Posted 6 years agoI’ve decided to start enforcing better boundaries with correspondence in order to feel less overwhelmed, so I will be strict about directing people to my e-mail (squeedgeart@gmail.com) for anything important- such as commission inquires, shop orders, invoices, trades, etc.
To paraphrase what I said on DA, things had gotten to a point where I couldn’t keep up with it. I tried getting through as much as I could, but there came a point where I needed to start fresh and direct things to my e-mail.
Apologies if anything you needed me to see was in there... hopefully y’all understand!

Sadly, I had to cancel my table somewhat last-minute, as I had a lot of contract work come up that was far more pressing than getting merch together for the table, so I didn't feel I had enough to justify spending that much time in the DD.
HOWEVER! I'll be be hitting up the AA on Friday and Saturday! I'll have my new enamel pins for sale and some posters, maybe some other small things. Please keep an eye out for me there! I'll make announcements on twitter with regards to my location, hours, etc~

Posted 10 years agoSo, character auctions are becoming increasingly popular, and something I'd like to dip my toes into further after the success of my last one.
QUESTION IS, what kind of critters should I do? Species, fashions, features, etc? Would love to get some ideas from those interested! I have some things in mind already, but feedback is always appreciated.
I also thought about offering a "custom character design" auction, as that's a fairly intensive process that I normally do not offer and would be something special and limited.
Thoughts? I mean, aside from those who don't like or understand the appeal of character auctions. I don't really want to get into that discussion right now!

Look for some nerd with purple and pink hair and an undercut. Likely wearing a denim vest and a pink hat that says "FUCKBOY"
- Do you do free art?
Possibly...? It depends on my mood and prior obligations, but I might be down to scribble something cute if you got a sketchbook

I WOULD LOVE TO DO ART TRADES!!! Again, it'll depend on what else is going on but please please please, let's trade sketchbooks and draw for each other! I envision I'll be hitting up the art jam area quite a bit~

I still rather dislike this website, but I miss the people, using it for connections at cons, etc, w/e, and might as well extend my reach to as many places as possible, rrright? I've been checking my inbox pretty consistently for the last few months to ooh and aah at the art here, so. Might as well use it.
