The damn heat is killing me, plus I decided to lower my dose of antidepressants with the doctor, seems like it was a mistake, I feel very lethargic and always tired even though I sleep 11-13 hours.... my head is like a sponge that has water in it and can't get rid of it x-x
I'm trying to work in this state but I can only get relatively fit in the evening. So I apologise for the slow pace. If you have hot weather too, take care of yourself from the sun, drink lots of water and protect your skin.

Hi friends, for a very long time I've been trying to get back to a normal pace of work, but it's damn hard due to my psychological state as perhaps some people know.

Hi, dear friends, my life is going through quite a difficult period right now and frequent depressive episodes have been paraltzing me. I have a big and urgent move coming up soon, where I would like to reunite finally with my mum in the same house, but right now she has no way to pay the deposit and full rent. Also my mum's host is trying to get rid of guests quickly and has given no more than 1.5 months stay in his house.
Basically, all the issues are on me, but due to being depressed for so long, I couldn't do my job quickly and didn't create new ych until I got out on a higher dose of antidepressants into remission.

I get a bit paralysed by anxiety and can get overwhelmed or burn out quickly from time to time, so I'm a bit overactive at the moment and then it takes me a long time to recover. Right now I'm preparing paperwork and ect., for my mum to finally leave for a safe country for the first time since the war started. I've got a huge queue piling up and it's very frustrating to hold up some orders and make new ones, but it's already a tough situation right now, I can't say it's ever been easy. Anyway, I'm trying to beat my depression and find support, at the moment I want to sell as much of my work as possible and clear the queue in time to pay for my mum's difficult move to the UK. Thanks to everyone who asks how I'm doing, I'm glad you care so I decided to write this post to let people know what's going on and why this situation with their orders. There was so much grief and pain during those two years of war that I don't have enough words to describe how painful and hard it was for all of us, and it still continues to this day.

Two years ago, on February 24, we woke up to loud noises, we didn't know what was happening. A message from a friend read: "War has started." It was like a terrible dream, like something unreal, that you were about to wake up and it was all over. But it doesn't end to this day..... I can't say that I suffered much, because when I saw the news from other people, I just went into shock. Every day after 24 we listened to the radio and prayed that Russia, which was a few kilometers away from us, would not pass through.

Wanting to save each other and our cat, we decided to leave under the shelling. The journey was very long and difficult, soaked with anger and fear. Around 17 hours I drove, holding the cat in my arms and sitting in a gap on an iron garbage can, between the luggage area and the 40 cm wide door. My friend and I would move from the floor to this spot to get some sleep. Then some space on the suitcases freed up and we were able to take a nap in a semi-crouched and suspended position. And then, as luck would have it, we were helped by some wonderful people in Lviv. God bless them. They warmed us up and fed us, the cat was at least able to eat a little and rest too. Then we were escorted to the border, which we crossed for about 7 hours and then waited for my father in a refugee camp in Poland. The volunteers there were friendly and gave us everything we needed and food. We spent about a month at my father's place and decided that we should think about what to do next. So we decided to go to Britain, we took the risk of trusting a couple from England and they did everything possible to make us feel good, wonderful people. That's how we live in Britain. In my city there is a huge wall in the colors of the Ukrainian flag and every time I drive past it I hold back from tears and unbearable longing.
My mom stayed near the border and only now decided to leave Ukraine.
Something terrible has been happening and it has recently stopped at a high cost...

We are trying to adapt and there are good people and not so good people that help and do a lot of real support, but there are also some that forget about the war.

Time after time falling down you try to get up and go higher and higher. Now I want to hope that soon the war will end and there will be some stability and confidence in the future....

My mental health has just recently dropped below the plinth and I've been absolutely defeated by this feeling. I'm now trying to get back to a faster pace of work as much as possible, I really don't want to burn out as I have three jobs and courses from the government, hah. Sincerely trying to improve my level of drawing, but the more I want to improve in detail the more time it takes, which makes sense.
I'd like to practice drawing something in other directions like (blood, sex /eating during sex etc/ ) but I'm afraid I won't be able to....

As you probably know (or dont know), I was living in Ukraine but fled to Britain. My mother stayed behind, she has her own farm and she just couldn't left it behind.

And with this - I need your help. She is living in Kharkiv region and for past month they didn't had any electricity. And we all scared of the winter.
