Hey all-

I'm sure most of you have noticed in the last few months that my attendance has been less than stellar.

Lately I've been experiencing stupid amounts of anxiety which have led my depression to also spike.

My anxiety has stopped me from doing a lot of the things I want to do with my family, let alone even think about getting an actual job.. I'd love more than anything just to be 'normal'.. to be able to step outside my door and not panic about.. well.. anything..

Today, my husband and son left the house to go to his parents [whom I love dearly, I really do. they're great people.] To celebrate birthdays for my husband and his father. And I was forced to stay behind because of the anxiety of even leaving the house. Not only am I anxious and depressed, I'm also riddled with guilt about not being able to join my family for such a joyous occasion.

I've brought this up to my GP before and my therapist as well.. My GP seems more willing to help but my therapist isn't worth the weight of her skin.


I'm hurting guys.. I want it to stop.. I want my anxiety gone.. This isn't living. This is merely existing. I'm NOT going to do anything to hurt myself.. or anyone else.. I love my family and I love life. I just wish I could do more than cower on my couch and sob about how shitty it is right now..

TERMS OF SERVICE


Displayed base prices are subject to change according to the complexity, difficulty, size and medium of each individual piece.

Clear and concise visual references of a commission idea must be provided by the Client. After which a preliminary quote will be provided by the Artist. I will NOT accept written descriptions, as they are cause for too much trouble and fuss. Sorry.

I will also NOT ACCEPT Any commission requests that contain Fanart characters. [Pokemon, Digimon, etc etc..]

Payments that are $100 and under must be paid up front in full before preliminary work begins. Payment plans are available for commissions above $100.

If the artwork is finished before final payments are made, the Client will not receive the original, un-watermarked digital image of the commission until final payments are made.

Clients will have the opportunity to direct alterations of their commission in the thumbnail sketch stage. I will present a MAXIMUM of 2 sketches from which a client may choose before I refine the drawing. No more than Three revisions will be made unless the Client wishes to pay for extra for further sketch samples.

Critique and redline corrections for commissions above $80 are welcome to ensure the best result. Commissions under said price are considered as small works, and thus time revising sketches is not factored into the price.

The Artist reserves the right to reject critique and redline pertaining to artistic skill or style preference (i.e. anatomy, coloring style, etc.) if said critique reduces the artistic quality of the piece.

If the Client wishes to cancel their commission during the sketch stage they will be refunded 50% of what they paid.
If the Client wishes to cancel their commission during or after the coloring stage they will not be issued a refund.

The Artist will not discuss a commission with a client via public forum. However, the use of Notes and Instant messengers is allowed to discuss Commissions. Once a decision has been solidified, the Client will be requested to send either a Note or an E-Mail involving the details of said commission.

The Artist reserves the right to issue a refund and cancel a commission due to poor communication, rude or inappropriate behavior, inability to communicate in effective English.

The Artist ensures the Client will receive email updates on commission when necessary. Clients are encouraged to check in when they feel it's necessary for updates, assurance or reminders. Public updates will also be made when deemed Necessary.

The artist will not handle depiction of illegal activities (Eg; underage/beastiality etc.] Racial and hateful images. Fetishes, artistic nudity, violence, gore, and humorously offensive work will be considered on a case-by-case basis. The Artist reserves the right to reject any commission for any reason.

The Artist retains the right to display all commissioned work on any personal website, gallery, or journal. If the commissioned work is a time-sensitive gift the Artist may delay public showcase at the request of the Client.

The Artist retains ALL the rights to the commissioned artwork, including the right to make prints and merchandise. Image rights can be negotiated for an added fee.

The Client retains all rights to their respective characters. This does not allow them rights to the commissioned image (see above 2 paragraphs).

The Client may not profit from the artwork beyond the resale of a physical original painting or drawing (traditional media, not digital). This includes the sale of the digital files, or rights to the image.

The Client may create up to three prints for personal use (display in their home or as gifts). Client may also resize or crop the artwork to create icons, wallpapers, or other graphics to be used in non-commercial digital format, but the Client cannot alter the artwork itself. The Client may also upload the artwork to their personal website or gallery, but credit is required, and it must not be any high resolution or unwatermarked version of the artwork.

The Artist may recycle sketches and preparatory works that were rejected by the Commissioner for other commissions or personal works.

The artist's NOTES SYSTEM is to be used for COMMISSION DETAILS ONLY. Notes are opened ONLY when needed to avoid being overlooked, lost or accidentally deleted. Detail notes are NEVER ignored!!! NOTES FOR COMMUNICATION REGARDING COMMISSION COMPLETION OR QUESTIONS WILL NOT BE LOOKED AT/OPENED. If you need to resend a note for any reason, Contact me via email first so I can check your previous note as read.

If for any reason you are unhappy with anything regarding work or wait times, please CONTACT ME before claiming against me via Paypal. There are generally reasons for my wait times and I post about them frequently. Most common reason is Family.

Clients must read, understand and agree to all the above terms before entering into an agreement with me. By sending payment, the Client agrees to the above terms.

I know these last few months I've been really putting off rent commissions until the last minute.. but I really haven't been able to make myself do much.. Until recently.

I have commission slots open for September/October- Catching up on my last few sketches I've got for the last few months..

Please bear with me as I manage my depression.

Character creations, in the past, I have found actually ease my stress and help my depression.. I don't offer them often, however, because of their costs; They've gone up in the last two years due to the work I've put into them previously.

Character creations start at $100- which include flat colors. I have 6 spots open for these.

The sketches I've been doing recently for $20 will now be increased to $30. These take me a while to complete because of the effort I put into them..

Do NOT send me unprovoked notes! Please only send me an email OR comment on a corresponding journal/submission. Only send me a note if I request one or if you have a question about a Current commission that's in queue.

Hello everyone!

Just updating you guys on whats going on.

I had my surgery back on June 29th as scheduled. It's been two weeks now and I feel GREAT. My goodness, what a difference.
I can eat cold/hot things without sensitivities and I wake up in the morning free of any nerve pains in my jaw. The abscess I was dealing with for almost 4 months is gone and I just feel wonderful..

I still have some tenderness when eating select foods that are a bit harder to chew.. that's to be expected. But I'm well on my way to healing!

Even better news? I'm getting a set of dentures FOR FREE... A local college has me on a waiting list for their Denturist program for students. It's a HUGE weight off of my mind and an even BIGGER thrill for me! It's the greatest thing that's happened to me this year.. I'm utterly elated. C:
