My Hobbies / Interests
General | Posted 2 years ago• Birding ~ I have enjoyed bird watching since I was a young age. Only to find that in my older age, thanks to COVID years, I have reignited this spark of interest into a full fledged dedicated hobby and borderline OBSESSION 😳 !! I wouldn't say that Birding or my interest in birds is by any means negative or has a bad impact on my life. Maybe I can annoy my mate a bit, but I would argue it's "harmless".
• Drawing (Traditional & Digital) ~ I have always drawn since I was young as well and have greatly improved certain linework and brush styles over the many years. However, I can never seem to get the price to feel right so at the end of the day, art for me is strictly for fun and pure expression driven. I have taken art commissions in the past, but historically just suck at it so I pretty much give up on this venture as a "side gig". My main 'style' would have to be TOONY AND CUTE!! 🥰
• Fursuiting (Fullsuit or Partial)
- Public: Depending on the environment, I usually opt for Fullsuit and ensure I am familiar and comfortable with the overall space. I don't always have a handler, it's all situational.
- Furry: Cons and furry driven events are fun to partial at so things can be a little more expressive and easier to conversate with friends old and new! Cons, I pretty much just enjoy to fullsuit for specific events like Fursuit Games, Parades, or general lobby opportunities. I almost never have a handler, I'm pretty independent and feel safe in a furry environment.
• Video Gaming ~ especially my favorite game meowadays, which is Disney Dreamlight Valley! ✨
Otherwise, I enjoy watching my mate play video games, or I like playing throwback games such as Mario 64, Ty the Tasmanian Tiger 1-3, Banjo Kazooie & Tooie, etc.
• Camping (Tent or Car) ~ I really enjoy this Summertime activity, it's so fun to live off the land a bit, escape the city life and make some fond new memories in the great outdoors. I need to invest in better equipment soon tho...

My Relationships and What I learned...

Sadly, I have never dated anyone outside of furry.
My very FIRST relationship lasted 2.5yrs. It was blissful in being a first for everything, magical and felt like it would last forever. I was a senior in college. My sexual orientation at the time was straight. I only thought of how cute and sexy boys can be. This was a time when I was very closed-minded though... This relationship was not meant to last, and so it didn't. I do wish I could have stayed friends. I think this individual would have found years later how much has changed and could have been a solid friendship. Oh well.
Years later, I turned to a couple of my close friends at the time to help me discover more about my sexuality because I trusted them with my life and this vulnerability I had from healing a broken heart. I found out that I liked girls, a lot. I will never forget this rare opportunity I had to discover what was buried deep inside me. So, I was in a poly relationship for a short while. However, I have a different type of heart and my anxiety went out the roof with balancing the equal love between the two. This relationship did not work out as intended...but, the best part is that we three are still good friends to today! Nothing ever sexual was put on the table since and I'll always respect this decision. The memories are enough for me. I consider myself so lucky to have had the experience.
I now considered myself to be Bisexual :)
I bounced into a con-hookup type of relationship next. I think I was madly in love with someone that had just a bit too much going on with the kink department and as easy as it was to ignore I knew that I could never be super open and honest with so that relationship was good for the art that I was inspired to draw, some amazing cuddles I'll never forget and honestly, I loved his family so much. Maybe more than him OH MY I know, that's bad but they were so kind and fun to be around!! My ex didn't stay friends but we aren't necessarily enemies either. Kinda indifferent. Still kinky as ever but hey I think he's living his best life out there!! I'm happy for him!
Next, would be a relationship that I think was for the wrong reasons...I was feeling extremely vulnerable and my good friends (ex poly) warned me about and I should have listened. However, this was the first time I got to see a murrsuit and got introduced into this side of the fandom and I didn't hate it ~ I don't usually like realistic suits but this guy had so much charisma that it was a no brainer for being ATTRACTIVE AF. This relationship was more based on being friends with benefits. TMI, he was huge and I'm tiny so things didn't really work out in that area.... That's embarrassing! But, good on him for being so impressive. We didn't become closer as friends as we ended our relationship. But, again, we aren't enemies. He's talented and an overall good person.
Here's where I thought, well, I'll just be single forever. I'm not really having the best of luck out here in life...
Until, I started driving to furry bowling meets out of state and met this guy that I didn't hesitate to get to know RIGHT AWAY. I felt super confident that an older man was just what I needed to align life goals with and so we really hit it off and things went smoothly for a long while. Until they didn't...I became less interesting as I frankly don't have a whole array of hobbies or interests. Things we wanted in life did not align and I couldn't commit to being too intimate either. Sadly, we became enemies behind closed doors and I felt like things really got out of hand when we lived together and couldn't break the lease as we both needed so badly to have physical space to heal one another. It's a bummer because our relationship didn't turn out and it was decently long too. I know he probably hates my guts and I have to live with this thought. I truly hope he finds his true one yet! <3
Now, I was currently living together with my now ex and things in life were ROUGH to say the very least. I tried to stay optimistic but times were pretty bleak.
I met a boy at one of the local bowl meets thru mutual friends and I got to know him more and more as I frequently attended these events in hopes to rekindle something I had left of my heart to give. Though, at this time I was fairly guarded and focused more on a platonic friendship. I also was shy to ask if this boy I was interested in was also in a relationship himself as it wasn't super clear to how him and another boy in our friend group acted towards one another. You know, furries...
So, I gave them two space and considered them "gay" for each other x3 for a while but also couldn't help my damn heart from inching closer and closer to this damn boy.
As that friendship grew closer I leaned towards interest in a cool daring boy from outta state. He and I hit things off INSTANTLY but moreso as friends or kindred spirits type but moreso like I could live vicariously through him as I saw his charisma and attitude so attractive. Outgoing ppl are attractive, ok?!
So, at this time in my life I was crushing on the local boy and padding after this daredevil type boy outta the state. Him and I basically dated but never did "the thing" LOL but, that isn't the make it or break it for me so I was pretty content with where my love life led me to.
Until, well, after a while I got scared of drug use from the boy and just his overall kinky stuff. It was a bit too much for me to fully commit to and find remotely attractive in the long haul so we broke up. So many amazing art works from this short relationship!
However, don't forget I was still getting closer to knowing and making sure I truly wanted that other boy, the local one (well, he was in college outta the city, but still local in-state) ....
That's where we come down to my ONE TRUE LOVE. The one that I fought all those other experiences for and the guy that I hope to spend my absolute forever with. This person is my person and I wouldn't do anything different to get to where I've gotten to. Words are hard to describe here honestly. I'm happy but not over the top happy 😊 I'm content. I have all the things ~ matching fursuits, murrsuits, vanilla type of kinks to share, and mutual interests to grow together. Our own hobbies to branch off, but come back and bond with. Not everything is rainbows but it would be boring if that was the case. The biggest thing with him is I can trust him, feel comfortable with, and be my true self around. We are happy with being in a closed relationship too.

