Husband decided he wants to leave me. I've been going through a rough couple of months and I predict a few more.

No, not really. I've been so discouraged with drawing. Why do I suck so bad? Okay I know i'm not terrible, but apparently i'm not good enough. Doesn't it suck when you create a great piece of art you are really proud of and then when you show it off, not a single person pays any attention? Urgh!

Anyway, i'm hoping to work more on my new tablet. It's been kind of choppy, so I think the software needs an upgrade...but i'm not even sure what model I have. xD Ah well. I really want to tell you guys to expect more art in the near future, but I don't know if I have it in me right now. I do have some nice sketches/pencil drawings..but they aren't all that great when scanned.

I've been reading a lot lately and playing SWG and a faulty Sims 3. Will EA ever fix its game? Probably not. But they will keep releasing expansions. Ugh -_-. I'm sort of on a night schedule currently, since my husband works nights. It's been weird. I'll never get used to it. He alternates schedules every couple of months. It's kinda messed up.

Yes, I took up a new craft. I want to make jewelry. I finally decided to stop gawking at the pretty charms i'd see in craft stores and finally learn how I can use them! However, I bought cheaper supplies for now- since this was only an experiment. The beads are all glass, but the lion is plastic.

I still have a couple of arts I am working on in the computer, i've just been tired and migraine cursed lately..and I don't like to be on the computer when I am not well. But I am in high hopes things will be finished soon.

I don't know how people can get such brilliant works out of their tablets. My lines are always shaky and hard. And I have had this tablet for a few years. Drivers are updated and everything. I just suck at it. But I want to show you my art as I draw it with a pencil..it usually looks great before I scan it and butcher it with Gimp/PS.

Hello hello. I've been extremely lazy and tired lately. Also, my time has been occupied by the surprise of my older brother being stationed nearby where I live. He'll be heading out to sea in the near future. My husband's little brother is also in town visiting, so we've been a little busy driving all around. Hehe.

But since i've been struck with insomnia (must be contagious ) I have been able to pick up my pencil and draw. Yes Terra! I am back on schedule. ^_^; The first figure is finished, just got to scan it and show it to you and hopefully move on from there.

I wish I wasn't so lazy. The house has suffered from my not wanting to get out of bedness. A phase I hope soon will pass. I've been a little stressed out with hubby's ADD and my anxiety. Completely opposite mental disorders. It is not mixing well. He constantly needs to be doing something whereas I just want to sit on the couch all day.

Pretty sad, lol. xD

Anyone willing to pay three bucks for me to draw their character? Nothing naughty! I need to help raise some monies so I can see my family before I go to Germany for three+ years. If you feel like taking a risk, drop me a PM. I can't be THAT bad can I?

Ahhhh, it's not new news that i've been feeling pretty crumby for the last few weeks. Quite frankly, it's been hard getting up in the morning, i'll sleep well over eight hours. I don't have a driving license and I am so petrified to get it. I don't have a job, and hubby pushes me to get one saying that military wives with no jobs have bad reputations. I've fallen so behind on housework, the house is a disaster. I say that I want to do all of these things like laundry, getting rid of stuff, washing dishes...but I never actually do them. Maybe once or twice a week i'll have a small burst of energy and get something done. I am at the point where playing video games is a chore.

Despite what my last journal said, my husband and I are moving to Germany this winter. He has no choice. Muaha. But now i'm really pressured into getting a job. I have to save up monies so I can see my family before we leave the country for three-four years. I asked if the Gamestop on base is hiring..they told me no, but they are accepting applicants. Bleh. That's a tad discouraging. I don't know much about modern games anyway. Only what I play. (Sims 3, STO, Animal Crossing and that's pretty much it).

Terra if you read this- I did not forget about your "comish". In fact I just finished the second figure of the set I am working on. I thought i'd just finish the next two and then show you all three at once. I will try my hardest not to make you wait a year for this to be done LOL.

I am so sorry everyone. I am slow slow slow. I don't know where my motivation went, but it's been dwindling for some time. I wish I was more gung ho about my art. Maybe i'd finally appeal to the masses if I was.

Anyway, for those of you who are watching me and/or read this- thanks much, I am glad that you like my art. I hope you'll leave more comments and favorites in the future. ^^

On another note, I recently purchased some handmade soap from  stagunholy.
It's quite a wonderful bar of awesome. If you visit their page, there is a huge selection off all the different soaps that have been made. And at reasonable prices.

