Collaboration Info
Posted 7 years agoUpdate:
The following information is outdated, as I no longer have interest in doing commissions. For now, anything I work on is simply for fun.
I'm looking to collaborate with artists on animations and interactive flashes that they can offer as commissions and YCH. If you're interested in a commission, I would really appreciate if you can get in touch with the artist you would like me to work with and see if they're interested.
PRICE CUTS
To make it beneficial for the artists I'm just asking for a price cut of 35%, so some example prices and cuts would be:
Price $100 = Artist $65
Price $200 = Artist $130
Price $300 = Artist $195
Price $400 = Artist $260
PROJECT IDEAS
Here are some ideas I'm throwing out for things that I can collaborate on:
* Animation with interactive elements:
Aside from progression buttons, the interactive elements could be physics based cum fluids that can be aimed, options for different characters and outfits, non-linear progression as well as dialog text.
* Comic with animated elements:
This could include the view moving between panels on the page, animated text bubbles, simple animations for panels and even dialog options for non-linear story progression.
* Interactive reference sheet:
This could include options for different angles and outfits, buttons to copy the color values as well as animated effects on the character.
* Dress-up style flash:
Could be as simple as just a few outfits to choose from, to a full fledged build your own character flash.
* Simple game with rewards:
For the game I could either recreate a classic arcade game such as snake and tetris, or create a game with original elements. As for the rewards, it could be a character that's stripping and even ending with a sex scene as a reward for beating it.
Those are just some ideas, but I'm to work on anything else that you got in mind.
PRODUCTION
The project will be done in a couple of different phases which are layed out so that the required work for the artist is kept as minimal as possible until the end when I'm done with most of my part.
Phase 1 Preparing the programming:
This is when I will code new or update existing systems required for the project to avoid complications when writing the code that's specific for the project.
Phase 2 Placeholder art:
This is when the artist will create the required placeholder art, so that I got something to work with. For animated characters this would be simple sketches of the bodyparts. See this as an example of how characters are separated: https://www.furaffinity.net/view/26451295/
Phase 3 Programming and animating:
This is when I will write the code specific to the project and animate the elements that should be animated. After this phase the project could be presented as a YCH.
Phase 4 Finishing the project:
This is when the finished art is added and finishing touches are made.

I'm Back (Hopefully For Real This Time)
Posted 7 years agoLong story short, around the time that I went quiet, about 1 and half year ago, I was having a mental break down, partly due to not being able to focus on projects. It wouldn't have been so bad if it wasn't for the fact that at the time I had just written a journal about getting back to it. So to cope with it all I decided the best thing to do for my mental health was to put everything behind me, and I promised myself that I would only return once I had something to show.
So now and then over last year and half, I was working on various things, but as I didn't have anyone to share my work with, it was hard to keep my interest up and I didn't end up getting anything to a finished enough state.
However, that I have changed with a new project started working on: Strike Allience

Where Have I Been?
Posted 9 years agoIt all started with the animation I was working on at the time, which was the Renamon anal animation. We planned to include some new actions I haven't done before, like allowing the male to let go from their penis, while also being able to stroke and aim it. As well as having the male start outside and insert, following with thrusting.
Since 90% of my work is code driven, those things ended up being surprisingly challenging to implement. I'm used to challenges, but there even turned out to be problems I had to overcome for pretty much every aspect of that animation. So I started loosing motivation. And eventually starting to take breaks from it.
On top of that, I would always pressure myself to work every day, as I felt really bad if I didn't. So I tried to not think about it and started not being productive at all. And eventually I started to get paranoid about what people would think. And the last thing I needed was to get even more discouraged to work.
So I decided to cut myself off from everything, work on things when I felt compelled to, and once I had something finished, I could get back. And here we are.
If I would have been aware of how things was going, I would definitely have informed you about it. But I couldn't really see it coming as everything was going really well for about 6 months.
If you have pledged to me on Patreon, and you'd like a refund, please let me know and I'd be happy to do so. The last thing I want is to rip anyone off. I still plan to finish everything, but at the moment I can't guarantee anything.

I'm sorry, more Patreon news, I have switched to monthly
Posted 9 years agoI hope you're not getting tired of me rambling about Patreon related stuff, but this is pretty important as I have switched to a monthly campaign. And if I don't release any new animations or games, I'm going to make sure that no one will get charged for the month.
I originally went with pledge per creation because I wanted to make sure you get something in return for supporting. But since I know people can set a limit to only pledge once per month, I made the reward tiers to reflect that. But it means I end up asking for quite a lot from those who are willing to pledge multiple times each month.
Now that I'm going with monthly it means that you know exactly how much you will be pledging each month. And I have kept the reward tiers the same, so instead of pledging multiple times for a lower tier, you can pledge only once for a higher tier, for a similar amount.
This should also help with collaborations since I can give artists a better estimate of how much they will receive.