Retired Characters
Daxda (fox) 1.0 = I do not own this character anymore, nor the original fursuit; that I made myself; these char rights & suit were sold years ago.
ZIDze (blue cat) = I cannot log into the old FA account, so he is "retired" - was mostly used for RP purposes.
Boulder (snow wolf)= I cannot log into the old FA account, so he is "retired" - was mostly used for RP purposes.
Lilly-Mae (cougar) = I cannot log into the old FA account, so she is "retired" - was created at a time when I wasn't sure about who I wanted to be...
Birdy (colorful bird) = I do not see myself as this character anymore, this was a long time ago - however, I do still have an active birdsona [see below] (^)>
Daxy (fox) 2.0 = I revamped the design and brought him back for another go, even had a handsome full Digi fursuit at one point but had to sell for lack of character connection. I don't regret trying to bring back this memorable character tho! <3
Skye (cat) = I adopted a fursuit head and tried to connect to a they/them character but the suit was uncomfortable after wearing, so this one had to be sold. Still hoping the new owner refurbished them!
Kai (bone doggo) = I adopted a full digi fursuit for a steal of a price on the DD and tried to connect the character and I did for once and the suit fit me SO WELL! :3 I had to sell because of hard financial times. I sold this suit to a local tho, so it's nice to see the character alive and well at mutual events/cons. Bittersweet moments at its finest...
Sadie (saber) = I adopted a fursuit premade partial from the DD years ago so that my mate could have the opportunity to suit up together but sadly the head did not fit him well enough so after years later we had to make the difficult choice to sell her.
Blue Jay mascot = Sadly I could not hold onto this mascot and sold it for financial relief during a difficult time. That's the things with these material possessions, they can get you out of a pickle sometimes and in turn, make someone out there so happy to have a new suit/character! I miss being a real mascot back in my highschool days so this was me trying to bring back some of those days :3
Braxton (fox) = I created this character concept as my last hurrah to having a foxy male to pretend to be and even commissioned a full planti suit - sadly the suit head was ungodly uncomfortable and I opted to sell the character and whole fursuit, happily I got my money back for the most part. This is a good time to state that I never FLIP SUITS, I do not believe in that... I like to be reasonable and responsible for my initial purchases! I will never bash makers either, I just have a hard time giving that uncomfortable feedback. Shy when it comes to that potential conflict.

Calla Softs (cat) = My secondary catsona, adopted her by an amazing maker named PinuStudios! I fell in love with the look & feel of this full planti suit! :3
She's a suit that most people meowadays will recognize and associate me with the most.
Ozzy Softs (Egyptian Vulture) = male, toony bird character and suit (only a head, but hopefully will get a chance to commission parts)! #OzzyShotz on Twitter.
Moonie Softs (cat) = female, gamer cat, holder of magical powers of "dreamlight" yes, Dreamlight Valley <3 I only have a head and handpaws for her suit. But, it's nice to finally own a suit with a moving jaw for even more realistic expression ~
