Recyling
General | Posted 12 years agoI got the pillcam back today. I don't know what I can do with it, but with what I'm having to pay I'm not just flushing it away. You know the saying about looking for a diamond in a pile of manure? Same process. >BEG< There might be a deposit on the thing (not that kind) but I doubt it.
Anyway this is what it looks like:
http://i58.servimg.com/u/f58/11/21/.....9/100_1510.jpg
You can see two of the four LEDs and the tower that the CCD is in. I don't know if it can be recharged or what frequency or format the images are. If I did manage to charge it up I suppose I could use it for a balloon light. Those LEDs are pretty bright.

General | Posted 12 years agoIt could be Enema Countdown! http://youtu.be/gYVSBlQ5noI Anyway I got up before the roosters and went to the hospital to take the pill camera. Nothing painful or that, they taped almost a dozen antennas aaaalll over my boooody and then had me swallow a flashing capsule. Then I had a recorder hooked up to me and a strap hung over my neck.
Several hours later I came back to have them take everything off, but I still have the camera in me and will have it for a day or two until everything comes out in the end. So now I've had my insides photographed from top to bottom. Hopefully I get some answers and can get well again.
Other than that I have a week left before I reach the grand old age of 62.

Odd developments
General | Posted 12 years agoWell, not so odd really. I go for a capsule endoscopy in a few days to find out what's going on with my abdomen. First I get the prescription that comes in a gallon jug which has the effect of sticking a water hose in your mouth and turning it on full blast. Then the next day I swallow a camera which will take pictures throughout the digestive system and come out the other end. (Now there's a selfie I don't think you'd want to see)
And a few days later I'll be another year older.

Looking forward into the past
General | Posted 12 years agoNo, not quite. 2014 will be here shortly and in three weeks I'll be the ripe old age of 62. I guess they say 'ripe old age' cause some old folks smell funny. I don't think I'm going to make any resolutions for new year's, I'll just keep doing what I have and enjoy everyone's company.
Hugs to all and have a great 2014!

Christmas wishes
General | Posted 12 years agoGetting into the Christmas spirit is a little harder for me since I grew up in Michigan and, living in Florida, I don't have several feet of snow freezing my nads and making my hands feel like I've been using a cactus for a punching bag.
Even so, with Universal's version of the Macy's Christmas parade and Disney's Mickey's Very Merry Christmas, it's hard not to be put in the spirit of the season. My inner child has been bugging me for all kinds of toys and things I can't afford, but luckily all it will take is a Santa Claus balloon to quiet him down.
As for my Christmas wishes, I wish for everyone, Happiness, health, and prosperity. May your lives be blessed and your hearts filled with joy.

Universal's Balloon Parade.
General | Posted 12 years agoI had a great time at Universal Studios Saturday. Not a great start since I spilled my coffee before taking the first sip, but it was good none the less. Minion Mayhem is fantastic! Transformers too. I zapped a bunch of aliens at MIB and watched the animal show as well.
I took up my favorite spot to see the parade and was lucky enough to get in without having my view blocked. I got lots of pictures and saw some huge balloons! As soon as the parade finished I hurried over to the band shell to see the Mannheim Steamroller concert. I got a good spot there but there was an old couple who did nothing but bitch and complain because they didn't have a front row seat. Hey! it's a free concert! Also, What do you need to see the orchestra for? It's a music concert without a stage show.

Universal Studio Florida's Christmas Parade
General | Posted 12 years agoIn a week I'll be at Universal Studios Florida to see their Christmas balloon parade and listen to Mannheim Steamroller in concert. I'll be the easy one to spot. Just look for the balloons that won't lift you off the ground.
See you there! (I hope)

The sad thing about televised parade.
General | Posted 12 years agoWhen the Thanksgiving parade is broadcast I want to see the floats and balloons and marching bands. Unfortunately what we get is promotions for Broadway shows and commercials. C'mon! Show more than ten seconds of the balloons and ten minutes of a performance that has nothing to do with the holiday.
Now I know why there's no furry turkeys
General | Posted 12 years agoIt's Thanksgiving season! Balloonies have a reason to celebrate though!!!
E-l-l-i-o-t-s. Parties is the very best! (chocolate)

Hope to see you there!

