A 30% deposit of your quoted amount is required to secure your spot in the queue. The rest is ideally required before your suit is complete, your placement in the queue will largely depend on how quickly you pay off your suit. No suit will be sent out until full payment and shipping costs are received.
SHIPPING
You will be required to pay shipping on top of your quoted price. The following is a rough estimate of shipping prices, and are subject to change.
Within Australia:
Sydney: 40 USD
Melbourne: 45 USD
Cairns: 50 USD
Perth: 70 USD
Canberra: 50 USD
Darwin: 100 USD (rip NT)
Adelaide: 55 USD
Hobart: 70 USD
Within Brisbane: 10 USD or Free when picked up from south bank fur meet.
Elsewhere
USA/Canada: 80 USD for a partial 160 USD for a fullsuit (Due to size restrictions, 2 boxes are required)
UK: 80 USD for a partial 160 USD for a fullsuit.
NZ: 50 USD for a partial 100 USD for a fullsuit
A suit will not be shipped until shipping amount is received.
WARRANTY
All suits come with a 30 day warranty from the day it leaves my hands, that cover things of my fault, such as popped seams or missing features. I am not responsible for any damage caused by shipping.
REPAIRS
I do offer repairs for my past suits for a small fee. Contact me for a more accurate quote. You will be responsible for paying the shipping both ways.
CONCEPT ART
Please supply me with a 2 view minimum reference sheet before commissioning me, to make sure I don’t miss any details of the character. My concept artist is zippuzzle and I can commission her for a reference sheet on your behalf if you do not have a proper one.
CANCELLATIONS
If you decide you can no longer commission your suit, the 30% deposit is non refundable. If work hasn’t started, everything you have paid above that 30% can be refunded. Once work has started, everything is non refundable.
SIZING
I require a DTD and measurements to make sure your suit fits you properly, please use high strength duct tape, if you live in Australia, please use packaging tape or cloth backed tape like gaffer tape as our kind of duct tape can shrink when exposed to certain changes in temperature.
DEADLINES
I do not offer deadlines. I keep my wait time as low as possible, ideally under 6 months per queue, but life can often get in the way and things may change, but I try to keep you as updated as possible!
WHAT I DON’T OFFER
I don’t offer the following things, so please don’t ask.
* Bodysuits only
* Tails only
* Feet only
* Handpaws only
* Moving Jaws
* LEDs
* Long hair styles
