn (thanks for the ride and room for the night, guys!!) and snagged some lunch with them before I decided to jump right into the con.

Suited up from there and headed out to the lobby. I surely wasn't surprised to find Duncan already there suited up as well, and after a bit of horsing around, I stole him away for snuggles ^^ I met Kaji pretty early on too, and snagged him into our cuddlepile too. Bark was there too!

At some point during the night I ran into Cash (aka  Nevermint) and proceeded to wrestle with him, which is quickly becoming a tradition between us two ^^ Unfortunately, I lost my balance while picking him up and took a crazy spill, landing on my ankle in the process.

So I headed back up to my room and iced it for about 20 minutes. I couldn't let it stop me though, and quickly limped back down into the lobby, still in suit.



The next day was pretty rough, my buddy  Nekomon was calling me "Gimpy Skroy" because I was limping so much hehe.. And I was all like nuh uh uh! It eventually got better as the con went on though, I'm still resting and icing it now that I'm home.

I can't really keep track of the days because they kind of blurred into each other, so I'm just going to list some of the fun things I did from this point onward.

I eventually ended up rooming with  JDPuppy  JimmyWolf and  Tzup - HUGE thanks to them for putting up with me coming back at 10am half the time and waking them up xD YOU GUYS ARE AMAZING <3 <3 <3

One of my very good friends,  Kipper let me wear one of his costumes.. And it was a really a huge highlight of the con for me. Watching his face light up when I brought his character to life was an amazing feeling for me, and I'm so glad he was able to have fun at the con. Thank you for everything buddy, you're amazing ^_^

I got on the news.. Again! xD http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kqNQPJwQEgI Was just cruising around outside during the con and noticed a giant camera. I was like ooh, I want to be on a giant camera! Then I noticed it was the news, haha.. So I hammed it up, and ended up chatting with the camera man and news reporter after they had stopped recording. They seemed like good people with an actual interest in what we were doing, not just trying to throw up a story that would sell. I'm glad that they were genuine, because they did a great job on the article. Thanks CBS!

So glad I got to meet some of the people I really wanted to, like the adorable couples of Nitro + Spark (got to meet Sperkle because of you two as well, thanks!!) and Juno + Huskers who were all really really amazing people ^^
