A bit of an update
Posted 3 months agoHey y'all, it's been awhile since I've uploaded/posted anything to FA.
I've been on/off drawing a lot lately and feel like I'm starting to fall out of love with drawing, this has happened a couple times over the years but I feel like this one's probably the worst I've had.
Things such as commissions and other personal projects are still being worked on, just very slowly for now.
All I can really do now is just wait it out/do other things until the urge to draw comes back, sorry for taking so long on these commissions/uploads, I just didn't expect this feeling to come out of nowhere and ruin my whole drawing progress.

A little FAQ
Posted 7 months ago◈FAQ - Periodically Updated◈
Wanted to put a little FAQ thing here for quite some time now, I've just been too busy with current commissions (which explains the massive halt to any kind of uploads here) to do anything about it until now.
◈When did you come to FurAffinity?◈
December 5th, 2013. I didn't do a whole lot with it for about 2-3 years after I made the account. I really started using it around 2016 seeing how I graduated that year and was completely free.
I originally came from DeviantArt, this was way before the site became an absolute mess as it is now.
I deleted that DA account some time later, I forget when but I'm glad I did it, needing a subscription to be able to customize your page (along with other things) was fucking stupid.
◈What do you use to draw?◈
A drawing tablet, Huion Kamvas 13 to be exact, something I was recommended when I was asking around for a somewhat cheap tablet with a screen.
I got it mainly for my laptop seeing how the colors on the screen were washed out, messing with the laptop's settings didn't fix it one bit.
But now that I have a desktop (with a monitor that has accurate color), I don't need the screen, I can just plug it in without turning it on and it's good to go.
As for the drawing program(s); Clip Studio Paint 4 EX and Paint Tool Sai 2.
CSP 4 EX; My main drawing program, it's a good drawing program despite it's controversies within the community. It's like Photoshop but with less features.
Paint Tool Sai 2; I've been switching over to this when it comes to linework or long/curved objects, it has a REALLY good figure tool that makes them easier to work with. Linework also looks better in it as well.
CSP has a tool like that but I don't like how it works.
◈How long have you been drawing?◈
I've been drawing my whole life, but I started going digital in 2011.
I started with a really shitty tablet that had a pen that required batteries, that pen didn't last long because the next time I went back for it, it was all bent out of shape. I eventually got a decent Wacom one, I remember it being pretty big, no screen though which was fine. Then I went for smaller and cheaper Wacom tablets over the years, and now I have a Huion Kamvas 13 with a screen.
The Huion one has probably gotta be my best/favorite one so far, it's pretty gentle with the pen tips too so I don't have to change it every so often like I did with my Wacom ones. Hell, I never have to since I'm not seeing any wear down on the current tips so that's a huge plus.
Fun Fact; When I had my old laptop for years before getting a new one, I had the bright idea to not put all my old art onto an external hard drive, so all the old art from 2011-2015 had been deleted.
Although I think it was more so the fact that it was so god damn ugly that I deleted it all out of embarrassment, I should of kept it so I could look at how far I've come in my artstyle.
◈Why does it take you so long to do art?◈
Sometimes I bite off more than I can chew, and lately I've been having issues with my ADD (Attention Deficit Disorder), which I've been getting medication for (which aren't working atm). I feel like once I get that under control, you'll probably see more uploads here and there.
And with that ADD, I tend to get distracted by countless other things VERY often, like working on non commission stuff (iex; my oc's) or spending the whole day doing nothing.
My motivation has also been suffering, something I also need to work on as well.
I also happen to get stressed with my work very easily, taking multiple breaks or flat out not working on anything for a couple days.
◈How long does it take to get a commission done?◈
Depends on the commission type and how many commissions I have going at the moment. If I'm only doing one com and I have no other coms waiting, they usually take a couple weeks up to a month depending on what's in the commission.
Stickers are probably my worst, even though I only do 10 at a time, it ends up taking months before they're finished.
Multiple coms at a time can also get a little bit bad, usually when I'm working on more than 5 coms at a time, it's not as bad as the stickers thankfully, although it can still get overwhelming.
◈What happened to the Trello?◈
The Trello is back now under a somewhat different name, mainly because I didn't realize the Google Drive straight up shows my email on it. I absolutely hate that. Trello links will be sent via Notes only from now on, it will no longer be linked in my profile or anywhere else.