Pre MFM meme (or) I get uh, round!
General | Posted 12 years agoWhile counting down the days till MFM I post this meme that's floating around.
1. Why do you like fat/inflation?
I think I've always liked it.
2. Which is better? Fat or Inflation? And why?
Inflation I like, fat I don't.
3. Would you consider your liking sexual or not?
For me, no. For some others, homina, homina!
4. Fat/Inflated guys or girls?
Doesn't matter to me. Girls got lots more they can inflate.
5. Do you like inflation furs who are latex or rubber instead of fur?
Latex is best for inflation, Fur is good for making static electricity.
6.Would your character prefer fat or inflation?
Inflation always. Fat is too heavy
7.Opinion on slob furs.
Definite turn off. Grotesque.
8. Opinion on vore.
Don't like it, never have.
9. Best type of fur to fatten or inflate?
I have a preference for bunnies but pigs and elephants would make wonderful balloonies.
10. Do you like it when the inflated fur pops or the fat fur explodes?
NO! I really don't like destruction of that kind.
11. Blueberry inflation?
Best left to Wonka. Has anyone done baked bean inflation?
12. What is one thing you don't like about fat/inflation?
Ummm, dunno
13. Who is the best inflation/fat artist?
There are some very good ones and some very bad ones out there. I've no real preference as styles differ as do tastes.
14. If their fursona was real, who would you most likely force feed/inflate and huggle?
Not one in particular but there would be a whole zoo full of balloonies for me to play with.
15. Do you like fat/inflation of characters from tv shows or video games?
A few.
16. Do your non fat fur or non inflation friends mind that you're into that stuff?
They don't seem to mind.
17. Does your family know that you're into fat/inflation or that you're a furry?
Not sure but I'm not pushing the issue with them.
18. Do they approve of it?
I don't know but at my age it doesn't really matter.
19. Do you think it's fair to call it a "fat fetish" or "inflation fetish"?
It is what it is. If it wasn't it wouldn't be. Then again, Is not, is not, 'is not'.
20. Would you like a cookie?
May I have a balloon instead?
21. Is your fursona in any way similar to yourself?
Well....
22. Do you have a fatfur/inflation fursuit?
No, someday maybe.

Is that like after eating beans and broccoli and being afraid to let it out?
24. Were you always into fatfur/inflation?
Not always but it it kinda grew.
25. Your favorite kind of inflation/fatfur theme?
I love comedic fail like when the poor bunny gets blown up like a toy balloon.

General | Posted 12 years agoPandr's back in hospital again. I'm bringing his computer so he will be online soon. Me on the other hand, dropped my tablet and broke the glass on it. I've got a new one ordered and hope to have it fixed before MFM.
Waiting for MFM
General | Posted 12 years agoMegaplex was fun and I got to meet lots of friends again. I wish that I was in better health but that is life. Speaking of which, the doctor has me going to a specialist to see why I'm not getting up to snuff.
MFM is coming soon and I hope to see all of my friends there.

Megaplexities
General | Posted 12 years agoGetting ready for Megaplex. Not as quickly as I used to but at least I'm getting there.
But I'm innocent I tell you!
General | Posted 12 years agoA while ago I was told by a friend that there were some nasty rumors being told about me in some of the chat rooms. The people who know me, know that they are untrue but it still bothers me that I'm the subject of someone's lies.
A few truths about me:
Yes I'm old, 61 makes me 2-3 times as old as most furries.
A very long time ago I was a professional clown and costumed character so being furry isn't all that new to me. As a clown I was the shy silly type who sometimes acted more afraid of a child then they were of me. (it works. Kids are braver when they are in control) A lot like I am in real life.
I don't go for scat or watersports or porn for that matter. You never see it with my character and you won't see it with me. That doesn't make me a saint, just someone who tries to be a gentleman and not a jerk.
I do wear diapers when necessary and like Jimmy, wants to keep it a secret but doesn't always succeed.
I do love balloons (no popping please) but not as a fetish object. A toy is a toy is a toy. Nothing wrong with balloons. They make my inner child happy. Enough said.
I can be mischievous but not mean spirited. If I would feel bad if it were done to me, I won't do it to anyone else. Childhood shouldn't be hurtful, even if it's second childhood.
And I don't spread rumors about others.

