I am making a whirlwhind trip Friday to see VNV Nation in fursuit at Masquerade. Doors at 7 PM. Would love to see other furries sand fursuiters there!

BLFC 2013 was a blast!!! Best first year con I hav ever been to, and I am honored to have been a part of the staff on the inaugural year. Everything went sooooo well.

Tugrik brought his new Nissan Leaf to the furmeet last night. He actually let me drive it. Even wearing all my motorcycle gear, the car was comfortable. I was pretty impressed at how well it drive, how responsive it was, and it was well appointed.

FOlsom fair kicked ass. 13 hours in suit today. Dogbruin had my leash all day. We went to two hospitality parties. One with the Santa Cruz kinksters that had great food, and then we finished out the day at the Stompers garden party. Lots of furries there, and the 12:30 howl at the K9 Unit booth was very well attended!

I just made two submissions of the toy fox. I read the AUP VERY carefully, and as it's written , with the detailed descriptions of the images, I feel very strongly that the submissions meet the criteria of the AUP.

We're in Germany still, at the old EF Ringberg Hotel tonight, we have no plns till we leve Friday. Making it up as we go. I wanna find some castles for fursuit photos!

I can;t post a lot right now because I seem to have very limited edge bandwidth on my phone here at the Ringberg.

My only goal remaining for this trip is to find some really old 12 century castle, n get photos of the leather wolf there. I am open to suggestions on where to go next. We just have to make our flight out of Frnkfurt Friday.

Some pieces of equipped in this photo are sold as fetish material. Not only are these commercial items but they also count as fetish gear. We do allow some lee-way for people who make the items and put them up on a dummy of some sort (such as you make the fetish latex or leather masks and we can clearly see that), and portray them somewhat professionally as art. However when a person puts the items on it can then lead to a possible legal liability and we simply do not allow for it. It currently falls into what is called "Mature Photography" even if the photographs were taken outside in a public setting. For that reason, this submission was removed.

The FA Admins started deleting my content AGAIN. And of course anonymously, with NO communication WHATSOEVER.

I have a theory that the people who are most outspoken about their disdain for a subject, have a deep seated guilt complex about it. I do not know a certain fox at all. But from the way he behaves, I would almost wager money that he grew up in a devoutly christian lifestyle, and that he hates himself because he feels gay, and gets turned on by fursuit sex. It bothers him so much that he has to make a huge stink about it to distract people from his own personal internal conflict. A guilt and shame complex that the is fighting within. It's transference and projection of his guilt and shame onto other people. It's textbook. It happens with politicians, and televangelists all the time. "Do as I say, don't do as I do. " and In 5 years he'll either be having fursuit sex on webcam, or he won't be in the fandom anymore.

It's a distraction technique. When someone has an internal conflict, in this case, guilt and shame about their sexuality, they feel they cannot modify their own behavior or solve their problem they become frustrated enough to project their guilt and shame outwards , so they feel like they are making progress on solving their personal problem by getting other people to modify THEIR behavior.

it's hard to think it's been almost a week since Pride parade. The photos coming out of it are awesome. It's been many years since we had a furry contingent in the parade. Nowadays , the people that once organized it are busy doing burning man events or chairing Further Confusion, and nobody's stepped up, so I have been marching with the leather contingent. The leather family has been open and accepting even though I don;t think they really understand my anthropomorphic form. Furries who don't like kinky stuff tell me to GTFO, but honestly, the anthro/furry part of me is totally alone in the leather crowd.

Forever searching for a place... I wish I could find my place somewhere that scratches my "furry" itch and my "kink" itch at one time without being "Againt the AUP or policies...

I posted a couple of pictures taken from Supperclub last Friday. The party was the monthly bondage night there, and I don;t think they've ever had a furry visit. I have to say it was a LOT of fun! It was like having your own personal cirque du soleil show at your table :) The lady who hosts the party is Monika, hostess of the web podcast "Sexploration with Monika" . Monika interviewed Mistress Elisa, and myself. I am not sure when or if the interview will make her podcast, but check her site, it might show up there soon!

Now, I know there was drama over the "Furry Vermin" group in Second Life, but I rather liked the idea. I think I am going to adopt that name for furries like me. It's a beautifully derogatory term that only vermin like myself would find an ironic term of endearment.

I am on their block list, yet the "Owner" (Trigger) tells folks to report me for AuP violations... Yet his journal entry says these exact words:

There are dozens of accounts on FA with FAR FAR more "mature" images, all tagged as mature, just like mine. Get off your damn high horse, and live by your own words.

I think I may have been the first furry they ever had on theupperfloor.com last night. What an amazing party, amazing people. I feel really honored, and privilaged to have spent that time with them.

LOTS of my photos were deleted. Apparently any sort of a crotch zipper is against the ToS. SO, if you want to see the rubber stuff, and more interesting photos you'll have to visit my gallery on FetLife, worldrubbermen.com or gearfetish.com. Basic accounts on those sites are free.

I am back from traveling to the middle east, and then to the midwest. While on the road, I got some great pictures. I've actually been on photo processing overload. I picked my favorites from the HUNDREDS, and posted a few of them here. I setill have several sets to go through that will likely come in a few weeks,a s I am back on the road in 2 days. This will be a short trip, and I'll be back next week.

I work for a start-up, so I don;t always have the free time to stay with FA or any on-line communities every day, so apologies if my posts seem bursty, and I am gone for periods of time... I will respond as time allows.

I am in Tel Aviv this weekend. I am working during the days up near Netanya, but staying near Dizengoff tower and the mall. I would love to meet some of the Israeli furries. I work at least until C.O.B. Thursday, and then I am free for Friday-Sunday for tourist-time before I fly back on the 1st.

I am going to MFF! I'm flying into Chicago on the 18th. After FF, I'll be going to Ohio for thanksgiving with the family, I fly back out of Ohare on the 28th. All of that time in between I will have a rental car, and be driving all over the midwest.

My plans are flexible. I would love to visit other furries along the way. Looking for folks to visit in northern Ohio, southern Michigan, Chicago area, and I may drive up to Toronto , too.

I dunno if I will be postin a lot here or not. This is the obligatory FA account. I mostly use it so I can follow links people send me to stuff here on FA. Maybe I'll start using it more if I have time.

It is quite difficult to balance a professional life, and on-line blogging, especially since I have been blogging on LJ for a LONG time. Posting to yet another blog just doesn't really happen much. I'm wishing I could meld this blog with other blogs and have one single blog to post to that shows up everywhere including here. If I could replace the FA Journal with a RSS feed of my LJ? Anyone know how to do that? I am a NewB WRT how to navigate FA.
