Okay, so I have one or two pictures left to post from 'past' and two stories to rewrite (heavily, they're so bad ;-;) and then I'm up to speed on fresh content! I'm doodling here and there but I thought it'd be nice to get some ideas from you all about what people are really enjoying. And also since I'm due to lose consistency due to housing adjustments over the next few months it's not really appropriate to offer anything involving money, so this lets you get out ideas you might otherwise have wanted to commission!

• Any topic goes. If you want to request some cuddlebunny chibi or crazy murdergore then go for it, I won't stop you.
• This is not a guarantee. I'm not automatically doing anything anyone suggests, I might dislike your idea, I might dislike all the requests and nothing from here ever gets made! Who knows! Point is, lets be friendly and happy, don't comment here with any expectations and that way you won't feel bad if your request isn't filled, and maybe you'll get a nice surprise somewhere down the line :).
• Similarly detail/quality is very up in the air as well (again partly the reason for freebie requests :p) basically you get what you pay for, this is 100% free so don't go demanding miracles (or you'll get ate! :gulp: )
• Things and characters I like (mine and others I've done stuff of and whatnot) are obviously much more likely to wind up done than things I don't.
• Just a final point re: characters. If you do request specific characters that aren't mine, obviously liked by me, or otherwise 'common knowledge' (i.e The Simpsons, or Gabi/Eve/other well known vore characters), please do drop in a reference link or two? This is especially true of anything anime. I have 0 anime knowledges (outside basically Avatar and...yeah no I think that's it :silly: ), just a youtube clip or something :p.

I'm back! More or less; with a few pictures too. University is a killer, but I have the co-ordination to doodle a little in the betwixt-times.

Oh, other than to say that no, I don't RP anymore, and no I'm not open to anything along those lines really (pets/mates/'chatting' with ulterior motives and so on) It's a shame to be so blunt, but to be frank I just don't have the time, and I've wasted so much time over the past year or so just waiting on others to do that sort of thing I've given up with it. Same goes for 'friendships', as much as I hate to burn bridges before they have chance to be built, I just don't have the time. I don't have the time for the few friends I already have.
In short, by all means message me and chatter away if you have something to say or ask, I'll try and respond when I can, but if you're only messaging me with the aim of getting a roleplay or request or IM addresses, I really wouldn't bother. Same goes for those just sending me 'Hi, how are you?' type messages. chances are 95% certain you'll either get no response or a 'fine, you?' reply. Because I do not have the time. And after close to four years trying to juggle ever mounting piles of people talking to me, and artwork/stories/commissions, and life. I'm afraid this is the pillar that has to fall first.


Anyway, it's nice to be back and see all of you delicious mea-uh....people, again ;).

So, after my spectacular failure of an Iron Artist :3, I'm shutting that down after only 9 entries. But not purely because it had such little interest and took me so long to do nothing.

Life's been a pain lately, Staying with family for a lengthy span of time is always a pain, but this time feels worse for some reason; it doesn't help that I don't have a familiar, comfy home to return to at the end of it this time.

I'm travelling for a year or so. It's a wonderful opportunity, don't get me wrong! But...I'm a bit of a wreck when it comes to change anyway, and this year is going to be full of new steps, new people (I hope), and changes. It won't be terrible either, I'm staying with family (I /hope/, it's kinda hard to trust what extended family says when my immediate family are so deceitful.) So this isn't "Goodbye Imma go hermitess-sleep in a rainforest for a year!". But I have no idea what privacy and space I'll be afforded. Apparently my first stop I'm staying in the guest/game room (fine), but it has no door, just a curtain and wooden board to keep dogs out...so yeah ;-;

I'll still be able to draw, and will hopefully come back a better artist than I left, but I don't know if I'll be able to draw, or write, fun stuff until I'm actually there and settled for a bit.


So I'm treating these final few days as my last, and if anyone watches my profile, they'll see I've removed commission info indefinitely.

So...I've wanted to do this for a WHILE now, at first for monies, but now I has a job it's not so urgent (I know right? "Shit I need money, I'll do cheap commissions....or I could not -_-")

I also want to do it because, at the moment, I'm slow as a slug when drawing, and because it's fun, and a challenge, and lets face it, after 100 pictures, I'll probably have improved somewhat as well ^_^.



