Hey gang. I should make an update since it’s been ages

I know I haven’t posted as frequently as I feel I should. It’s been hard balancing out commission work along with two kids and some family shenanies I’ve been having lately. My time is rather strict on what I can do. Oof. Hopefully things get to be easier once child number 2 grows a little.


So I’ve been thinking of a week pause from doing commission work. Might do it in about two weeks from now. Yes mostly been wanting to do a small vacay just so I can collect my thoughts a bit more in life stuff. Sorry for the slowness in my progress to those that have noted me. I’m getting through what I can with what limited time I have through the day. :/


I’ve been considering working more on comics. I have a few stories involving Ms. Moona, some being in the hard lewd side of stuff. Ought to be neat. Also been thinking of other characters too, like Lydia, Crystal and a few others. Not sure what sort of idea you guys want to see when involving Moona, Lydia, or other OCs, but I got ideas!


Also been considering working on art for merchandise! What should I do? Shirts? Stickers? I’m not sure what do.

ALSO! Been wanting to handle animations more. I think I’ll try to post things here once I got something to show.


I’m hoping a pause from commission work will help with figuring an overall flow of what to do work wise. Sorry for my slowness for the moment. :/ I’ll try to be quicker.

HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE! 2020 sure was a road of....well, yes...but we're in a new year now! Hopefully this one won't keep us indoors too much towards the later half!


Anyway, how are you all? How's things been? I hope all is well. Things have been rather hectic here, and I've been keeping myself busy with commissions. Sorry about my slowness with uploads and just, general being attentive. I've been too busy with work and balancing family affairs that it's just kinda taken a backseat. I'll try to make it a goal for myself to upload to galleries at the very least once a week. More if I can!


Usually people make goals for themselves right? Here's mine:

- do more personal art
- make works to sell like on shirts or such
- start work on a game
- comic work
- animation work
- more patreon effort on my side
- reach out to other artists somehow


I don't know how successful I'll be in doing these, but I'll try. What are your goals for the year?

Sorry for the lack of updates n such here. Been busy with dad life and commissions and personal things that balancing all that has become a little difficult, especially in these current events. I do check for any messages though. I may be a bit slow to reply, but I do read them!


I definitely have a backlog of stuff though, I'll try to make time to post what I can on a more regular basis. If nothing else at a minimum I'll try for once a week, but will do more if I can. Most of what I can upload is commission based, but I definitely will post some more personal art stuff that I have in the back burner.

I should probably talk about some stuff to keep everyone a bit updated here for anyone curious and for anyone that has commissioned me and is seeing a bit of silence.

So first thing's first! If I haven't talked about it yet, I'm expecting another baby with  rar1990 very soon! Yes, we're having a 2nd child, and she'll be born this month. :D

I've been trying to knock out any work I have left and taking a small vacation to collect myself and spend time with the next child as well as our 1st. Which brings me to the next thing I wanted to talk about (mostly for anyone that has commissioned me)


My cintiq companion bit the dust! Fantastic! I hate it... I almost got it wired up to take power again, but some solder ended up getting on the pins of the SSD connection reader, and now it's not recognizing the SSD. The SSD's still good though, so I saved a bunch of work files that were on there. Good for me and the Mrs. If anyone does have a spare cintiq companion they aren't using cause it's borked, let me know? :D I ended up buying a cintiq companion 2, which has arrived today, and I'm almost done getting it setup for my own liking here. Will try and resume work once I can.


I don't know what kind of delays this will bring as far as art goes. I've been posting more on my twitter, which even that has been lacking in art. Oof. I'll just need to spend time posting stuff soon I guess. Mostly comm stuff.


Speaking of! So I've been needing to turn some people down in regards to commissions, or haven't gotten back to some to say that I'm a bit swamped (oops!). My work load is still a bit hefty, and taking like, 5 days off just to try and fix the cintiq companion really sucked. Once I'm done with my last set of images owed, I wanted to take a break. At the rate all this is going though, I will probably open again around late July/early August. Will do an ad and a journal as usual for when I'm ready.


Uy...I think that might be everything? I'm sorry for the lack of consistent art being posted here. Having to deal with being swamped with work kinda makes me forget I need to post things.
