Seriously, I need a new fursona reference sheet. I keep patching / editing the old one done by Katsuke (from 2012) as I wasn't too satisfied with my original design. Call me immature for changing and modifying so many times but the initial silly design of Strafy came up when I was a stupid, dumb 16 year-old kid. Obviously I didn't think it through back then, it was all fun and games on my part. As time went on, I also became better at editing images or doing furry art in general, hence came the more deserving changes to help streamline my fursona for good.

Strafy had to "mature to a proper design." I thought maybe a few patch works here and there might fix it but the edits seem like they don't stop. Perhaps my old reference sheet has something fundamentally wrong about itself. That little perfectionist is coming out of me again, oh dear.

My fursona could be redrawn brand new with a fresh look by another artist. I simply hope I can find that person whom can make that into a reality for me as my talents are VERY LIMITED unfortunately. I don't see many reference sheet artists; any recommendations would be nice.

I enjoyed every single second of that film, I recommend you to go watch it if you haven't! The overall visuals are astounding, and I'm simply a plain sucker for cute animals. A few scenes hit me right in the feels since they reminded me of my childhood. I'm so going to buy the movie when it comes out on DVD in the near future.

RF2015 was my first fur con and I'm glad to say I enjoyed it for the most part!

Thank you to so many friends who made my con experience a fun one! I suited up as three different characters (you could make some guesses) for the duration of the con; it's definitely pushing me to get a fursuit of my own fox. The nightly rave/dance was especially awesome too, dancing along with my wolf! Of course, what con would be complete without exchanging hugs around; gosh, I loved doing that! I'm glad I was able to at least say hi to some furs I wanted to meet!

My overall vacation overseas was worth it too. I can still remember taking in the clean Seattle air, ah yes. Plus, I had opportunities to try foods that would otherwise be unavailable in my home country.

Stay fuzzy, you guys! Hopefully I can travel overseas again for next year's RF!

Tomorrow's the day.

I'll be flying over to Seattle, WA for a pre-RainFurrest vacation with my blue wolf. Last year, I missed my opportunity to travel due to university classes, now I'm glad I'll be able to do so!

I'll be going to RF 2015 this September. It'll be my first con overseas too, and I am looking forward to experience it!

9th August 2015 is a special date today for Singapore as it marks the 50'th anniversary since the country's independence. The nation will be throwing its biggest National Day Parade (or NDP in short). I had the privilege to watch the parade preview on 1 August 2015 and it was a splendid experience!