Please Have A Look At My Poll
Posted 9 years agoOn my Patreon I have a reward tier where you can pledge 8$ per animation or game that I release, and it includes:
"In addition to the previous rewards...
You will get a preview of the next animation before it's finished, which would include at least a single loop.
And your vote will count as 2 votes."
I plan to release 2-3 animations/games per month, so I feel 8$ may be too much. So I'm thinking of lowering it to 6$, but I don't know how many would set a monthly limit of the least amount possible. So I would greatly appreciate if you could answer a poll I made about it. And Depending on the results, I may also lower the third tier.

I just lauched my Patreon!
Posted 9 years agoI created a patreon, because I need to be able to make a living. But I also really want to be able to give back to the great artists that make my work possible. So until I reach 200$ all the money that's pledged will go directly to the artists! Please check it out!

Help Improve Patreon With A Point Based Reward System
Posted 9 years agoI'm thinking about using patreon later down the line, to ensure I can keep doing, what I'm doing. But if I'm going to use patreon, I would like a good system for providing rewards. The problem is that it doesn't really have one. So I came up with an idea, it you're interested, then I could share the results with the people behind Patreon so that they know.
All you have to do is answer two questions on this survey, https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/TSN8KS9
If you like the idea, please spread it around.
Here's the info, that you also can read on the survay,
"This survey have been made, to let the people behind Patreon.com, know if people support this idea.
My idea would be something like this. when a patron pledges, they earn points based on the amount pledged. They can then spend those points to get rewards.
The creator may add a reward such as, Allowing you to request something to be added to the production. They would be able to limit the number of that reward, how many you are allowed to get, how often it can be gotten and how often you can get it.
Another example would be a reward for getting your name in the credits. And because of the limits, the creator would be able to limit it so that each patron only can get one.
The creator would have a list over all the different rewards they offer, and they would be able to see which rewards people should receive. From that list, they would be able to set if the reward is being processed, and if the reward have been fulfilled. This would make it easier for the creator to manage their different rewards.
It would also help with some issues, where people choose to cancel their pledge, before they are getting charged, or where people are using payment methods that aren't supported. So it would encourage patrons to make sure they're pledging.
It would also make it more fair, as it rewards those who have supported a creator for a longer time, more equally to those who just started pledging for higher tiers.
On top of that, it would make it possible for the creator to provide rewards that would be very expensive, or require a lot of extra work for them to provide. For example, a reward for $500.
There could be some other uses, such as being able to vote in a pool. And the creator may choose to reward people with points, as part of a contest, or something similar."

Collaboration Commisions
Posted 9 years agoI'm looking for artists to collaborate with. This could be anything from an animation, small game or just something interactive. So if you have anything in particular you would like to do, feel free to let me know.
If it's a part of a commission, I would only ask for a cut between 10 to 50% depending on what it is.
If you're not an artist, but you would like to commission something, it would be very appreciated if you could ask an artist if they would be interested.

What I Have Been Up To
Posted 9 years agoI know it's been a while since I last posted anything, so I thought I'd just give you an update.
Other than working on the animation for this: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/18385459/ which I have got pretty far along with, I have been spending quite some time improving my methods and workflow. One of the things I have done, is that I programmed my own commands for flash, which allows a great deal of control over easing, without making it fiddly. So for example, when I animate an object, I can have it start moving fast and then slow down, but have the rotation act the opposite, where it starts slow, and ends up rotating fast. Being able to do that is very useful for creating swaying motion, without a great deal of keyframes.
So I went back to this one, and improved it using the new easing method: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/18375367/
Here's the old version, for comparison: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/18497764/
The most noticeable change is the way her tail moves, particularly the tip. I couldn't really get that kind of result before.
Also, you probably don't know about it, but I have done some experiments with my own virtual camera in: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/183.....#cid:103255468 so if you look at that post, I explain some test functionality. Once I'm happy with it, I plan to bring it to all my previous animations

Animate Your Art For Free
Posted 10 years agoIf you're an artist and would like to see your art animated, please leave a comment below. Though if you want to keep it secret for some reason, you can always send me a note.
Since I'm doing it for free, I'll pick the ones I feel like doing. So please keep that in mind.
It would be greatly appreciated if you can separate the artwork in to multiple parts, such as body parts, foreground and background, so that the separate pieces can be animated. That way I get more time to spend on the animation.
Otherwise I can recreate the artwork using flat colors and gradient, but then I'll have less time to do the animation. Also, I may alter the artwork in areas to make it less difficult to animate, or areas I feel could use improvements. But if you don't want that, please let me know.
I will do:
-Straight, Lesbian
-Male, Female, Transgender
-Fit, Chubby
-Vanilla Sex, Oral, Anal, Footjobs, Tentacles
I like:
-Herms
-Clothed
-Visible entrance
I won't do:
-Gay, Solo Male
-Humans, Only Feral, Cunt Boys
-Fat, Human like appearance
-Pegging, Scat, Watersports, Diapers, Vore
If there's anything you'd like to be animated, that I haven't mentioned, please ask.