I had gotten the Lavender + Olive oil soap in hopes for it to soothe my headache and give me some comfort to my muscles. It smells great and I love using it. ^^

Hope you liked my last submission, I love it. I know it's still a little stiff and uniform, but I feel that it's a little breakthrough from my norm. It was a comish from a friend of mine and I am happy that he is happy. ^_^

Now I am working on something for Terra, yay! I appreciate it much. I need to be kept busy these days.

My husband was given orders for us to PCS to Spangdahlem, Germany...however he decided to turn it down so he can cross train into another job in the Air Force. I am a little bummed, because i've always wanted to go to Germany...badly. Maybe we will get another chance in the future. /self pity

Edit: Apparently, he cannot turn this order down, so we ARE going to Germany this winter. Yahoo!

I've also been set on visiting my family back in NY.Airfare is so damn expensive, WTF?! I hate it. I wish there was a better way to travel that wasn't so expensive. /rant

Hubby and I just finished season 3 of Star Trek: DS 9. Yay. Pretty soon Worf will be back. I love Star Trek. And Star Wars. I've moved on from SWG to STO (mmos). I really like Star Trek Online so far, but Hubsters isn't impressed. /random

Well, my newest submission is part of an art trade I had with an old friend of mine. It's him riding a blastoise. I hope he wasn't screwed up too much. I cannot draw pokemon that well.

Lately I have been working on and off with a comish with a tabby cat and a wolf in a cuddle/play sort of pose. I think it's cute and I rather like it. I hope that my "customer" will like it as much as I do. I can't wait until it is finished so I can show you all. It's a breakthrough for me.

So..I have been using Gimp..and it's so new to me, and kind of frustrating. It's similar to photoshop, yet so different. Errgh.

It's been so long, but a friend of mine is commissioning me!
I am so excited, because I can contribute to our savings to visit home! I am also doing an art trade at the moment. It involves a pokemon. It's already drawn, just needs color. >w<

Whenever my computer is fixed by my lovely husband, I can get to work!

On top of those two bits of news, i've been painting a part that came out of a dryer. I call it Tiki Man for now, because that's what it looked like. Whenever I feel it's finished i'll have to share it with you guys.

Sorry my activity has been stagnant.

I've been rather down lately. My husband has orders to PCS over to Spangdahlem, Germany. I was absolutely thrilled until my doctor said she does not think I should go and therefore I am not cleared to go. But she is sending me to a specialist and I am in hopes that they can help me and give me the "okay" to go!

Naturally, the in-laws exploded and all sorts of mushy cries for us to fly out there in Arkansas to see them before we go. Do you know how flipping expensive it is to fly out there to A) Little Rock, B) Springfield, or C) Branson. Absolutely ridiculous. Well my husband and I started saving for the plane tickets. On the 13th of March, tickets to Branson were 512.60 total for the both of us, and we had half of that saved up, so we were all happy and would pay for the tickets on payday (15th). Between the two day wait...the tickets went up 200.00! SO it was 712.00. And I am afraid because they just keep rising.

*Strangles the airline CEOs for their nasty prices*

AND I have to make a trip out to NY to see my family before we go. We'll be gone for four years.

We have until November to do all this and I really don't think it's going to happen.

On another note, I finally added a new piece...but sadly it looks like all my other pieces. I don't know how other artists do it. I always wondered how their art isn't so imprisoned by perfect lines. If it's the tablet, then I am screwed. I am TERRIBLE on that thing!

I haven't had much motive to draw anymore, things have been so stressful. But I'd like to add a couple more arts to my gallery soon. ^_^

Been working on a piece for over two days now. No idea when it'll be finished. Just hope it will be liked..or i'll be pretty sad. The outlining is done like in the "Sprinkles in Costume" and "in the Nude" pieces. Not a big fan, but maybe when it's all finished, it will look better.

I've been trying to force my brother to comish me, but he won't. 'Cause he's a fiend. >_> I know what you're thinking..."Who would make their own brother pay for their art?" Me! It's better then flat out asking for pitiful amounts of cash. =P ANd I am too scared to find a night job around here!

Before I left home for Arizona, I did draw another picture. I put together a Saint Bernard character. He will be associated with Sabrina. Can't wait to do a reference sheet for him. Gotta start working on male characters! More practice the better.
I am also going to start working on poses that will give my pieces more eye movement and such. Can't wait.

I have not done any fur art in a long time. I haven't done much art actually..in weeks. Unless avatar art from Gaia counts. I have been puking up some of those the last few days. Counselor said should draw again to keep myself busy, so I thought I would. Once I finish all the owed art on Gaia, I'll see to it that I brush up on some of my characters like Mia or Sabrina..and develop Sabrina's male companion.

