Got Guitar Hero 3, playing it, it rocks of course. Just bought Naruto: Rise of a Ninja yesterday, it rocks more, so I'll be playing even more of that. Now only 12 more days until I drop everything for Assassin's Creed; which btw, if you haven't preordered it yet you have sinned.

Oh, and thanks to Portal, I'm now afraid of cake. 0_o

So right now I've been outlining my work in the black colored pencil...which is probably really stupid since now my black is half the size of all the other colors.

I'd like to start outlining in pen now. Does anyone know of any good brands/types of pens that can be used with colored pencil drawings? And also, which comes first; outlining or coloring? XP

So it's that time of the year again, it's convention time here in Illinois!

Normally I go to Reactor (and most of my friends are still going), but Lexi over in Detroit, MI has given me an offer I can't refuse, so I'm headed to Youmacon this year! (It's supposed to be better than Reactor anyways) I'll probly still bring my Cloud costume, but minus the swords, we're traveling by train and I have no idea how I'd be able to transport 6 6ft blades and a huge back-pack sheaths safely. If anyone has any ideas for that please tell me, I'd still like to bring them if I could. Lexi also convinced me to go as Leon from Resident Evil 4, his alternate costume version. I'm fie with that, especially since I already have a real fedora and I love wearing it.

Two weeks after that is MFF (Midwest FurFest) in Schaumburg, IL. I was so psyched about this when I heard about it, especially since I live in Schaumburg, W00T! I'll probly just stop by in the middle of the day sometime, see what's going on.

So if anyone else is going to either of these, let me know, maybe we could meet up or something.

Ah, that was a fun weekend. Michigan was very...interesting. On the way there (5 hour drive :P) we found out that apparently there's a town named Climax. Pretty funny when you see a road sign saying "1/4 mile to Climax".

Friday: Got to Levi's (SkyNative's) house, set up camp, put pictures of porn on Hak's laptop wallpaper, had barbeque part 1. Then we played blind-mans-bluff on a playground at midnight for 2 hours! You haven't seen the game until you see a bunch of traceurs playing it, there was some crazy ninja shit that night! We also went to a dorm party. Oh, did I mention it was a lesbian dorm?

Saturday: Main pk jam. Got some cool footage. Shimmied across a wall, slipped and almost had to get stitches on my hand. Went back to Levi's, decided to watch the first episode of Survivor. It's pretty interesting watching it with someone who was actually on it, go Frosti! He told us a lot of stuff, but I'd get sued if I posted it here probly.

Then we had barbeque part two. This one was a lot more interesting, since Dale and Travis Noble got super drunk! We have a tradition of breaking a watermelon at major jams. We tried nunchuks first, didn't fully work, so Travis headbutted it. Only thing he got out of that was a giant THUD and a nosebleed. He then wanted to make a speech to end everything up...of course he was still drunk. I remember him saying something about "fuck your grandchildren". Then Levi tried to put the grill fire out...with lighter fluid on accident. XD

Good times, good times.

Oh, and things will be a bit slower lately...Halo 3 comes out tonight. Gonna spend so much time on Forge! XD

First of all, thanks everyone for the B-day wishes n stuff! My sis got me some anime drawing books, which is good cause my anime stuff need work.

I then proceeded to my friends house at 10pm where me, him and another friend played Eternal Sonata for the next 6 hours. Usually I don't like RPG's, but this game rocks! The battle system is unlike anything before, and the story's fun...because I'm a bando (trumpet) and the story revolves around composer Frederik Fancis Chopin,amazing classical music everywhere! And all the characters and places have musical names, and the weapons are instrument-based too! One of the main characters fights with a violin with a sword on the end of it! XD Check it out, it's so unique and amazingly fun!

Anyways, I'm out for the weekend. Spending my time 5 hours north in Ann Arbor Michigan for UoMI big annual parkour jam. Gonna be great!

Yay, I'm now 19 years old...and I feel nothing. Another same old day, meh.

So I used that $100 bill I found and invested in some Prismacolor colored pencils. Hobby Lobby was having a sale, 25% off, so I decided to splurge and get the 120 pack, $139.99. Hopefully I can learn to use them well now.

Just watch, in 2 two weeks they'll be sitting in the closet collecting dust. Damn I'm a procrastinator.

So yeah, it's kinda boring staying a B+W artist and seeing all these kick-ass colorings everyone makes. My inking is fine, but I can't shade or anything for shit.

Anyways, coloring's been a pain for me, and I don't have the time to learn too much right now. So I'm thinking about buying a nice set of colored pencils. Does anyone have any suggestions or anything that'd help? Thanks.
