Eagerly awaiting my book
Posted 9 years agoAwaiting may be the wrong word. But I can't think of a verb that means "wringing my hands, grinding my teeth, and tearing at the walls." So awaiting will have to do.
The Blood Mirror, book four in the Lightbringer series, by Brent Weeks, comes out on October 25. I want to read this book so badly, my page-turning-fingers are hurting.

Posted 9 years agoSo I went to the 7:00 show. Biggest, bestest screen in the theater. There was an issue or something with the projector and the film wouldn't start. Theater rep came in and stated they were having issues and the movie probably wouldn't no start and she personally handed two tickets for a free movie to everybody in the theater. Since nothing else was said, we (and maybe ten other people) decided to stick it out. After a while, the movie finally started at around 8. We were excited to see the movie and have our free tickets. An hour's not that bad of a wait, I guess.
Something like 20 minutes into the movie another rep came in to kick us out. He said they had to prepare for the next "scheduled" showtime, and that the original woman who gave us the tickets should have never allowed anybody to remain behind. But!
"If you'd like, you can use one of the free tickets you got to see the next show."

Bloodborne
Posted 10 years agoHeads up! Slight Bloodborne spoilers ahead. Nothing story or lore related, but if you like exploring and being surprised by stuff, stop reading.
So I've been playing Bloodborne lately instead of doing... anything, really. This game is so much fun, especially your first playthrough. And I'm ready to call it, guys. Hardest boss, main story line + DLC, beyond a doubt, zero contest, if you disagree you're just wrong...
Double fatties in the well at the fishing hamlet.
Fuck those guys. Fo' reelz. I have no idea why I banged my head against them for so long. The rakuyo? I'm playing a strength build! Aaaaaarghjksos!!
Gonna go hydrate my eye balls...

Posted 10 years agoJust wanted to let my watchers know that I updated part of my contact info. Y'all no longer need to ask to get my Skype name, just search for cheespots! :D
Actually, I downloaded telegram as well since everybody keeps talking about it. But since FA doesn't seem to have an option to list telegram info, I'll just tell you here. Much like Skype, just search for @ cheespots. (minus the space)
Fair warning, though: I'm not hugely active on these instant messengers. I get a bit nervous knowing people can see and respond to me so immediately and I end up saying stupid stuff in my awkwardness. If you really need to reach me, notes might net you a more meaningful conversation. *shrug*

So even though I love everything you guys do, I was already watching and/or faving you. Please don't feel obligated to send a "thanks for-" shout.
