SumiSune’s Terms of Service
• Payment is requested after initial sketch is finished and approved from buyer.
o If you cancel the commission then take the sketch and: have it finished by
someone else, post it without paying for it, use it in any way without permission,
you will be blacklisted from my commissions.
o Sketch commission payment is demanded upfront due to the nature of the piece
being quick and without an approval step between payment and finishing
o Up to three (3) chances to have changes done are allowed for sketches, both for
sketch commissions and sketches for bigger projects. Any beyond that will be
charged an extra $5.
• I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time just as you do too.
o A refund will be issued in proportion to how finished the piece is.
• I reserve the right to post any and all commissions I choose to (with or sometimes without credit) unless
specifically asked not to be posted from the buyer.
o Buyer has permission to post their purchase with credit given.
▪ Art posted without credit will be requested to give credit. If not given after
48 hours, you will be blacklisted from buying from me again.
• If a commission is not finished within a month, I will give an update after each month
because communication is important.
• Subjects I will NOT Draw: scat, cub, diaper, racist/hateful imagery.
o If you have a question about something you want done that you’re unsure of if I’ll
draw, don’t be afraid to ask about it! The worst I can say is “no” after all!

OKAY SO I got a surface pen and I've found I do not like pen-on-screen drawing. It's not like traditional art, and now I'm gonna end up getting a new tablet anyways. So for now, I'm doing discounted sketches at $10 to help fund the new tablet! I'd really appreciate if you buy something! ;w;

OKAY SO my tablet finally broke, the battery is dead, and now it's pretty much useless. The cost to get it fixed outweighs the value of the tablet itself now, so I'm just gonna get a new one.

YEAH THAT'S RIGHT I GOT MY PICARTO GOING AND IT TOOK A WHILE TO FIGURE OUT BUT GOSH NOW I CAN DO THAT so yeah tomorrow (technically today for me) I'm gonna do some sketch streaming! If you come early, you'll probably see me drawing an actual commish, but all in-stream buyers will get priority and be drawn live! Also the prices will be marked down 50% or so, so you get cheap sketches! That's COOL right?? ... maybe?

Anyways yeah look out for that and come watch me draw or something! I'm thinking I'll start around 8pm US Eastern Standard Time.

SO yeah, one of every digital artists' worst nightmares: when the tablet starts to not work. Mine's holding up ok given that it's from 2013, has been stepped on, dropped, and even kicked by accident from a friend, but that doesn't mean it's functional enough for what I need. So far the issues I've found are that it doesn't register sensitivity as well as it used to, the charging port is starting to fail, and there's a deadspot somewhere that just registers the whole area as being touched by the pen at once when I hit it which causes the line to jump somewhere else. So yeah I need to kinda get it fixed or replaced, probably replaced, so that'll set me back $300 from my also-very-needed new laptop. SO I'm thinking that maybe this Friday night, I'll hold a commission stream at like, 8pm eastern standard time US to help me afford this purchase. So yeah, I'll end up doing anything up to colored sketches discounted maybe 50%, so look for that if you want anything drawn by me. I'll probably also do a weight gain drive too to add to the funding.