So yus, I am now running the Iron Artist Challenge! 100 sketch-slots, that I aim to complete as fast as possible. I'm /hoping/ to do on average three a day, but I figure one a day is more doable xD


Sketches cost $7 for up to two characters and limited backgroundy stuff (See the examples. An entire, detailed city is /not/ limited background).
Additional characters cost $5 each to compensate for reduced speed
Bulges or Partial characters for vorish pictures do not count as extra characters
Any subject matter is good, but I may refuse at my discretion, or ask for more money if characters/backgrounds are inordinately complex.
I may also put down some very loose shading or colours at my own discretion.
I'll take payment for the first ten slots at once, and then one at a time as I complete.

Payment MUST be done via Paypal. It probably doesn't need saying, but I'm English, so can't accept money cheques and the like.

So, I've kinda been gone for a long while. The occasional upload here and there, but in spirit I've been gone, not responded, not engaged or spoken really. For various reasons, none of which I'll bother going into detail about to keep this short, I kind of mentally ran away and left this site; save to upload the occasional doodle or story. (My last real journal was 9 months ago, for example). So, among several updates, I'm now back.

Of course, nine months gap means there are several things to cover, so apologies for the length of this (skip to the bottom for fun stuff about uploads and commissions). I don't really want to have to be the selfish, mean person saying all this, but it needs to be said I think. I've wanted to say this all for a while now, but just haven't been able to write it without coming off harshly, this is the best I could do.


1. I'll be going through and deleting my vast mass of notes dating back six years, and I'll be reading and responding to the 91 unopened notes I've avoided (This doesn't mean I'll be responding to them all, some might be pointless responding to now, for example.), and also will be attempting to read and respond to stuff as soon as I see it, rather than putting off or forgetting about it. Same goes for shouts and comments

2. One of the reasons I left was because I was unable, and still struggle to, say "NO". I hate the thought of missed opportunities, and dislike turning anyone down (I've never refused a commission or trade) because I don't like judging books by their covers and so on, but it also meant my instinctive response whenever I wanted to say no, was simply to run away and ignore the problem. I've been working on this. So an unfortunate warning to people, be prepared for hurt, because I will be refusing contact details and so on when I do not want to give them. This doesn't necessarily mean I want nothing to do with them, or that they've done something to upset me, being able to contact me on whatever messaging service is not a 'reward' for pushing the correct 'Soline-Button' or something.

3. Similarly, /I/ will give out my contact details, and no one else. If someone tells you my usernames (which incidentally I see as a massive breach of trust) you do not have permission to add me. If you happen to guess correctly and find me, you do not have permission to add me. I'm available to be contacted through FA and Eka's. You can of course ask for my details. And I may say no.

4. No more drama. One of the biggest reasons I ran was because of just so much complaining, people constantly upset or miserable or depressed or arguing with others. I'm not a psychologist, and I'm quite broken in my own ways, which just makes it even more aggravating to have to interact with people who do nothing but moan and have 'problems'. And it's upsetting in its own right because there is nothing I can do to help. I come to FA and Online to escape my life and spend some time being able to freely be myself and spend time with people I want to spend time with. But each time I try to open myself up to people and allow friends in, the number of people who just suck any fun or pleasure I get out of my escape start to grow and grow and grow. It's selfish, I know it is, but I'm done. I refuse to be friends with people who offer nothing but upset and need in return. Everyone has ups and downs and everyone has problems, I suffer from depression, and occasionally fall into slumps, and sometimes something really shit comes up in life, I don't mind dealing with this, consoling a friend, offering advice, being a virtual shoulder for them is part and parcel of friendship and I'm entirely happy to do as much. But when the entire friendship is nothing but me being a shoulder, then it's just not a friendship; and I'm cutting these off before they even start from now on, because they've consistently reached points where said 'friend' insists I'm their only friend and the only reason they get up in the morning, and I feel awful about even thinking of giving up with them.

5. The easiest way to ensure we never become friends is to stalk me. Checking to see if I've read your note, and sending another one asking why I haven't responded yet is stalking (Unless it's been weeks or something, a legitimate reason to think I've forgotten), asking other people about me, or tracking me down elsewhere, or complaining that I'm talking to others and not you. This is all not good behaviour. I've never blacklisted anyone before, but I'm going to start blacklisting people that consistently do things like this. An awful 'friendship' in the past has made me inherently afraid of opening notes and messages (which is why I have 91 unread messages) because he would bombard me with new notes each time I read one and didn't respond immediately.