I would like to submit brand new pieces, experiments. Hope I can. Well I know I can, but will I? Don't know. ^_^;

Hello everyone.

You can see I have had a long time line of inactivity. I have lost interest in many things lately. I've been losing this ongoing battle with my sinuses for well over a year. I find it hard to wake up in the morning.

Poor Terra has been waiting months for his commission to be finished, but hopefully it will be any day now. I am so apologetic for this. There is no excuse for this to be taking as long as it has. But I hope it's been worth it so far.

Well..this account is not dead yet. I'll make sure to update it sometime soon. ~_~
And I will turn that ghastly submission of my brother and I to scraps. xD!

I have been so busy- it's almost unreal! I am hoping it will die down soon, in fact I predict that things will lighten up once hubby gets back to work.

We have had things to do from packing, moving, cleaning old house, unpacking, wedding, time alone, taking younger brother in law out, to organizing the new house. It's been almost chaotic. 0.0

Better yet, once I got this computer all set up, hubby realized that the drivers for my old Epson scanner are gone! O:> Not available for this OS. So now we need to find one. I also have to find my sketchbook in one of the few unpacked boxes.

I was amazed to see I had like 226 submissions from those I watch..and about 56 journal entries. No comments, but that was sorta expected.

I will get back on track!!

Been home for almost two weeks, I have finally gotten settled in. We just got our internets and cable back. Sadly, it won't be long before I am unsettled again. We are moving to another base house at the end of June. x_x Will be a busy month, since my husband's father is getting married around the same time and we are in the wedding.

Ah, Terra I have not forgotten thee! I plan to continue the comish right after I finish typing this. You've been so patient.

Oh, that reminds me..I forgot my MSN Messenger pass and I have been too lazy to retrieve it, so that's why you haven't seen me if anyone was wondering.

I hate whenever the art program you are using on the computer crashes, I hate it even worse when you hadn't saved! Baaah!

I know I am not the only one who gets discouraged after that happens. Ugh. -_-

I cannot wait until my husband comes home from his deployment! I will finally be reunited with him on May 21st! We can enjoy his two weeks off, and I am looking forward to it.

I am currently working on Terra's commission and hope to finish the first part of it before I leave for Arizona. That is my goal. ^_^ And then when I am back in Cali, I will have my desktop computer back to work on! Yay! I am looking forward to doing more art.

I also can't wait to submit more art up here. I am with hopes I can please my watchers. Maybe even get my name out there, but who knows.

Okay, now that I am semi over the fact I am apart from my hubby boo for even longer, I decided i'd put up some updaties.

I am finishing up my last Gaian commission. (Aside from an art a friend of mine asked me to draw- But it's actually furry so I don't count it as Gaia) I won't be able to complete said furry art until I get home to my desktop in late May. It's another character reference sheet, and I prefer to work with a bigger monitor and all that.

And, as you can see Aerotan's art is finally complete! That means Terra is up to bat, if you are still up to it of course.

I went back to an older sketch in my pad and made huge revisions, and also drew another picture of Sabrina and her new friend. I'll link you to them if you'd like to see. They are messy.

Hello everyone. Little less than one month to go until I am back in California. I am at my wit's end here. I can't wait to get away from this place.

I've been doing Gaia commissions, but I am down to two on the list and then, I am done with them. Currently, I am working on Aerotan's piece. It's really weird though, since my brother has Photoshop set on funky settings. (My laptop died, so i am using my brother's old thing).

I am starting to miss my tablet, but then I remember how much I sucked at it, lol.

I see I picked up a couple of watchers, and even a fave! Thank you, guys! I was delighted to see this. ^_^

It's been a bad year for everyone hasn't it? I've been getting nothing but bad news since the deployment started back in January.

I am still ill with this infection. I just started my fourth round of antibiotics. I also learned I have a mostly harmless heart condition, so I need to avoid Sudafed and caffeinated stuff. Well, I type all of this, because that's my excuse to my seldom activity as of late. I haven't had much energy to do a lot. And i've been stuck with a sinus headache these last three days.

I am very slowly making progress, guys. My sketch for Aerotan has been waiting to hit Photoshop and be colored. I'll appease its interest soon enough.

My cat died today. It was heartbreaking. I was just making my bed and I heard these cries and..saw. I'm crushed. I had her for a long time. She was always at my side. Always cuddled my head at night, gave me licks and she always headbutted my head when I leaned it toward her.

She loved to be cuddled. She sooooo soft and fluffy. I'll miss her. I'll miss her a lot.
