Not really but kind of... I'm as of today officially on burn out from the day job!
I've been put on medical leave for a month...
and pills (which I'm not happy about) and I have to schedule an appointment with a psych...
all fun stuff...

I'm still doing commissions, bills won't pay themselves
but hope that clients will understand that I might be slower than usual...

That's really all I have to say about this right now,
I'm just saying it actually so people know what's up.
I'm a bit of a mess right now.

With the new Ads invading FA I had to reactivate adblock on the site,
which pissed me off cause it's really not cool for the fellow artists actually paying for ads on this site...
THANKFULLY  nelly made a journal on how to use Adblock plus and filter the wonderful new ads on FA!

Why do I bother??? Artist pay to have their ads up on the website I'll at least give the community some support and not block everything...
I personally won't ever buy an Ad again for the simple fact that with the new fucktastic ads...
the amount of people using adblock and not bothering to unblock artist ads is gonna go up exponentially.

Anyway it took me about 2min to set up really...
I highly encourage you to give the artist some love and filter them out of your blocking,
this is really unfair to them to be blocked because of the hot single moms near you *snorts*

I'm sick and tired of being sick and tired, it's quite a blessing that I get to work from home right now cause I'm not sure I could handle being at the office.

The pneumonia is healed but it left a few things in its wake and I don't know how long it will take to heal. My lungs and heart are still weak, I had to stop drinking coffee cause it would send my heart racing, whenever I push myself even a little sometimes I feel like I can't breathe or that i have a rock on my chest, it doesn't hurt per say but it's more than annoying.

If it was only that it wouldn't be so bad but my joints are still suffer from inflammation, mostly my hands too as an artist this is torture and I'm starting to suspect that the meds I'm taking for it are losing their effect, the past 2 days have been really hard on me, drawing is painful, even typing this is making my hands throb… I see the doctor again in 2 weeks, I really hope it'll be gone by then, meanwhile I have all those tests to take next week *sigh*… just so tired...

So if you made it that far reading all that shit most people don't care about, please understand that doing art is a lot harder for me than usual, I thought I'd be recovered fully by now and I miss-judged I guess. I took on slightly more than I should home from WTFur... I am begging you to please bear with me while I work my way through them... My hands are just bad and I didn't expect that at all.

So after 2 weeks of dealing with Pneumonia... I got cleared by the doctor 2 days prior to con but was still on a rest and take it easy recommendation... but I need to pay my bills like anyone else and after missing 2 weeks of work and having been cleared by the doctor I had to go.

I got there later than usual on Friday, my fiancé o-kemono left with wolfethane early morning but I had to wait for out daughter to get back from school for lunch before leaving, she had important class that morning and couldn't miss the whole day. Upon arrival I was already exhausted from travel and stress, I made it through the day but I was very off my games, thankfully it was a slow day in the Den. After the Den closed we headed to the room so I could catch my breath a little and lay down, once I felt better o-kemono, the little one and I went to the mall (just accross the highway to grab food) with wolfethane, maxblackrabbit, gnaw and a bunch of other furs. Once we returned to the hotel I basically just crashed in bed and slept.

Spent the whole saturday in the dealer's den as usual, nothing much to declare, I wish I remembered everyone that stopped by to say hi... but I was still a little out of it, but at least I was functional. Once dealer closed I went with a bunch of friends to tobie's room where we ordered Pizza since a bunch of us were hosting panel's in the evening and there was no time to go out. kanthara & I were hosting the Life drawing panel at 8pm, we had a really good time, and we must thank xgoatyx and my lovely o-kemono for modeling along with me and Kanthara so that we had a good sample of body shapes and gender for the ones attending the panel. Once that was done, I wanted to try to sketch some badges I had to do but ended up being a bit too tired and just chilled and chatted with a bunch of friends and then headed back to my room for a well deserved night of rest.

Sunday came, we grabbed breakfast at the hotel restaurant, their buffet was pretty amazing. Headed to Dealers for the last time, the day was pretty busy for me for a sunday compared to usual sunday bussiness at cons... I felt a lot better on sunday and a lot of people told me it showed... it was kind of funny cause usually after a convention you don't feel better on sunday than you did upon arrival, it just goes to show how much of a mess I was when I got there. Once Dealer closed we packed up our stuff and attended the closing ceremonies where we contributed to raise enough money for the charity to get the poor insanefoxx shaved... much fun was had. Once Closing ended we got out for food at Hasu's with 20+ friends, when we got back we loaded the car, said good bye to everyone and headed back home since I needed to rest and the little one had school in the morning.

I've been cleared by the doctor yesterday, one more follow up next week
but I'm not contagious anymore and can go out as long as I take it easy...
I will be at WTFur but I won't be as active as I usually am...
I need to go but I can't push myself to hard either.

I saw the doctor several times this week, at first she didn't know what I had, then she thought it was the coxsakie virus (usually affects young children)... Yesterday since my health was not improving she sent me for x-rays... Turns out I had pneumonia she sent me right away to the emergency room because my heartbeat was way too high and had her worried. I spent about 5hrs at the hospital, they took a viral culture and blood tests, I caught a really weird strand of pneumonia that is responsible for the spots on my body. I sadly don't remember the name, I'm way too exhausted to compute.

Good news is I'm not contagious unless I spit in your face, french kiss you or you peel the scab off my wounds and get in contact with whats under... So pretty safe.

My white cell count is way too high... Which is normal cause body is fighting but he wants to keep an eye on that. Normal count is 10 000 ... I'm at 19 000.

Doc had me stop the antibiotics I was taking and switched me to Doxytab. My job right now is to rest, once again I'm bedridden, trying to get better... I have a follow up appointment at the hospital tomorrow at noon.

Thats all folks... I'm completely drained from all this stuff, my nights are pretty restless and I'm just beyond exhausted.

Happy mother's day! What do I get???? A weird unidentified viral infection, been sick in bed for 2 days... Doc wants to see me again Monday morning, she's afraid it might turn into a meningitis... Lucky me!!!!

I got a terrible skin rash, fever, neck is stiff, migraines, joint and articulations are inflamated and hurt like hell... Fun stuff ya know!

Today's program, rest, lots of water, painkillers and trying not to lose my mind because of the pain... Chances of success : very low.