6. No more roleplaying. For good. If your only interest in me is to rp, give up and go now, because the answer is a flat out no. This is in fact a lie, I adore roleplaying, and much like the above, I'm not going to stop enjoying my time here because some people make me unhappy. I still roleplay with some, and there are some I still want to get to know better and maybe play with. But if we haven't played or even spoken in a while, chances are I'm just not interested. Though from now on I will be flat out turning down people if I'm just not interested. Please don't take offence; it just means I'm aware I'll get no enjoyment from rping with you, and don't think it's fair I should give up my time just so you can get off. Roleplaying is collaborative story writing, it just happens to be interactive and predominantly sexy; I think a lot of people don't quite understand the interest and enjoyment has to go both ways.

7. No more pets/relationships. And in addition I'm terminating all the relationships I have. Again, this is a lie. I'll be keeping a handful, and I'll still be open to the concept with close enough friends, but for all intents and purposes I am no longer doing that sort of thing, and again, for similar reasons to all of the above, people seem to believe being pets or mates entitles them to extra attention, gifts, roleplays, or gives them some privilege others don't have. Another 'push the right Soline sequence until sexy material falls out'. It is, or it should be, the reverse, friends and people who already have that extra attention because of the friendship may choose to create a relationship of some kind. A relationship should be defined by the friendship it's built on, not the other way round. And almost all of my 'pets and mates' are the inverse, I barely ever see them, a few fall into the complaining category, and others expect artwork, gifts, attention; Add to this the fact that I never really even wanted a lot of the relationships, I just went with it because they made my friends happy...So yes, as with RP's, if you are only trying to contact me in order to become my pet or mate. Forget it.

Ok then...with all of that out of the way, onto more fun stuff regarding content!!!
I've hopefully almost got a job (fingers crossed oh GOD fingers crossed!) so my plan to open this and try to create some needed revenue isn't quite so urgent, however...I still need money, and this is something I've wanted to do for awhile.

I was thinking of doing the Iron Artist Challenge. The funds would be very much appreciated, and plus I feel I'm kinda slow at art, I'd like the challenge to try and improve myself.
100 slots, either $5 or $10 per sketch for a single character, with additional characters costing an additional $5, maybe up to a maximum of three characters? Any and all content, extras (like the toys in the below link) would be free, so would limbs and bulges and whatnot for vore pictures.

I really don't want to jump on the YCH bandwagon, partially because I don't like the idea of auctions really, and partially because it's being spammed all over the place....and I'm kinda afraid what people would pay if they had a choice in the matter.
I was, however, thinking of doing a Vore Tournament thing similar to Stank's contest? Only written, since stories are my forte it seems :p. I was thinking, contestants can enter for $30 and get a guaranteed 3,000+ word story about them (the first round), people vote on who wins the round, can buy votes for $1 a vote, perhaps only as many as there are free votes though? (so a contestant with 50 people voting for them, can only have 50 votes bought). Perhaps starting out with 8 contestants. If the contest is successful perhaps doing more?

Yeah, How many of you would be interested if I did something like this? I'm thinking along the lines of TVDT, Vore Vie, that sort of thing, basically I write a few competitive stories involving your characters, would anyone be interested?


I'm thinking, extremely heavy on the vore (hell it might be JUST a series of vorish scenes of character v character). It would probably be vary small, maybe 10 people, and potentially increasing the limit, maybe charging people $20 or something to take part once the 10's been filled?

There'd be probably a few thousand words/story or two with no one eliminated to give people something for their time/money, and afterwards it'd likely be either, my preferences (yeah, fuck you if you were hoping for coin tosses my sweeties ;-P ) or a random number generator. And yes, there'd be no drama or bitching at all. Paid or not, any kind of anything like that would result in removal. Not 'being written out'. just removed. People want to start things and create arguments and hassle, I'll just stop writing about them.


So yeah, any interest? Yay or Nay?


Also, it'd likely be -extremely- slow. As in, updates when I have the time to write something.