Looking for artist reccomendations
Posted 3 years agoI doubt this will go anywhere or even think this is the right place to ask, but I might as well try.
Hey y'all, been wanting a human related commission for quite some time but as you know, that is a rare commodity here on FA. The same can be said for DECENT commissioning prices of the sorts.
And was wondering if any of you know any good/decent artists here on FA that draw humans well for a reasonable price? Hopefully nothing reaching from $150+ and onward ( I'll be happy to spend $50-$120 for a two person com tbh)? I'm also unfortunately picky with artstyle, so there's that problem too.
I'm looking for art that's sort of in a style of this NSFW com I got years back: https://www.furaffinity.net/view/22091014/
Anyone just as good at this art is fine by me, I really enjoy stuff like this!
I haven't been able to find anyone else like that ever again (they don't have a pc anymore at this time).
Any help is appreciated!

Please be mindful to read these before sending me any kind of payment!
>>FAQ<<
#1a. |Important info|
◈|You, your character(s) and/or character(s) of interest must be 18+ and above, anything child-like or child proportioned (including loli) will be rejected immediately and blocked.
◈|Please don't be super gross with your requests/commission - (Refer to section #1b. below)
◈|As a reminder from my profile info, I am both a SFW & NSFW digital artist.
◈|I'm a slow working artist, meaning I take my time with my work. I don't like to rush, and there's times where I'd like to work on my own things instead of commissioned work.
◈|Payment via PayPal only, invoices are optional. I'll be the one sending you an invoice if requested.
◈|Keep your commission/request info simple and to the point, don't send me a wall of text.
◈|When you're sending payment via PayPal, please keep the message blank or something simple & SFW like "digital commission". Anything relating to NSFW will be refunded immediately.
◈|You may ask about the progress of your commission(s) but DO NOT repeatedly ask about it every single day, I'm not going to be able to get anything done if you keep asking about it.
◈|Abhorrent behavior will not be tolerated. Further repetition will result in getting the commissioned work canceled, blocked, and you will not be getting a refund.
◈|False refunds will not be tolerated.
#1b. |Info about NSFW related stuff|
◈|I can & will decline any requests and/or commissions I do not feel comfortable doing, please request a more generally acceptable NSFW request/commission instead.
◈|I usually keep my NSFW related work mostly tame, I'm really not into drawing the super extreme stuff or the more questionable fetishes.
◈|Why the F-List is back| I didn't want to keep searching for which is what, the descriptions on F-List are pretty through enough to give me an idea on what to avoid and what I deem ok. It's strictly for my research purposes, and F-List isn't SFW in the slightest so it won't be linked here for everyone to see.
◈|Why I'm more cautious about most fetishes now| Years ago, I was commissioned to draw a digital piece for what I THOUGHT was a normal furry fetish thing, but it turned out it wasn't (thankfully it was the first and last kind of com like that). It's completely my fault that I didn't do any research on it.
#2. |Important Links|
◈|Commission progress| Trello, which will be sent via notes only.
◈|Will/Won't draw| Check my commission info for more details. I have an F-List describing each and everything (that I could think of) I will/won't draw, but I won't link it here just in case someone has a fit over it being viewable to the public. If you want to see the list, please send me a note.
◈|Commission types| are listed ►here
#3. |Commissions|
◈|Refsheets and references in general are needed.
◈|I'll check and see if I can do your commission first before asking for payment, I will not do ANY work until the payment has gone through.
◈|Updates will be sent through FurAffinity’s notes via a link to the Trello page or through Telegram.
◈|Any major changes need to be made during the sketch or linework stages, not right after it’s being shaded.
#4. |Trades|
◈|Refsheets and references in general are needed.
◈|When you are ready to trade, show me what you want to draw and then I’ll show you what I want you to draw.
◈|We both upload our artwork to FA and add our names to the descriptions.
#5. |Collaboration|
◈|If commissioned, payment must be split 50/50.
◈|Contact must be maintained through Telegram or FurAffinity’s Notes.
◈|Flash/Animation related collaborations are currently not accepted, I have no experience with flash (or any program like it) and very little experience in animation (unfortunately).
#6. |Requests|
◈|Requests are for friends only, or whenever I decide to put up free artwork requests.
#7. |Refsheets|
◈I'm only drawing refsheets of CHARACTERS, I will not add things such as; Instruments and/or other intricate objects to the character's refsheet. (ex; cars, guns, instruments, etc.)
Clothing is OK to add but please don't ask for anything too complex in terms of the design.
◈|I'll send you previews of it via Telegram, or post the progress on my Trello page. Once it's/they're done, I'll send you the link/file for the refsheet(s) and you can go ahead and upload it/them to your page.
◈|I very rarely upload people's refsheets onto my page, I usually leave that up to the commissioner(s) to upload the pic to their own gallery (or wherever), just link my username in your description for the refsheet when you credit me.
Thank you for reading my terms/rules, questions can be answered by sending me a note!