General | Posted 12 years agoSpring has arrived and I haven't really gotten out and enjoyed the sunshine. I know that if I were still living in Michigan I'd be past stir crazy back in February. Florida is a nice place to be this time of year. It would be summer weather almost anywhere else. If I were in better shape I would be doing spring cleaning and thinking about getting a hammock to nap in outside.
FWA and where for thou, art?
General | Posted 13 years agoIt's Thursday and I wish that I was in Atlanta with friends. It wasn't to be this year. I had a tire go bad on me and found out I was lied to about having road hazard on my new car. So I have to buy a new tire to replace one with less than 6,000 miles on it. The colonoscopy got my wallet as well as my backside along with other expenses I had sprung on me so no money for the trip. Healthwise I'm not at my best either so it's better I stay home and get better.
Another thing I'll miss is getting some art at FWA but I really should wait till the stuff I've commissioned comes in. I've got some that I have been waiting on for a year and more. It's counterproductive to keep sending messages. All that usually does is annoy the artist and they will hold off even longer. Are they busy, distracted, or just playing games with me? If I have done something wrong I would like to know so I can fix it.
Just feeling my age today plus a few years.

Yes they will, they'll get you in the end. Oh Yeah, oh yeah
General | Posted 13 years agoAfter a a couple days of fasting, taking a med that flushes your intestines out like a garden hose, and waiting an hour and a half waiting with an IV in my hand, it's over. The colonoscopy took 8 minutes to perform.
I think I'm deflating. I keep hearing Pbbbbt coming from back there.

One of those weeks or something like that.
General | Posted 13 years agoIt's going to be an interesting couple of weeks. I'll be driving parents up to IN and visiting relatives. When I come back I have to prepare for a colonoscopy. The procedure isn't too bad but the prep is nasty and afterwards is no picnic either.

Time Passages
General | Posted 13 years agoWell, in four weeks I will have reached the ripe old age of sixty one. Looking into the mirror I look more like a bulldog than a bunny. Droopy eyes, saggy jowls, I think Mother Nature has been drawing on my face while I was sleeping as a joke.
I love a parade (especially with balloons)
General | Posted 13 years agoUniversal was great! I arrived as it was opening, anxious to see how they were coming along with the new rides and to see the parade and Mannheim Steamroller concert. The first thing I went to was the Despicable Me Minion Mayhem ride. This was originally the Futuristic World of Hanna Barberra ride and was changed to Jimmy Neutron's Nicktoon Blast later. The hardware hasn't changed but everything else is WOW! Kenny Kitsune better be double padded for this one because of the ending. He might lose control and wet himself in excitement.
Shrek 4D was good and I asked the gift shop people why they haven't got any crossdressing wolves for sale? Hey! He is in the movies!
The Transformers ride is being built in the spot where "Murder She Wrote" was, and is HUGE!
Amityville is gone along with the Jaws ride and the carny games. Rumor has it that they are building a second Harry Potter village in the spot and will have a train that will run between the Harry Potter village in the Islands of Adventure park and it.
MIB was fun and so was the Simpson's Ride. They are doing something to the place that had the restaurants that was next to the Simpson's as it was hidden behind walls as well as something they are doing in the lagoon. I suspect they are trying to copy the show Disney does at EPCOT in World Showcase.
The Macy's parade was nice but they wouldn't let me have one of their balloons *pouts* and they had one float that broke down and they had several people pushing it along the parade route. They had a "Hop" float and I got pictures of the pink berets and E.B. too. Yay bunnies!!!
Mannheim was great as always. The Christmas show was pretty much the same as last year though they did have a new song as well.
I was the only person there with a toy balloon other than some kid with a green Mickey. What's an amusement park without balloons?
All in all a fun day.