First thing's first. Postin this journal because I'm looking at the drawing for the animation picture and feeling really crappy because I kinda need to delete the planning, posing and sketching layers (Hell, I've just realised I've still got the absolute base sketch from -before- I even thought to make internals!) But I've got that icky sensation if I delete em, I'll suddenly need to go back to em for something >.<


Aaanyway, main point, third, point of this journal is, please leave a comment with a list of draw-able kinks and 'topics' (even stuff totally safe or non-fetishy) Reason being, I'm gonna open picture commissions, possibly with stories on the side, in a few weeks, once I've got these four pieces out of the way first (So don't worry Shane/Delos, I -am- working, sorry it's taken a fuckbutt of time, I admit some games have been luring me in)
Aaand, one of the things I want to do is open 'deals' or offer-type things, cheaper than the normal commission rate for specific things. This is probably where my older journals pondering things like dragon-specific themes and illustrating stories will come in.

But the one thing I REALLY want to do is spread myself out to more themes.
I'm a vore artist, there is -no- denying that, I love vore...-adore- it. It's my favourite fetish and as any of my friends will tell you, I reflect that -heavily- in just about any discussion.
But it's not my only fetish, and more importantly it's not all I can draw! Only problem is I'm a 'bang for the buck' kinda gal, I'm the one who always bought whichever sweets weighed the most or were biggest/lasted longest for the same value, and I do the same with time and commissions. I invariably buy vore pictures and draw only vore because I've got a limited cash/time flow, so I do the stuff that appeals the most.

Loong story short. Give me as many draw-able kinks/fetishes/themes, just about whatever the fuck you can think of that you like. And one of the first 'offers' I'll be doing will offering a single slot for each kink at reduced prices

I've just finished writing a story, and thought rather than keeping in the generic characters I've created for it, I'd give all of you the opportunity be the characters in the story!


The story is primarily Cock-vore, 'technically' macro/micro but more of a simply larger pred, the idea is the cock is about the size of the victims, but is a realistic, natural size for the pred himself. It's an en-masse cock-vore story, with the pred being utterly -stuffed- with numerous victims, both in his balls -and- bladder. And yes, there are references to cum, pre and piss.
Beside this main bit, there are a few other vorish scenes, I'll detail em below.


The story is close to 7k words. Buying the space means I will re-write the relevant sections to describe your character, essentially, so that it's him/her rather than a generic fox/bunny/dragon etc.
I -do- reserve the right to refuse to accept you, this is because I'm aware of several characters out there that might be keen to get involved, but sadly simply wouldn't fit in with the concept.


Now, without further ado, the prices and spaces! (Note, ALL victims -must- be unwilling)

Main Characters (The story pretty much revolves around these, if you buy these the story will essentially be about you)

1. The Main Prey $10 - Currently a 5"7' Female Bunny Rabbit. Requirements - Female, Average Height, naturally prey, anthro. A bunny would definitely be preferable, and I'll reduce the price to $7 for one. Will be Cockvored by the main pred

2.The Main Pred $10 - Currently a roughly 40ft long semi-anthro dragon. Requirements - MUST be big, big enough that the cock and be around 6ft long and look normal (Large/overlarge cocks are fine, I mean -not- hyper) Must be male or herm. Herm and reptillian preferable, and I'll reduce the price to $6 for someone whose a herm, anthro reptile.
Will be solely cock-voring, with -numerous- victims in both bladder and balls. regardless of the character's natural abilities, in this story the emphasis is on -normal-, the balls and sucklike don't stretch extensively, and victims are compact rather than stretching the pred hugely.

Secondary Characters (Get a larger part than any of the tertiary characters, as a result they cost more)

3. Prey $7 - Currently a female Siamese cat, cved by the main pred and into the balls. Requirements - Must be average height, anthro and female. Only $5 for a Siamese or otherwise stereotypically sleek, slender and lithe species with little breasts and not much of a 'curvy' body. - Taken by Unicorn http://aryion.com/g4/view/167928

4. Prey $7 - Currently a male lizard, implied with predatory tendancies, cved by main pred into the bladder Requirements - must be male, anthro and roughly average height. Only $5 for a partially predatory lizard.


