Three types of commissions are open: only one slot for portraits and speedpaintings together and unlimited slots for chibis. I need to pay for my cat's surgery, so if you can commission something, it would be really nice!

Opening commissions again! This time, sketches, portraits and speedpaintings are open. I'm keeping scenes closed for now, I need to get back into it. Posted 10 years agoI just wanted to say that if you want to add me on skype, please just either send me a note first or write who you are in your request so I don't wonder who you are! I keep declining requests of some people from here and other places because of that. If you want to add me for commission purposes, please e-mail me instead. Skype is not exactly reliable for this and it's not very good for organization! Thank you!

Posted 11 years agoYepp! It's nice to do commissions but I need to work on my own stuff aside from BTAD too!
First things first, starting on Canada day I will be posting at least one doodle of at least one pokemon a day. I will go through all of the gen 1 pokemon in order and should be done by mid september. If I miss a day I'll have to catch up! So today, I will start with Bulbasaur, Ivysaur and Venusaur. I also have one commission to do today and with the horse I leased, it should be a very interesting day work-wise haha!
Also, I want to announce that I have started setting up a Patreon for my original works. Since I entered this comic contest at college I want to push my original work as much as I want, so if you want a preview of the rewards and such, go here: http://www.patreon.com/spacesmilodon

There you can see if the commission types that are limited are taken or not and if everything else is open or not! Currently, the fully painted slot is taken. My commissions are pretty much all open aside from that.

Posted 11 years agoTo those who were interested in taking an art class from me, I would like to know a few things before I start planning anything; your timezone, what time you are available and whether you want your class to be private or not. These classes are for hobbyists, people who want a bit of help with their art or people who want a bit of help and advice to be accepted in a program in college. Send me an email with those informations and any questions you may have at spacesmilodon[at]gmail.com with the topic of Art Class. Do NOT note me. E-mail me. I mean it this time.
As for the details:
Group classes would be 25$ for an hour. There will be 4 people max in a group.
Private classes would be 35$ for an hour.
You will have the option to pay at each class or you can pay in advance for a semester of 10 classes. If you pay for a semester and you attend to your 10 classes in 12 weeks, you get an 11th class for free. If you need to report a lesson, please do so within 24 hours of the class.
The lessons will probably take place on Google Hangouts so you will need a Google Account. If your class is private and you do not want to use Google Hangouts, it can be done on my Any Meeting or on a join.me with Skype. You will also need something to show me what you're doing, whether you're just using your tablet or a good webcam and scanner if you want to do your art traditionally. A microphone will be necessary too.
