so my phones camera die after I drop it from the ceiling of wal-mart. Lucky that all that broke screen still in top shape and all my programs still work ,but my camera. so I won't be able to take shots of my sketches before I color them. on the bright side my roomate has a scaner I can use problem is it only pic up a little of what I draw so the images are incomplete and I have to rework them on my computer microsoft paint since gimp died on me to. so other then that. Cele Vinci clans

The Cele are ruled by 15 clans 3 sage of power wisdom and Healing and a ruler.
The king/queen are choosen by the previous king/queen and are rarly the children of.The only time this nul and void is if the King/queen or one of the three sages witness a series of events that is said the universe has chosen for them. These event are as followed The next ruler/rulers must defeat enemy while Dragons fly over head.Fight for love in the palace of a god. Fight for family that is not of birth. Then as a final test must hold the orbs of the sun and moon.

The sages are as followed
The sage of Metal this is the greatest warrior of the clans it is chosen through war or the Hades Tournament held ever 13 year in charge of the protection of the people and the adviser of war he can overturn the king/queen if he feels that the people would be endarger by the king decision act he can stop the army from being use. This does not however permit him to use the military for personal gain. The current general Talos of the Juggernuat clan she is a kind hearted and loyal to the current Queen.

The sage of Wisdom this is held by a high mage the like the Mage of metal are in charge of the mage forse of and are the advisor of the King/Queen this can be obtain by two ways chosen by the King/queen or by combat. Faust VII a young mage of 14 who was chosen for his stratgic mind he only knows four spells basic spell yet has use them to beat a Dragon.

last is the sage is the sage of Healing this sage is over all medical treament they can be from either the warrior or the mage clans these sages are choosen from three student that are choosen by the previous sage. Thier other duty invol purifcation and spirit. This spot is held by Arystar (Al-la-star).

species :Cele Vinci

Genders can be: Any Gender

Average Height:4 ft - 7ft

Physical Characteristic: The Cele Vinci body type can rang from thick to built Canine bodies with short fur. their nose are long wit slight downward with a curve resembling that of a Kangaroo in the form in the muzzle. There ears are long and held erected with wide squares like tips and narrow down to the base.

Fur and Hair: The Cele Vinci have short fur with a Varity of fur colors the Three color that are rare is Green, Light blue and Crimson Red these three are regarded as sacred and those born with any of these in there tail color are to be raise to be leaders or warrior of the clan without options. All Cele Vinci can grow hair on their heads ,but those being raise female or male heads are shave till they have done a notable achievement that helps the clan in some way or form.

Tail: Their most unique trait is their tail. At birth they are born pure gray with two small fluffy tails that have there grown fur marking on them as they grow the tail bone grow out in the shape of a chain link in the after the first year the two tail each have four links and fuse at the spine after three years the tails is at eight link in length after which they grow one link per year.

Though the links do look separate they are connected by nerves allowing the tail to be prehensile. The bones covering these nerves of these tails are as strong as steel and can deflect most weapons.

Abnormality: These are rare ,but happen time to time these include chain growing from the shoulder blades and back of the skull. These chain act like the tails ,but also take a lot for the child and even i to control causing problems with other limbs due to the brain that is naturally wire for one tail and four limbs.Most of the time though these do not cause problem ,But like in most society different is not look as unique a lot of the time even in the Leader area.