Tertiary Characters (Occupy a paragraph or two at the most, it's sort of a cameo They're currently unnamed because they're not inherent to the main story enough to get to a point of 'introductions', buying one of these, I'd change the character to fit your character description, and probably find a way to name-drop them )

5. Pred-trio $7 - Currently three mouse sisters of varying age, with one implied to be a child. Requirements - Not many, I'd prefer female, and prefer a mouse (will reduce to $5 for one). buying this space lets you pick all three siblings/friends, and you're more than welcome to make two up if you've only got one, though currently only the middle one is a character, the other two are names.
One will be implied Analvore/Unbirth, currently 'older' one is implied anal-vore, the youngest is simply post-vore implications, the trio are implied to have devoured an entire family (of #6)

6. Prey-family $7 - Currently a wolf family of dad/mum and at least one child. Family falls prey to #5 with the children being eaten by the youngest #5. Buying this slot lets you pick each member of the family. Though only the dad is technically the character, the rest are names. Requirements - None, beyond you must be able to come up with/create at least a family of three.

7. Pred $5 - Currently a male fox, anal vores a same-size (potentially a little larger) female Requirements - must be male and anthro and must be willing to do 'slightly' dirty AV. Only $3 for a fox character

8. Pred $5 - Currently a female bear, devours an entirely group of teenaged/young adult felines, and their picnic. Requirements - Must be -big-...overwieght, tall, etc, basically a -large- predator. Only $3 for a female bear/other large predator

9. Prey - $4 - Currently a female dolphin, cved by main pred, doesn't reach balls or bladder. Requirements - Anthro, average height. Only $2 for a dolphin

I haven't put up the scores, because in my opinion it's more pleasant to simply know you either lost or won, and not know your exact ranking; if there's a lot of complaint then I will (unhappily) put them up.

Right, the question, simply enough, is how much would you pay to take part in a picture I draw?
As in, I've already come up with the idea, basic poses and everything, you're just paying to have your character drawn and involved, instead of a generic thing of my choosing.



Obviously, with less input from the buyers, I'd ask for less than I would for a regular picture commission (which -are- coming soon) I was thinking $5 for a fully coloured piece, possibly a little more for overly complex characters (Like, an extra 50 cents to a dollar for intricate tattoos and dozens of piercings and triple heads and the like). Would you say that's too much? not enough?


Please do tell your friends to come give me some response, especially if they don't know me (I.e objective response based on my art, rather than because they're my friends).

I'm not asking for journal pimpage, that's a little silly. But, the reason I'm quite desperate for a LOT of feedback on this specifically is I want this to actually be a viable concept, over-charging is likely to push customers away from me. And if I can't hit the price range of most of my current watchers, it'll never get off the ground and I'll never be able to draw in new customers/watchers.

I want to make a flash/animated picture, where you can click a button or mouse over the image to reveal a second/third/fourth image hidden underneath.

I have flash and fireworks and suchlike, but absolutely no idea what to do.

Help?!

Or at least point me towards an artist who DOES do that sort of thing so I can ask them?

An update to my ongoing contest.

 gothyk has been kind enough to offer his talents as an artist to the prizes, as a result the person who comes second will receive a picture of their choosing by him. (though he does wish to stress he will take time to produce)
As a result of this, the deadline is to be pushed back one week, the deadline is now June 18th

Voting will not conclusively be a panel of judges (Somewhere between 3 and 5 I think), chosen by me, who are not part of the competition and where possible not biased to specific entries. They will judge each piece out of 10 with marks awarded for showing effort, creativity, imagination and the like, rather than simply based on skill. The marks will be totalled up to give the two winners.



To enter all you have to do is:
a) Plug this journal in a journal of your own (you can get away with not doing this, I'm not gonna -check-...but it's definately preferable if you do)
b) Draw a picture or write a story involving my character, Soline. It can include any other characters you want to include and any content, any fetish or theme, -whatever- you feel like doing.
c) Submit it and post a link in the comments here


The deadline is the 18th of June (this may be bumped forwards or backwards a few days, but there'll be advanced notice of that).

Judging will take roughly a week following, to ensure people aren't rushed into their votes.

The winner (or two winners or more...depending on how many people enter in the end) will get a Fully coloured picture and accompanying story in the description (like http://www.furaffinity.net/view/5797779/ ) from me, of anything they want.
The Runner Up will get a picture from  gothyk, details are to be decided between the two after the runner up is announced.


You can submit multiple pieces, HOWEVER, in the event so many people join in it seems only fair to offer more than one prize, you cannot win more than once. So by all means submit more than one, but it's probably better to focus on one piece rather than several
Please do plug even if you aren't planning on joining.
Don't be put off if you -think- you're not good enough to enter/win, I find people are often much better than they think they are, and besides hopefully this won't be based on popularity/entirely on ability.
